The campground was wonderful. It’s clean, tidy, nice spacious sites, beautiful scenery, spotless restrooms, very nice staff, lovely small trail around the site with creek running through. Near to grocery store & other necessities… we absolutely loved our 2 nights there & would highly recommend this KOA.. the whole team there should be given credit!

Surprisingly quiet (despite being on a relatively major road), exceptionally clean bathrooms, friendly manager, and some nice shade in our site; it felt a bit like an oasis. Lots to see & do in the area too.

A wonderful KOA. If traveling with children, they have a great play area and heated pool. The facilities are very clean and the staff was freindly and helpful. I definately recommend a stay at this location.

Our recent stay at this KOA was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this campground is run with genuine care, pride, and attention to detail. Perfect location close to both Lava Hot Springs and Bear Lake. Beautiful, nicely maintained KOA. Staff is helpful and fun! A little gem we will be visiting again.

The staff was helpful sending me text messages acknowledging our stay, letting me know how late they would be in the office and how to pull in when we get there. Clean facilities and the rv sites are well graveled and clean. A nice experience overall.

We have stayed at many KOA locations over the years. By FAR... this KOA was the cleanest, friendliest, and most comfortable. Jeanne and Lori were amazing! The bathrooms, laundry rooms, and entire site were SPOTLESS. We look forward to coming back the first part of June and have already made reservations. Thanks to the Montpelier team.

The lady in the office was gracious! She gave us the perfect sight! The bathrooms were clean and quality facility. The best part for us was the huge dog run! This KOA is worth the 2 mile drive off the highway!

A small, quiet and clean campground. The bathrooms were very nice with super hot water. The grounds were well maintained and the store was well stocked. A perfect place to relax and recharge while on the road.

My 4 month stay at Montpelier Creek KOA Journey was superb. The hosts Jeanne, Lori, Mike & Roberta are the very best. I have stayed at 50 rv campgrounds. So helpful, professional and kind. KOA campers are friendly. I joined the club, discounts. Great playground, pool, pickleball, CREEK, fishing, bathrooms. Bear Lake IS like the Caribbean. KOA Journey, Yes, 10 out of 10.

It was just overnight but if I had more time, I would have stayed longer. Clean & great location.. Loved that it was right by a stream and had a nature trail to walk. The dog park was clean and plenty of pickbup bags available. Staff was welcoming. I'd definitely stay again

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. We left an item at our campsite and Jeanne tried to call us several times. When she couldn't reach us, she did text me, but we were already home (600 miles away). She worked with us and arranged to ship the item back to me. It just arrived, packed perfectly and in original condition. Thanks Jeanne and all the staff at this KOA location.

We were allowed to check in early, the staff is most friendly and caring. All of the facilities were clean and in great repair. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean campground with friendly workers. The store was well stocked. The pool was closed due to the time of year. Sites were spacious with room in between. The night was quiet. We will stay again. We were in a 30’ motorhome with a car. We didn’t use any of the facilities.

First time at a location like this, for me and my family of six with four little kids, this was a perfect experience. Very clean, great location, polite, and professional staff, playground, and games for the kids. This was amazing. 5/5 recommend

We stayed in Montpellier for a softball tournament this past weekend and the staff here was beyond helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to find us a site even though they were almost fully booked. Everything about our stay here went off without a hitch. The campground is on the smaller side but they sure fit as much in the area they have to work with as they can. Everything was extremely clean and the pool was fabulous. We will definitely be back!

Here for softball tournament and the people who work and run this place are very nice and helpful. Lots for kids to do and pet friendly. Very happy with our choice this year to come here!
