Cabin and bathroom nice and clean. Nice and clean campground. Friendly staff. I would diffently stay there again when going to Nashville.

Amazing location, even close to the highway. Staff friendly, polite and professional. The store had everything available for camping needs, and then some. Bathrooms neat and clean. Half court basketball nice. Pool under construction nice. Great layout for RVs and tents. I stayed in a cabin, absolutely immaculate, very comfortable mattress. The only complaint really is, terrible WIFI.

Excellent cabin, Good showers, Nice people. Only Negative is that I'm not used to road noise. I was in the front cabin which is very close to Interstate 40. Heard cars and trucks going by all night.

The staff was very friendly from the beginning from check in. We did have a minor issue with some miscommunication on what cabin we were supposed to be in. Was not a big deal. Staff corrected the problem. We enjoyed our stay and most likely to return for a future visit.

Arrived in the dark so was a little difficult to find the cabin (right under my nose). Slept well and comfortably. All direction were in the place I was to find them. Lovely side. Traffic noise didn’t really bother me.

No discount received for military/ first responder. Couldn't understand why someone had to go ck my reserved cabin as I was checking in, was it not cleaned prior? had to travel far to dump my trash Every other KOA over my 4K mile trip gave me the discount & took my trash. Cabin was beautiful though No sheets/ bedding.

Great. Campground. Office staff was very friendly. Daughter and son-in-law stayed in a cabin which was very clean as well as the bathrooms and laundry. Defiantly stay here again. Close to Nashville and other sights.

We were only there for a short time to get some sleep one night while passing through. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cabin was adorable and very clean. We slept well in the bed and headed out first thing. I don't know if I would camp there for multiple nights, because of the interstate traffic. We prefer to camp in more secluded places, but this was convenient and affordable.

Ana was very hospitable over the phone when we booked our reservations, and when we arrive after hours for check in, Fred was available on cart to direct us in the dark to our cabin and help us get key to cabin. We were overwhelmed with how well, the cleanliness of the cabin and the showers. When we woke up in the morning Anna was there to greet us with a smile. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the cabin that fits 6. We were surprised that the full-size bed was in a room by its self. There's alot of room to move around and relax. There was one thing we didn't really like was the lock on the door. It could of been a little better but it was better then nothing..

Just the most helpful and friendly staff. Grounds and facilities were well kept and maintained. Showers could use better lighting. In this day and age I recommend guest bring their own cleaner/sanitizer to use before and after… it's unrealistic to think the facilities should have to clean and maintain after some of you folks ��. 10/10

Campground/RV site were great/parents were in an RV. Wouldn't recommend cabin/bathroom facilities for a female having to get ready for a special event. Bathrooms were super hot/muggy, impossible to get ready in there, cabin no adequate space/mirror either. One mirror 8x10 - not so good. Every cabin should have a full length mirror. KOA St. Augustine/facilities are perfect - set the standard!

This KOA has the prettiest, cleanest, campground bathrooms I've ever seen. So lovely! Somebody has an artistic eye and I loved the hand-painted touches.

I’ve stayed here many times and have enjoyed each visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they want you to relax and enjoy the amenities.

We had a short overnight stay in one of the little cabins for my daughters' gymnastics meet. It was perfect and served its purpose. Neat clean bathrooms. Nice and peaceful.

Staff was very helpful and nice, clean place and well maintained. Only negative is it was right next to the interstate and I mean right next to it because we had cabin #1 right at the entrance and the traffic is very loud all night. If we come back we well stay in the back of the campgrounds because it was a more away from the interstate but other than that loved our stay.

Most beautiful koa in the US, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, Jose the grounds keeper is so helpful, Michael cool as can be. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
