Sites were crowded and hilly. Staff was great! Location convenient. We left a day early and informed the staff the day before. Disappointed we could not get a refund. It was a holiday weekend.

Ryan stood out and explained the plans to expand. Looking forward to it and looking forward to returning. All other staff member were accommodating and friendly. Would recommend staying at the KOA East just off Interstate TN. Weel done. The Workmans.

Stayed there for two nights it was nice said they had a fencing area for my dogs to run the other guests were nice I wasn't happy when I asked for a certain amount of change knowing what I had still in the RV to do laundry and they did not ask any questions of all you must know what does CoStar or talk to me cuz I didn't even get all my laundry done and I didn't even feel like going back up there

We just stayed overnight but the campground was great. The dog park area was very nice. The campsite was great. The hosts made sure we knew what to do and were very friendly and profession. We would definitely stay there again.

Not good for big rigs. Very narrow road from interstate, had to stop with tires on white line to allow dump trucks to slowly pass. Very steep ramp to get to office and narrow road around office. Sites are small and exiting campground is nearly impossible. Small sites force people to park in the road and the very sharp 180-degree turn (with wooden fence on each side) is very challenging.

We're sorry to hear of all the challenges you experienced while staying with us. We do host 45'+ RV's daily without issue. The site row you were on is mostly 75' long sites, and we do not allow parking in the road.

Very nice and clean, large sites. Staff was very courteous. But someone needs to see if the state could trim the growth along the road from the left. The road is narrow to start with and meeting trucks the brush makes it hard to pass when meeting

Just stopped to have a place to have electric and empty holding tanks, let the dogs off lead in the dog park, and get some much needed sleep! It provided everything I needed in a clean, quiet and safe place.

Our stay was fine for overnight, campsites were very close together and crowded. Restrooms and showers were very average. As I said fine for overnight pass through.

The fact that KOA does not work with our help travelers that their plans unexpectedly change while on the road is disgusting!! Your refund policy is garbage and to me it comes across that KOA is only interested in making money off of people, RATHER then being understanding and working with their customers. I lost HUNDREDS of dollars on our trip so unforeseen circumstances and all KOA did was took

Only stayed overnight on way home. Operated by 3 Brothers, they are dedicated & hard working to make your stay worthwhile. Would stay longer if in area. Pretty area to relax in.

Was at site 51, unfortunately it was used as a short cut path to the laundry and bath house by both adults and children. Had a window open on my rv and heard vehicles tires on the gravel come and go to the bath house all night long. Was so disappointed for the price I paid for my stay.

Nice campground, great hosts. Office store well stocked with routine camping and food, but really liked that there were the little trailer odds and ends like latches and other pieces for repair. Were on a 4000 mile journey, and it knocks things loose every once in a while and great to have supplies at the Campground. Good showers but the water pressure was a little low. Very friendly and safe.

Clean organized facility so much as when we left.One of the office personnel called us and gave us a warning about our landing gear.She didn't think that it was all the way up.And we pulled over the side road to check very courteous.Don't get that everywhere

Beautiful KOA park. Set back on a country road with rolling green grass areas and lovely views! Great checkin with great staff and wonderful store and amenities. Loved it, even for one night. Which they were all this wonderful.

This is a nice, well priced place to stay if you want to visit Nashville. The camp hosts were very friendly and made sure that RVs get headed out in a safe direction. The host even helped us circumvent Nashville on hwy 840 instead of through Nashville on 40 and that was great! Big lots, pretty easy maneuvering through the park.

We live locally and enjoy getting away from the "routine" to stay in our travel trailer when we can.The KOA in Lebanon is our favorite camp ground to do a staycation. The camp hosts are very helpful and friendly. The grounds and sites are well kept. We would recommend this KOA for a great place to stay!

Rustic location but pretty, clean bathrooms . Not the most upmarket KOA but quiet at night and despite quite closely spaced camps private and relaxing

Staff were very nice. Nothing bad to say at all. Facilities were well kept. I was worried about noise with it being on the freeway. I slept in a cabin and in a tent site down the hill on different nights and didn’t have a problem with the noise. Had a great week!

I've been coming to this KOA since 2013 and I have always enjoyed my time here. Great park. The staff and the people here are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here whether you are just passing through or staying for vacation.

Nice and lots of trees! Not too close to next site and they called us after we left and found our water pressure gauge and put it in the office for us!

Luckily you had a pull through site for us in your front row (we were 40 ft motorhome with tow vehicle). Otherwise, we couldn’t have stayed with you. That being said, our RV was level at the top of the little “hill” at the front of the site. So all good. The only problems were that your address didn’t come up on our GPS, and the KOA sign off exit 232A was so teeny, tiny we almost missed i

Thanks for staying with us! We're glad to hear your site worked well for you. We do have many sites that can accommodate 40' +tow. For GPS, you may need to update your unit, or just use Google maps on your phone. Our address has been here for 50 years, and the road signs are as big as allowed.
