We were warmly greeted upon arrival and made to feel very welcome. We had an excellent site. Nice and Level and were assisted to back our travel trailer into the site by the KOA staff. This was our second stay here and we enjoyed our time.

This was a nice place. Facilities were clean, spaces were comfortable and the park was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and we had family come to visit. There are extra parking spots to park in. It was close to Nashville, yet not in the city.

This KOA is well kept and cleaned, along with very friendly staff. Had no issues with our hookups or our site, everything was as expected. Being new to RV’ing, we didn’t know what a KOA Journey was, so it’s smaller than anticipated with not much extras going on, this is no gripe on the site, we just didn’t know. Dog park is slightly lacking, but can’t really “complain” about it eit

Site was small, I couldn’t open my awning due to a tree. No where to park my truck because the spot is for the camper only. So much interstate noise and the initial golf cart guide was less than desirable. However, we spent most of our time in the city and when leaving a different guide was extremely nice and helpful. Great view of the mountains with a lovely pool.

Stayed overnight on way home. First time, usually stay in Nashville KOA near Opryland. This is so much better for an overnight as it avoids the Nashville traffic. Place is very clean, and it appears they have made substantial improvements recently. Will definitely stay again as we pass through.

I request a site from road as I’m a lite sleeper and I hit stuck in spot 2 at the road didn’t sleep did not have full hook ups. I request refund or partial refund no answer can’t get any one to answer phone. Horrible customer service

Great KOA with excellent WI-Fi, Some of the pull througs are not leve;l causing issues when using leveling. However, greta personnel will work with you to provide best site for your rig.I highly recommend.

Very clean and nice looking grounds. Sites could be a little longer and spaced out but ok. I think KOA pricing is to high and only stay when absolutely necessary. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived on a day when the pavement was being coated and despite that they went out of their way to make sure we understood which exit to use off the highway and why we were going to go past our campsite and come back to it. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued.

We stayed here two nights on the way to our destination, & after we had been delayed in Alabama by storms, we chose to stay again on our way home. Easy on & off the highway, nice pull thru sites. They were very helpful to us when we were planning a day trip to Nashville & gave great advice on where to park for the Trolley. Ron, Libby, & all the staff we encountered were wonderful! Will stay again

Restroom was a little dated trash was never emptied the 3 days we were there…Showers good didn’t see those cleaned either. Laundry mat was open 24 it was great and convenient.

We were able to pull in easily, the space was fairly level. We didn’t unhook as it was pouring rain. We left early and the campground was in a nice location.

This was a lifesaver as we were driving thru a huge storm. Pulled in late and sites were available. Easy after hour check in. In the morning the staff was great and we thanked them for having easy access sites for those of us coming in late. Very pretty setting. Close to the highway but no noise.

Site was flooded, entry and exit to the park flooded. No place to walk dog due to flooding. Never pulled in to the site, we left was afraid flooding would get worse. Went to office, could not get a refund we left and lost 94.00. Will never book another KOA!! so disappointed and upset with KOA

Hello, I'm afraid you may have reviewed the wrong campground. While TN did receive record rainfall and devastating floods, our campground is on a hill and we do not flood more than a few puddles here and there. We also were not notified of any incidents like this. Best Regards - Management

We travel in a 45’ coach with 3 axles and 8 tires on the ground. We also pull a 30’ trailer with our truck and bikes on board. The sites are not level enough to allow us to get our coach level front to back or side to side. This creates issues for our slides. Can’t take the risk to get a slide off the track. I called in advance and spoke with Jewel was told their sites are perfect for Class

While the staff was great getting us to our site. It was tight and the sites slightly unlevel. Spacing between sites were good. don't know if I would stay there again. Gravel roads and sights.

The price I paid was decent until I arrived. I know it's a "Nashville" hotspot, but having the highway right next to my cabin kind of dampened my happiness. When I arrived, I literally said to the customer service rep...."that's not my cabin on the end, is it?" She was like yes, sorry, that's all we have also. Maybe a fence in front of the cabin would help. Otherwise, clean, great people!

It’s hard to get to the road to get to KOA, especially with a camper. We were not happy with our spot. They were working on water or electric lines. We had a kinda deep drench across our spot. The spot was really not long enough. Good thing we had camper in front of drench, it rained all day Saturday. We won’t stay here again. I had more to say

Couldn’t get the 30 amp to work. Bathhouse and laundry were very nice. Dog park was good. The after hours open site option is appreciated.

SHOCKED this is a KOA. Sites not level, bathhouse has no water pressure, sometimes no hot water, only clean for about an hour a day. Broke down rigs living here for years. Kids w/no adult supervision, climbing on bathroom counters, locking the stall doors & crawling under so no one can go to the bathroom or shower. This is a low rent trailer park, I'd be surprised if there isn't a meth lab.

Thank you for staying with us. We're sorry you had such a negative experience here, including some kids playing in the bathroom at one point (This was addressed). Our sites are very level, Our nice bathhouse is cleaned thoroughly daily, and we do not allow "broke down rigs living here for years".

Great location if you want to visit Nashville. Our lot was very level. We didn't have to do much to our trailer to level it. Nice about of spacing between lots. Crews were constantly cleaning, which was nice. Before weedeating around our trailer, the young man asked our permission. We were there on Memorial Day weekend. They has events planned. The grandsons loved the candy bingo, tye dye t-shirts, and the hot dogs and ice cream. They also had a live band playing for a couple hours which was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. The grandkids enjoyed the games they had on the front porch. This was great due to amount of rain we had. The playground was redone and was great for the younger kids. My older grandsom enjyed the basketball court and the fossball table. Would definitely stay again. Two things we did notice. We had a lot of problems with the Wi-Fi. Just didn't have a very good signal. Maybe the weather. The area to get dressed in outside of the shower was very small. Just not quite enough room. Had to actually use the shower stall. Challenging to not get my clothes wet.
