Quel chouette camping! Tout petit, mais on se sent comme en famille. Les sanitaires étaient impeccables et notre site parfait, a l’ombre d’un arbre fruitier et le long du ruisseau. J’aurais bien pu y devenir “saisonnière”. Sylvie, quebec city

What a gem of a campground in you have in this small town. Our cabin on the creek was clean & comfortable. We loved having a propane grill ti be able to easily cook dinner in the great outdoors.

We had a great time. The camp was clean and quiet. The steam outside our cabin was an awesome benefit. With the windows open, we enjoyed the sound as background noise. It was so relaxing.

Isaac was fantastic and very accommodating when I couldn't get leveled in the first spot he gave me. This is one of the first KOA's that date back to the origins of KOA. It was just purchased last year and it's clear they have been working on it to bring it out of the 60's. The location and setting is amazing, and traveling back through, would definitely spot back again.

We love the Montpelier KOA. This time they had people leave their dogs barking for hours. That was really annoying. We also had the opportunity to camp by people that drank and played music until midnight. Then we had the symphony of them throwing up for another hour. People are really rude. The KOA is great.

Great campground and hosts, pickleball amenity and Cleanliness!! Creek running thru campground sealed the package! Only missing amenity is grab bar for shower safety.

Nice spot, but services for tent/nonRV stays were minimal. No garbage cans nearby, water taps were set up for hoses, not water bottles, and there was no nearby toilet. A portapotty would help. Staff was very nice and there is plenty of play equipment for kids.

Made reservation at 5:30 pm. Arrived 9;30pm to no guide with instructions to where our site was. We called the after hrs and emergency numbers numerous times and no one answered. Had to find a spot in the dark. Had no Wi-Fi. Will never stay there again. Would rather stayed on side of road

The only reason for a 4 is because there are some tight turns and trees that make it difficult to maneuver a large 5th wheel around. But the view we had of the field and hillside was amazing. Oh and the fire pits are kind of close to the neighbor rig. Seems like there are new owners and they are working on getting it fixed up. The town is nice, but stores are closed on Sunday.

Sad that the pool wasn’t ready but this is our second time staying and our family liked it. Plenty for the kids to do. Clean bathrooms but no hand soap �

We spent one night there on our journey. Very clean and the lady who checked us in was very nice. Had a great area for kids to play. The creek that borders it was great!

This KOA was quiet, in a beautiful area and very family friendly. We used the laundry facilities, playground and showers. We enjoyed the dog walks/trail around the KOA, the placement of RV spots by the creek and the attentiveness of the staff. The cabins are perfectly placed for privacy and enjoyment of the creek. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

We had a great time. Camp hosts were great and very helpful with questions and letting my family borrow basketballs, pool sticks, etc. so that we could enjoy all the amenities offered. Cabin was clean and we had a great campsite.

First they messed up check in time, again. 2nd. When we get there no pool as advertised. 3. My pull through camp site had zero power in the box. I paid for 50amp. But got zero. Had to hook into a neighbors power box. 3, zero water pressure. No water even to flush the toilet. Due to them watering the lawn. . When they shut off water then a surge of pressure broke not only my sink valve.

This is by FAR the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. Lovely spaces with room to move, picnic tables, trees and grass. Super quiet. We feel like we stumbled upon a treasure here.

There may be a nicer KOA out there but we've never found it! This KOA is absolutely perfect and made us regret having to leave. It also makes us wish to return. The sites, the bathroom/showers, the nature trail, the staff - it is simply perfect. In addition, the town of Montpelier is full of nice people and has the Oregon/California Trai site to view and it's wonderful

We came here one week after they opened for the season and had the whole place to ourselves ! Super nice couple that seems to tend to the place and they do a great job everything was very clean and looked like bathrooms mind be renovated. Was able to do a load of laundry while sitting around the fire with a beer :) Had cute little shop to get things if you forgot anything . There is some vicious mosquitoes by the water so bring that bug spray and you'll be good to go .
