Most of the KOA looked great but the tent area isn't flat at all. Couldn't even find an area flat enough for a single person tent. Would not recommend for tents, the rest of the KOA looked nice as expected

The only downer was that we could never get hooked up to the WiFi.

Thank you for staying with us, and we're so sorry about the Wifi. We actually have amazing Wifi! One of our primary access points for the section you were in decided to die on us the day before you arrived. We are currently working on getting it fixed ASAP. Next time you're here it will be great!

the site was awful. We asked for a tent site. we certainly didn't expect to have a spot on a steep hill, we couldn't even pull our small Pruis into without going down the hill. We asked to be relocated, and had to pay additional cost for a wooden covering, which was nice, but the place we camped was not even. We left before midnight, and camped at a Walmart.

We're very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your site(s). All of our tent sites have flat/level areas for setting up camp, so this review is a little hard to understand. Some of the sites do require driving your car downhill for parking, but the site pads themselves are quite level.

We were given a big warm welcome and escorted to our HUGE site for the night. The location was perfect - close to the highway, but not so close that you could hear the highway. VERY clean - the grounds were immaculate, very well kept and groomed, the bathrooms were equally as clean. I genuinely felt like the staff wanted me there. Looking forward to returning again for a longer stay.

Check in was easy and the cabin we stayed in was cute and had everything we needed. One night air the next day heat! The bathrooms were very clean and nice to shower in too. The staff even helped us get the trolly tickets for the city of Nashville right at the office. Great customer service and everyone was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The KOA was clean, the staff has always were super friendly, and despite pulling into my campsite and having a flat tire and only being there one evening on a really cold night, it’s definitely a place I would recommend.

Another wonderful stay at Nashville East/Lebanon KOA. This is our go to campground when staying in the Lebanon area. Staff is super helpful and nice. Campground is well kept and convenient.

Overnight stay between Ohio and Alabama. Great location to avoid Nashville traffic. Nice park. Clean and quiet.

Great was staff and we had a great stay . We didn’t get a chance to check out the campground because we were traveling, arriving late/took off early. Stayed in a camping cabin for a good night sleep and it had clean restrooms. It would be nice to have linens but we were traveling with linens. It would also be nicer if KOA systems & Rewards were better, we didn’t receive all our points?

Our site was not level and there needs to be more gravel throughout the campground. We didn’t use the facilities. The lady that checked us in was so sweet. I hate I didn’t get her name. The other lady Karen wasn’t as friendly. Overall if you’re only staying for one or two nights this campground is fine for that.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Our site is on a side hill that made it difficult for someone with back issues to hook up and when it rained the mud was everywhere. Not sure what they could do about that...maybe more stone?

Sites were pretty small. I had to park my truck in sideways and crooked can hardly walk between my truck and my trailer. Also, people that live there and go to work, fire, their trucks up, let them warm up, but 5 o'clock in the morning. And it was very expensive. $76 for a night. That's with the koa discount.

It is close to the interstate for easy overnight stop. We are 42’ long towing a Jeep. It was a little tight getting out.

What a great place! Ive been an extended stay guest here at Nashville East, and Ive been so pleased with my experience! The staff are all top notch professionals and treat their guests with such courtesy! The facility's are very clean and well maintained and. Its a pleasure to camp here! I highly recommend you plan a stay at Nashville East KOA!

Great location if you want to visit Nashville. Our lot was very level. We didn't have to do much to our trailer to level it. Nice about of spacing between lots. Crews were constantly cleaning, which was nice. Before weedeating around our trailer, the young man asked our permission. We were there on Memorial Day weekend. They has events planned. The grandsons loved the candy bingo, tye dye t-shirts, and the hot dogs and ice cream. They also had a live band playing for a couple hours which was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. The grandkids enjoyed the games they had on the front porch. This was great due to amount of rain we had. The playground was redone and was great for the younger kids. My older grandsom enjyed the basketball court and the fossball table. Would definitely stay again. Two things we did notice. We had a lot of problems with the Wi-Fi. Just didn't have a very good signal. Maybe the weather. The area to get dressed in outside of the shower was very small. Just not quite enough room. Had to actually use the shower stall. Challenging to not get my clothes wet.
