Campground was so clean and restrooms smelled great which is not something that can be said about all campgrounds !! Staff was nice and helpful! Was a great stay would highly recommend!

The hosts were very kind. The campground was clean. The cabin I stayed in was clean and comfortable. This was my first stay at a KOA. If they are all as nice as this one, I'm hooked. I loved my experience.

Nice campground, clean bathrooms. Cabin was on edge of small creek which provided nice background noise to drown out nearby highway traffic. Cabin was stuffy/dusty & didn’t appear to have been used recently.

The pool was a hit, my kids were too big for the kiddie playground but enjoyed playing basketball and pickleball . We stayed in a cabin by the creek and it was perfect. For as busy as the place was the bathrooms were well maintained .

The cabin was dirty, I had to sweep the floor when I arrived because there was so much dog hair and rocks and dirt on the floor. Also, there was zero staff at the campground from when I arrived (4pm) to when I left at 830am.

We love the Montpelier koa. It’s off the beaten path and the river is calming. We did have several spiders in our cabin this year and the screens were coming out so windows were letting in all the mosquitoes and flys. Other than that it was wonderful.

Host are very helpful and friendly. Very clean. thanks for letting us check in a little early. the pool is very nice. Just needs a common area to do any dishes you have. will defiantly go back

Loved the river next to my cute cabin. Lawn spaces were between each site with an outdoor table and BBQ. Everything was clean including showers and toilets. Family fun in the swimming pool and pickle ball court.

In my arrival, there was not body to assit us, the cabin was closed and there was not way to get set, i had to call to the contact number that was posted in the window of the office several times until finally somwbody answered saying im not there but im 2 hours away so we had to wait. In the end we had to be moved to adifferent cabin. The water of the pool was full of insects as well.

The deluxe cabins were really nice and clean. We loved the amenities (games, pool and laundry room). It's a really nice location that is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that affected our stay was the shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold. And, there were a significant amount of carpenter ants that were crawling on my kids in the bunk beds.

Arrived late but it is a nice place in the wilderness. Has a lot of amenities and would stay again when in the area.

Cabin 2 was always in the sun except for early mornings and late pms. Wish we able to choose the cabin we would like to reserve. Also other KOA’s offer weekend breakfast and other group activities for their guest. Would have been nice if something like that would’ve been offered.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we found it perfect. We got there late but it was easy to find our cabin and check in the next day, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was clean , restrooms were in good working order ,keep clean and well stocked , showers all worked ,clean . Grounds were keep up free of litter . Nice little creek on site for the kid's to fish in , play around and explore . A nice stay , Keep up the good work.

The camp host (Kayla) was very friendly and great to work with when we needed to reach out. We stayed in the deluxe cabin and although there were a couple hiccups, we didn't allow it to ruin our experience. We enjoyed our vacation and look forward to our next stay.

$150 a night for the deluxe cabin was too much! You have to bring bedding, towels, etc. the shower was terrible and was either boiling hot or freezing.

The cabin was covered in dead bugs and was filthy. There were dozens of dead bugs in every window sill, on the floor — the floor that had a layer of dust and dirt that was disgusting. The fridge was not clean. The person in the office was not at all helpful, even after I went to show him the photo of the dead bugs and one of the filthy paper towels from cleaning the floor. Gross and unpleasant

Kayla , The cabins we stayed at were very clean and comfortable . We had issues with the shower temperature adjustment . It would be real hot (scalding hot) or real cold . We ended up using the bath house for our showers both days .Possibly the mixing valve should be replaced in L1 . regards , George

What a gem of a campground in you have in this small town. Our cabin on the creek was clean & comfortable. We loved having a propane grill ti be able to easily cook dinner in the great outdoors.

We had a great time. The camp was clean and quiet. The steam outside our cabin was an awesome benefit. With the windows open, we enjoyed the sound as background noise. It was so relaxing.

We had a great time. Camp hosts were great and very helpful with questions and letting my family borrow basketballs, pool sticks, etc. so that we could enjoy all the amenities offered. Cabin was clean and we had a great campsite.

Very clean, mostly quiet, completely worth the money. The only issue i had was two or three children throwing handfuls of rocks at each other( In the rest room) while i was using it. But thats a parent issue not KOA.

I stayed with a group of families on our baseball team. The KOA hosts were so helpful and pleasant and kind. This is a wonderful facility run by wonderful people. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much.

I use to go all the time to Montpelier and unfortunately over the years it's gone down. Pool was down for repairs and didn't get notice until I was due to arrive. No screen on window so couldn't open window. Maintenance did come next day and duck taped it together. Pool table needs to just go. Broke and torn.

It was a very nice place with a great playground and games for the kids and the deluxe cabin was nice, comfortable and cozy. They also had a few inflatable water toys up due to the construction of the pool that wasn't finished yet. Overall i was impressed with this location and would go back here anytime.

We stayed at this campground in a travel trailer for one night in October while traveling coast to coast. It was dark when we arrived and we left early the next morning so we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities. However, our site was very large with a permanent picnic table. We did use the laundry facilities and shower facilites and they were all clean. The hot water in the shower was fantastic! We would stay at this campground again if the opportunity arose.

Its good. Bathrooms could be cleaner/more frequently cleaned. Maybe tell campers to stay in their own camp too. Kids playing literally next to our river spot.
