This campground is amazing, it’s 2 miles outside of town in a beautiful canyon setting. Very clean, great staff, nice park for kids & dog park, and a great pool to swim in! A river runs by the cabins & there’s a nice nature trail. Would like to acknowledge Jeanne for all her hard work & dedication to make this a great campground! Thank you!

The host was super friendly. The campground was super clean. And beautiful I might add. It just had a very welcoming field to it. I enjoyed it very much thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the Montpelier KOA. Jeanine was lovely! She was always available and had a great positive attitude. The pool was lovely. Large, refreshing and salt water. The kids loved the park!

I got that the pool was broken, but that lady was rude about it. Come on, you could of been more customer service friendly. The campground is beautiful but bring back the friendly people. The lady with long white hair and the lady with shoulder length the younger one with funny name E were so sweet but the older lady needs a lesson on how to talk to people.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and accommodating. The deluxe cabin was great and clean and had all the items we needed for our glamping experience! The location was amazing! It was very central to all our outings! We will definitely come back for another stay!

We enjoyed the stay. It was very quiet and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. If we are ever back up that way, we would stay again. The only thing I wish is that there were activities for the kids.

We loved our stay at the Montpelier KOA. We have stayed at this KOA every year for the last 4 years and this was the best year yet. The managers, Jeanne and Evielynne (and Lori) did a great job of keeping the place neat and clean. They were friendly and accommodating when we asked to move to a different site. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great.

Very friendly staff, easy check in- It was hot when I arrived on my motorcycle- I was ready for a swim BUT the swimming pool was closed for maintenance! At 12:40am a vehicle with a loud muffler pulled in and parked, alternated turning his motor off and then on again- racing it several times. I finally called the police after nearly it an hour of this…. Didn’t get much sleep - need a gate

Was a last minute call, they had space for us, very friendly on phone. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and guided to our site. The park is well kept up and clean. Staff is great!

The staff were very accommodating in helping me secure a 50 amp spot when there wasn’t one today I made my reservation. It ended up with a very nice spot near the bathrooms. The staff even provided us with a fresh baked loaf of bread. And it made my Journey very comfortable and my daughter very happy.

We have a 45 ft coach it’s a tad tight to get around, but doable. They put us in the best spot for a big rig. Qyiet, comfortable and adorable. A river on the property has camp sites for a peaceful stay. The people who work the park are awesome! This place is a gem!

We had a great stay. The campground was very clean and well maintained. We loved all the options for activities at the campground plus it’s close to Bear Lake. There was plenty of shade. We will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely loved the hosts their the 2 ladies were amazing sweet and very helpful. Waaaaayyyyyy better than 4 yrs ago. Only have 1 major complaint but not worth publicly announcing it but if yall called i share it

The campground was well kept with lots of shade. The restrooms were clean every time I visited them. The campground staff was friendly and very hard working. I appreciated having an escort to my site. The pickleball court, playground, and swimming pool were nice additions….although we didn’t use them.

The location is nice, next to a mountain stream and three miles outside of the town of Montpelier. We enjoyed the nature trail through the forest along the stream, with two bridges across the stream. We also enjoyed two museums in town: the National Oregon and California Trail Center, and the Butch Cassidy museum, located in a bank that he robbed back in 1896. We will probably come back.

The Ladies that helped us are very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The campground is very clean and quiet. I would recommend this KOA to my friends. (Evielynne has been so helpful, very kind, she goes out of her way to accommodate every camper!

A lot of maintenance and upgrades to the facilities are being performed. Nice pool, playground and racket ball court. Spaces would be somewhat tight if the occupancy is near full.

This is by FAR the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. Lovely spaces with room to move, picnic tables, trees and grass. Super quiet. We feel like we stumbled upon a treasure here.

There may be a nicer KOA out there but we've never found it! This KOA is absolutely perfect and made us regret having to leave. It also makes us wish to return. The sites, the bathroom/showers, the nature trail, the staff - it is simply perfect. In addition, the town of Montpelier is full of nice people and has the Oregon/California Trai site to view and it's wonderful

We came here one week after they opened for the season and had the whole place to ourselves ! Super nice couple that seems to tend to the place and they do a great job everything was very clean and looked like bathrooms mind be renovated. Was able to do a load of laundry while sitting around the fire with a beer :) Had cute little shop to get things if you forgot anything . There is some vicious mosquitoes by the water so bring that bug spray and you'll be good to go .
