Showers and bathrooms were gross! Place needs some attention.

We're sorry you experienced that. The bathrooms are cleaned well daily. Unfortunately at the time you were here there was a very messy group here that caused a lot of problems, especially in the bathrooms. This is not a normal occurrence here, and they will not be back.

Arrived late. Was met at the entrance and escorted to our site. Explained special water hookup situation. Greeter/ escort was very friendly.

Everything was good except for the WIFI connection which was about as bad as I've ever seen. We stayed at a couple of other camp grounds on this trip and had wonderful, fast, and free WIFI.

Air leveling could not compensate for the slant of site(38). The two dogs at site 47 were left alone during the day and barked constantly while we were at our site. Staff was great and park seemed to be well maintained. We’ll visit again…when it gets warmer. Thanks

The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Camping sites clean . Xmas lights were placed all over and it gave a Very Holly Jolly feel..So Cute!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Karen and All!! Merry Christmas and God Bless!!����

The office staff were great. We were traveling home and needed to stop for the night. Only issue I had was… It was VERY dark in the campground itself. Hard to see in the dark to get into the stall. The other issue was that we couldn’t get WiFi to watch tv or anything else. Other than that, it was a very good (and needed) experience.

The Lebanon KOA staff were great. The bathrooms were very clean but they were dated and it was dark in the shower stalls. It was difficult to locate the bathroom at night without a flashlight due to poor outdoor lighting.

Very nice people. Tight turns for a bigger rig. We had trouble leveling our 36 foot and they did change our site for us. Perfect location when traveling I 40 and would stay again for a one night stopover (have stayed twice before), but if looking to stay in the area a few days rather than passing through, would look elsewhere.

This is our second time to stay here and won't be our last. Staff are very friendly. Campground is always clean and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Will stay here everytime we pass through or stay Nashville.

Easy access to freeway and beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and lovely woods surrounded the property. Thanks for keeping a clean friendly facility for travelers such as ourselves to safely stay. This would be a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Nashville Tennessee

We arrived just before a beautiful sunset while crossing the country on I-40 towing our travel trailer. The office area was invitingly decorated, we were promptly escorted to our site and as we set up we were treated to the most beautiful sunset of our 96 day travel adventure. I wish I could share pictures with these comments!

Nice well maintained park. A bit unlevel. But staff makes up for any shortcomings. I limped with mechanical problems and was referred to repair center just down the road. Offers were made for extended stay if needed. Anything else would just take a phone call. Thanks for helping me thru a stressful time.

Seemed high priced for a gravel site but the spots were well spaced and easy to get in and out of.

The 30 amps electrical hookup at my sight was not working. Had to use a 50 to 30 amp adapter and it worked fine.

Awesome KOA!! We were late arriving in our Class A coach (it was after dark) and a wonderful gentlemen waited and guided us to our site. We were only there one night but definitely on our list of places to return. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas so looked very festive when we arrived!

Very nice park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites are fairly level for being up on a hill. The pull through sites are quite long and provide plenty of parking room. Nice little playground for kids and plenty of grass all around.

Most beautiful koa in the US, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, Jose the grounds keeper is so helpful, Michael cool as can be. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
