Staff were friendly and accomodating. They were able to accomodate our large group. Very clean facilities.

Management was very helpful from the instant we arrived. The camp is clean, quiet, and although a bit small, which really does not bother me at all, has all necessary amenities. Restaurants and gas stations are less than 1/4 mile away, so you cannot beat that. It is a cinch to find the grounds and I will stay here again in a heartbeat if or when my wife and I are out that way.

Jason was fabulous. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me. The lady that greeted me was polite and offering of her time to get me to my site.

This is the best tent camping experience we ever had. The staff is very friendly and the facility is extremely clean. The only thing is the helicopter noice at night. I don't think they can control it.

I was very happy with my stay. I was a late arrival and had no trouble finding my spot with the info provided. Only drawbacks were a couple other campers - a disturbed/drunk lady who repeatedly yelled "F@&%" while walking around her campsite late at night. The other was a guy who smoked in the bath house while I was showering. The tent camp site was great, will stay again.

We had a great time! Great pool, fishing pond, and we loved our campsite. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well. Some great memories were made.

While the property itself wasn't bad, clean restroom and tent sites, the location was so close to the highway, a train track, and hospital with a helipad that we hardly got any sleep at all... it was very noisy.

The environment was nice, it was a lot smaller than I expected. Overall the staff and restrooms were amazing.

I so like this KOA. Grandma and Grandpa and the little Beagle. Normally in a Kabin, last time 2 nights in a tent. Amanda, Jason and little one are fixing it up DOUG/JOYCE & BAGEL

The campground is old but very clean .need a few things to remodel but i will recommend to a friend. Staff is very friendly

With only a tent, we reserved a water/electric site. Was informed that no tent sites available due to electrical problems so they placed us on an rv site with very little shade coverage when several were open the whole time we were there. The rest rooms are not well marked after dark, so my first time looking for them at 3:30am left me unable to locate them. I had to go behind our tent.

I enjoyed my stay at the KOA. The staff was friendly, but I think they must have been under staffed because the propery was not kept up very well. There was a wasps nest in the play ground and tall weeds all over the play area. Also our campsite had tall grass around the fire ring that we had to pull out. But over all it was a pleasant stay and my young kids enjoyed to pool and fishing

As a tent camper, the woodsy, pond sites were the best I've experienced in years. Keep loving your tent campers!

Location was right in the along the way path , and the tent site was proper for a overnight stay. Thanks for inviting the stars to light the night and the sun to be our alarm clock. It was a pleasure to get s night of outside in where most of our times are locked indoors.

This KOA was the worst I've experienced. While the bathrooms were GREAT....we ended up at a super 8 down the street. We arrived after hours, which is not a problem, however the campsite had absolutely no lighting, and the spot was poorly taken care of with tall grass and visible ticks jumping all over the place. As a young woman, I felt very unsafe even in my own car. very unhappy. Lost money.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you had a poor experience at our KOA. The tent site were in need of mowing. Most people do not want lights in tent sites and you chose a site without water and elec. I am assuming the little blue car at the rest room at 7:30 am was yours, glad you liked them. Call us if want a refund.

Our stay at the KOA was was pleasant one. When trying to call for a reservation there was trouble with the phone lines but Betty worked really hard to make sure we had our spot waiting for us when we arrived. The only problem we had was that the tent camping was a really long way from the restroom.

Need to catch up on mowing and weeding. I wish the campsites were positioned closer to the restrooms - but was not a bad a walk as a thought.

We loved the camp ground. We were in town but had the feel of the wilderness. We were not able to swim but was given a refund, so it all worked out. We also swam at another location in town. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. Great vacation will come back.

We loved this KOA. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in all the KOAs we have been to. The hosts were really nice and friendly. Our electric outlet was not working and it was almost closing time but they stayed behind to check and found that the GFCI was out so they went to the store and bought a new one to replace it and they even gave us an extra extension cord and a light.

Friendly staff made sure all my needs as a tent camper were met. A little noisy as it's close to the highway but overall I was satisfied and will return when I'm in the area.
