Very pleasant hosts, cute little KOA. Easy in for us and our spot to back in for a night. Quiet and relaxing. We did a load of laundry and was nice facility. Only issue is bottom drier on left wasn’t getting the clothes dry very fast. Might want to use a different one. Otherwise clean with nice space between back in sites.

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through, but I thought the KOA was perfectly fine. I like KOAs because they are always clean and well run.

Bathrooms very clean, staff was friendly. There is a train track nearby you may hear throughout stay, but not too loud, I slept through. Was just a stopover for us while traveling and it worked well for us.

Nice level site with shade tree, enjoyed walking around the catch and release pond as well the fenced in K9 site was large and grasses for our pup. Staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay

It was wonderful! The park is beautiful and clean, and the people very friendly. Very conveniently located near some restaurants and a Dollar General!

Very nice campground. Neat, clean, level sites. Great for overnight. Not far from interstate. BBQ restaurant right across the street. Small and cozy. Quiet. Excellent customer service. Would stay again.

Very nice campsitpaddle. I like the cement pad. We drove through Texas without seeing many trees. It was a welcome change to see Hugo trees at the camp

We came for the eclipse. The communication ahead of time was excellent and they had a nice little eclipse goodie bag on arrival. It was quiet and they didn't increase their rates for the event. All the people working there were so pleasant and helpful, including warning us about impending storms overnight so that we could stow our gear. Very clean with lots of amenities. Would go back!

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the park. The space was an easy in and out with our motorhome. We made use of the bark park which was very nice and large enough to allow our dogs room to run and play. Enjoyed walking in the park and around the pond. I would definitely recommend this park for your overnight stays and weekend get away!!

Our site was a patio pull thru and was very nice! Plenty long for our fifth wheel and truck. Campground was clean, office staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to I 30 but not too loud. We will return when in the area!

The only negative comment I have is that they need more ADA access to the dog park and the men’s showers

I always can trust a KOA to be friendly, handle my 43' 5th wheel with easy pull-thru's, and make me feel at home from the minute I arrive. Mt Pleasant KOA met my expectations. Be sure to check out the local history if you have time. Especially Carrol Shelby's contribution and the Ezekial Airship!

Just an overnight. Lots of rain prior and during our arrival, so sites were very wet, limiting dog walking areas. Restrooms very clean. Nice, large dog park.

The campground was very open, well managed, and easy to get in and out of! Jason and Amanda were incredible hosts, and take a lot of pride in their park, both through maintaining and through their great customer service. I travel for work, and I look forward to coming back here again.

Originally we were only booked for one night. But after our truck broke down the staff made every effort to make sure we had a place to stay tell we could get things worked out. Thank you so much.

I had been anticipating the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse for almost 7 years. When I researched appropriate sites for the event, the owner of tis KOA was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Over about a year of correspondence, she kept our 4 groups informed, and reassured that we were going to be near each other, and gave us some tips for the Block Party that the town was throwing for the occasion. They have some very nice spots for campers and RVs, nice facilities, and a pretty big doggie play area (Kamp K9!) It was so nice to be welcomed to the camp by the owner when my big party trickled into town. I hope to return for more adventures soon!
