Lori was great in the office and helped us out to have a 50 Amp hook-up. The trees need trimmed back a bit but I know it all takes time when you are basically starting from square one. The park is making good progress to get back in to shape. We will be back.

We have much enjoyed two one-night stays at the Montpelier Creek KOA, one in late summer 2022 and one in early summer 2023 and would return for more. The campground staff is friendly, efficient and the check-in process was simple. Campground entrance off Hwy 89 is easy in, easy out, likewise most of the sites for our 41' coach towing a Jeep. Very quiet and relaxing overall.

The staff was extra helpful in providing a last minute spot for us. The creek was fun for the kids to play in and they caught a lot of fish. The pickleball court was being made and our family had fun playing. Overall the KOA was expensive without full hookups and the pool was broken and emptied out so the amenities were slim for the steep price.

It was a clean and nice stay. Unfortunately, we were told 3 days prior to our stay that the swimming pool was going to be getting worked on they were not honest about the fact the pool was not going to be available and was under construction and nowhere near finished

My family absolutely loves the Montpelier KOA! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Their campsites are all clean and you also feel it's a little more private than other KOA's. We can't wait for our stay next year.

There’s upgrades going on in the pool areas and new sport court , the bathrooms were always nice and clean the new owners were very friendly and helpful!

We hadn't stayed here for a couple years as the place was getting really bad and run down by the previous owners. The new owners are really making an effort to get this property back up to what it should be, new pool, pickle ball court, and a whole park rehab. They will make this a desired location once again. We will be back here in the near future.

Fantastic campground. Everything was so clean and nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Stayed down by the creek and had a great time. Only wished their website would have said the pool wasn’t open.

We loved the campground, but wondered why there wasn't more focus on a dog area. It looks like there's plenty of space and it could easily be made bigger and nicer. That was the only thing that disappointed us.

Good location. Clean bathrooms. Facility seemed tired with no amenities other than a playground for kids. Site was not easy to access. Was OK but overpriced at $59.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites are small however, the area is very nice. They are putting a lot of work into this KOA like a new pool, pickleball court and adding more sites. The nature path is very nice too.

Amazing little store with lots of cute IDAHO merchandise. Sweet and friendly staff. I would recommend changing the layout a bit so campers in the middle (sites 1 - 17) can drive out without having to back all the way out of the dead end. It may require loosing one camp site, but it would be so much safer and easier than backing all the way down the lane. Looking forward to the pool being open.

Absolutely wonderful small KOA. If you are looking for a quiet cozy campground, this is it. Bathrooms are clean, playground is well kept and all the sites were nicely manicured. Host and employees were very friendly and we hope to return soon.

We stayed in our pop up camper. We had easy access to the very clean restrooms and showers. The whole camp ground is very clean despite them doing construction. They were courteous of noise during construction and though certain areas were down the playground was set up for all ages. They even put up a bouncy castle for the children to enjoy! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions

Montpelier Journey KOA was conveniently located on the highway between I84 and I80 for us. We need a place to stop overnight after a long day's travel. The camp was vacant except for one other traveler the day we stayed. It is a camp still being constructed, however we saw it as clean, well equipped, and on par with all other KOAs at which we have stayed. We will no doubt stay there again.

We stayed in Montpellier for a softball tournament this past weekend and the staff here was beyond helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to find us a site even though they were almost fully booked. Everything about our stay here went off without a hitch. The campground is on the smaller side but they sure fit as much in the area they have to work with as they can. Everything was extremely clean and the pool was fabulous. We will definitely be back!

Here for softball tournament and the people who work and run this place are very nice and helpful. Lots for kids to do and pet friendly. Very happy with our choice this year to come here!
