Very nice. Only stayed one night but I felt very safe and it was quiet being on the hill above the interstate. Would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lisa assisted us when we needed to make a change in our reservation. She guided us to other possible KOA locations that might meet our needs. Thank you Lebanon KOA !!

We have stayed here numerous times and we are always impressed by the cleanliness of the campgrounds, the decoration for every season, and the friendliness of the staff!

Staff was very helpful. Campground was clean and though near the interstate it was quiet. This was out 4th stay at this location and we will be back.

Your welcome committee (at the desk & the gentleman who guided us to our spot) were fine. (B+) The inner roads were tight. Our site was not close to being anywhere chose to level. I did envoy the ground level placement for the sewer. We have stayed at 28 RV locations just this year, for a total of 114 nights. And I can say that this KOA is a (C- to a D rating.) Compared to the others we visited.

We were assigned the space closest to the highway, and the road noise was unbearable. Hardly slept due to the noise. This was very disturbing to my wife and I especially since we paid two and a half to three times what we normally pay at campgrounds. We are in agreement that this experience was the first and definitely the last time that we would be staying at a KOA campground.

we stayed for one night and was very impressed the camp site was beautiful and we used the laundry facilities which were just as we needed them , the staff were super friendly all in all a great overnight stop

Buffering, Buffering,Buffering!! Ridiculous! Overpriced for a tiny site. No trash pick up, really? Every other koa in America has complimentary trash pick up. Well most do. Disappointing.

The campground was beautiful. Getting to it was a little rough because of crossing lanes of traffic. Staff was so friendly.

They were able to find “the last open site” for us when we called them. Turned out to be a tent site with a small open pavilion. However, there was just 24 feet of room in the parking spot to fit our camper with electric hook up. The center restroom facility was a definite surprise. Viewing from the outside, it might have been called rustic, it was a great set up, HOT showers hit the spot! Tha

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Great cabin, very clean and new. Great hosts and very accommodating staff. We will definitely be back!

Close to I-40, easy to get on and off the interstate, nice campground. My site #51 had problem with threads on the water faucet and a defect because it would not turn OFF the water until you turn it all way to the right and then rotate a small distance back to the left. I suggest getting a new faucet installed and maybe raise the water faucet connections to height of 16 inches.

Everyone who works here is so nice. Well maintained, great location. Extremely quiet place. We did the hut camping and no one touched anything on our site when left unattended. Sturdy hammock hooks and a huge bonus to have the lights, fan, multiple outlets and a water spiggot at site. You are a little close to your neighbors (plan sight) but that’s almost anywhere like this. Would recommend.

Zero service! Second most expensive campground I’ve ever stayed at! No one when we arrived (8:00 pm) and no one when we left (10:00AM) . I’ve been staying at KOA’s for over 40 years , but no more.! I’m done with KOA.

Thanks for staying with us. The office is open from 9:00am-7:00pm on Fri & Sat, and 9:00am-6:00pm Sun-Thur. We do also have a staff member on duty for 1 hour after closing to catch late arrivals. If you require assistance outside of office hours, we recommend notifying the office prior to closing.

Won’t be back. After many stays, we’ve been relegated to undesirable spots due to less than pet friendly rules.
