Sites were a bit small and ours was not quite level. Sewer hook-up was too recessed into the ground for our elbow joint hook-up to connect. Overall, not up to KOA standards. Thank you Tim Ferrell

We were in the area to visit family and this KOA was the perfect location for access to everything. It was well kept and very clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Older park. Sites real tight. Hard to get in and go with big rigs. Front office super nice. Bathrooms very clean. Seems like lots of long term stays.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the sites were a little tight to maneuver around, partially because a number of rv’s or pick up trks were sticking out into the lanes/roads. This made it hard to exit the park.

Enjoyed the clean bathrooms and hot showers but the campsites are SO on top of each other. It was just an overnight stop for us on the way to the Smokey Mountains but cannot imagine staying for any length of time.

Great park, wide level site, plenty long enough for my coach and trailer, beautiful trees, wonderful staff. Exceptionally well-stocked store!! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The campground was beautiful. Bath houses and restrooms were very well kept. Staff was friendly. Extremely peaceful, and not far from the city. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a very friendly campground, everything worked great and the sites were nice. Liked the fence separating the sites. Everything was clean and in working order.

Above and beyond staff and service. Marty was there late to greet us. What a great first impression. Loved his sense of humor! The front desk staff was just AMAZING throughout our stay. Everyone is top notch and we were treated like family during our stay. Going to miss our morning chats with Jim. Such a wonderful guy; very helpful. This is a exceptional KOA!

Very wonderful experience with the staff here. There were threats of freezing cold temperatures and they filled up our propane tanks before we went to our site. We were very warm in our trailer. Thank you

Great experience from the moment we arrived. This was a stop over for us. And our 1st KOA. Friendly, clean, level and wonderful. Showers were amazing clean and lots of hot water! I can't say enough. It was all we needed, wanted and much more! They took lots of pride in the campground.

The check in process was great. Office staff friendly. The restrooms were clean. The place needs to get all the junk off the office porch. Looks very junky pulling into it, Could use gravel on our site as it was a mud hole when it rained one evening. Would be nice to have a few chairs or swing overlooking the little valley area to sit on in the evening as the site was muddy and the so dusty

Hey! Thanks for the insight. We generally do a great job of mitigating muddy areas, so we apologize if you experienced some mud on your site. That was a pretty heavy rain after a month long drought! The seating area at the edge of the field is a great idea.

we just stayed overnight. the only thing would be a sign at the service road to tell you there was a KOA campground on that road. i look for those yellow KOA signs.

Nicely quiet campers. Scenic. Nice neighbors in house. Access to tent sites 1 & 2 steep and quite rutted. My site stank of fish or ??. Too unlevel. Waaaay too far for tenters to hike to bathrooms. Water pipe also inconvenient for tenters. Some tents could be nearer to facilities since RVers have their own water supply and bathrooms.

Most beautiful koa in the US, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, Jose the grounds keeper is so helpful, Michael cool as can be. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
