The KOA was very clean and well maintained. My stay was very peaceful.

The shower in my cabin didn’t work at all. The hot water heater needed to be replaced, but they wouldn’t do it. The toilet didn’t work, I had to lift the lid and knock the float down to fill up the tank. I had no WiFi for 3+ days. I was told they needed to add a router but didn’t do anything about it. The add stated they had a creek stocked with fish. I wouldn’t call it a creek. No fis

We stayed at the lodge the very last day of the season cold but colorful. The lady was very friendly and very helpful. clean and quiet, just like we like it

Loved the location just outside of town, and LOVED staying in the cabin by the creek. It was spacious and very comfortable. The outside was very peaceful--loved the porch swing. This KOA offered all the amenities, was clean, quiet, and very nice. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other travelers. KOA never disappoints.

We had an excellent stay! Jeanne and the crew are the best. Extremely accommodating and the campground was maintained immaculately. Surprise bonus was the heated pool. Great stay. Highly recommend! Thank you! And thanks for the popcorn.

Super clean. The heated pool was awesome! The gal that checked me in was very nice. The cabin was cozy and spotless. And it sits right on a little creek.

Very nice park. Well kept grounds. Nicest KOA I’ve stayed at. Park hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of fun things to do, corn hole, pickleball, swimming pool. We stayed in one of the cabins next to the creek, shaded by trees and very quiet. Had a fire ring, picnic table and grill.

The staff at this KOA is new, but they are great! They made us feel right at home. The facilities were nice and clean and in proper working order. If anything wasn’t they would attend to it promptly. The only issue was the shower in the deluxe cabin we stayed in. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. It was the same when we stayed last year, so we were a little disappointed in that

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and accommodating. The deluxe cabin was great and clean and had all the items we needed for our glamping experience! The location was amazing! It was very central to all our outings! We will definitely come back for another stay!

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The cabin was cozy, clean- perfect. The camp hosts were super helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful, the cabins all have river access and plenty of shade from trees. Definitely will be returning. Thanks KOA for the perfect getaway.

Campground was so clean and restrooms smelled great which is not something that can be said about all campgrounds !! Staff was nice and helpful! Was a great stay would highly recommend!

The hosts were very kind. The campground was clean. The cabin I stayed in was clean and comfortable. This was my first stay at a KOA. If they are all as nice as this one, I'm hooked. I loved my experience.

Nice campground, clean bathrooms. Cabin was on edge of small creek which provided nice background noise to drown out nearby highway traffic. Cabin was stuffy/dusty & didn’t appear to have been used recently.

The pool was a hit, my kids were too big for the kiddie playground but enjoyed playing basketball and pickleball . We stayed in a cabin by the creek and it was perfect. For as busy as the place was the bathrooms were well maintained .

The cabin was dirty, I had to sweep the floor when I arrived because there was so much dog hair and rocks and dirt on the floor. Also, there was zero staff at the campground from when I arrived (4pm) to when I left at 830am.

We love the Montpelier koa. It’s off the beaten path and the river is calming. We did have several spiders in our cabin this year and the screens were coming out so windows were letting in all the mosquitoes and flys. Other than that it was wonderful.

Loved the river next to my cute cabin. Lawn spaces were between each site with an outdoor table and BBQ. Everything was clean including showers and toilets. Family fun in the swimming pool and pickle ball court.

In my arrival, there was not body to assit us, the cabin was closed and there was not way to get set, i had to call to the contact number that was posted in the window of the office several times until finally somwbody answered saying im not there but im 2 hours away so we had to wait. In the end we had to be moved to adifferent cabin. The water of the pool was full of insects as well.

The deluxe cabins were really nice and clean. We loved the amenities (games, pool and laundry room). It's a really nice location that is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that affected our stay was the shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold. And, there were a significant amount of carpenter ants that were crawling on my kids in the bunk beds.

Cabin 2 was always in the sun except for early mornings and late pms. Wish we able to choose the cabin we would like to reserve. Also other KOA’s offer weekend breakfast and other group activities for their guest. Would have been nice if something like that would’ve been offered.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we found it perfect. We got there late but it was easy to find our cabin and check in the next day, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is by FAR the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. Lovely spaces with room to move, picnic tables, trees and grass. Super quiet. We feel like we stumbled upon a treasure here.

There may be a nicer KOA out there but we've never found it! This KOA is absolutely perfect and made us regret having to leave. It also makes us wish to return. The sites, the bathroom/showers, the nature trail, the staff - it is simply perfect. In addition, the town of Montpelier is full of nice people and has the Oregon/California Trai site to view and it's wonderful

We came here one week after they opened for the season and had the whole place to ourselves ! Super nice couple that seems to tend to the place and they do a great job everything was very clean and looked like bathrooms mind be renovated. Was able to do a load of laundry while sitting around the fire with a beer :) Had cute little shop to get things if you forgot anything . There is some vicious mosquitoes by the water so bring that bug spray and you'll be good to go .
