Had a patio sight. It was nice. Quiet and clean. They had limited supplies but it is a small park and no full timers there. Our site was a pull in but you had to back out. Was a little inconvenient since we had a tow car. We are going back in a while so we obviously like it.

Very nice campground, but still a tad rough. You need to make a 90 degree angle turn into the driveway, & if you don't, you and your RV will go off a 3 foot dropoff. Also, it appears they're adding new campsites, but more gravel is needed in the existing ones because there is mud at the end of each site. The place is beautiful & has great potential. It just needs a little TLC.

Staff was great. They are working hard on the park laying sod while we were there. We had trouble with the WiFi.

They have a lot of work to do. Only positive thing was its location and friendly. Too much sulfur in the wells so a filter is a must a long with high water pressure needing a regulator. Showers and bathroom limited and not real clean. Store shelves empty, spaces narrow and limited. Buildings could use renovations and trash behind the office near the dumpster, i.e broken glass, misc debris etc.

Always helpful and professional while being friendly. This is a developing KOA and it is great to see the progress between our stays there.

This is a beautiful, quiet campground. It is a baby koa. We met the owner and he is wonderful. He has great plans for this koa. We loved it here. This is what camping is all about. We sat and listened to the birds in the morning. I just can't say enough about this place. It was close to all the things we wanted to see. We did laundry. We would definitely go back here. We didn't want to leave.

Very quiet and enjoyable stay. Staff was delightful and helpful. Lots of improvements being made. Highly recommend this campground.

The driveway coming in was not safe for big rigs, wifi non existent , low water pressure and low hanging electric line. My landing gear was damaged when I pull in. Would not stay again

Montgomery KOA was a peaceful quiet stay. It is quickly being upgrading from an original camp ground with beautiful brick/wooden cabins, and original windmill all with in an open farm scenery. We had a great level spot, with private grass yard with new picnic table/firepit. My wife and I felt very safe and had a great overnight stay. This will be a gem of a park once completed. Thanks KOA

No amenities, no trees. Piece of ground with gravel pads with water, sewer, and electricity. Would not stay here again.

This koa appeared to be under construction/renovation. Although most of the services functioned, the wifi did not. And unfortunately when i reached out for support, there was no response.

The proximity to Montgomery was nice, as was having a pull-through site. However, the bathrooms weren't clean and there were some drainage issues - we had a lot of rain one day and our site (and others) was essentially one big puddle that went up to our ankles in spots. While I know more sites are being added, it seemed a little overpriced as it is. We only met one staff member, who was friendly.

Yes, this is a work in progress. Don't expect perfection or 'destination' amenities. We just needed a one night layover. Full hook up facilities work as designed, but no cable (we didn't need it). Our spot could use a few more layers of compacted gravel because of the large, mud hole where our entry door was. The owner flagged us down when we were leaving for a short chat. That was cool!

Great location for our road trips between NC and Louisiana. Developing park has been awesome to see each stay. This time we did not have access to wifi but still enjoyed our stay.

Make sure you follow the directions on your confirmation. They have a entrance that is steep but they are working on it to make it easier to get in. Staff is great. Brand new to the KOA family, so they are still working on bringing it up to KOA standards. Will stop again

Place has pretty trees but everything else is not great. They barely have gravel on the sites. There were open wood boxes hanging by a wire off a post. Not impressed.

Entrance is terrible, extremely tight to turn into with a big drop-off. We were in the last row from the office. Very uneven with potholes. It rained the first morning and we had huge puddles. Water connection was only a few inches above ground, covered in mud and only a few inches from the sewer connection. Sites and roads need gravel and grading.

Felt like we were on the back 40 of a farm. Took a while to get waited on upon arrival. Wi-fi is a “perk”, there is no Wi-Fi, there is no cable. We barely fit into spot.

Great location for a journey koa. Friendly manager. It was just off a main highway yet quiet. We were in the area for a softball tournament. Spent most of our time at the ballfield. Reasonably priced. Was perfect for our 3 night stay in the area.

not quite ready yet for the KOA style, BUT it is a work in progress and will be a great camp when finished. The staff was gracious and friendly. and were working very hard to make it great. YeS i would stop there again!!! P.S. they will need more restrooms for a camp that big

The place is a mess. Bathroom was filthy and no Tv or wi fi. I understand they are remodeling but they should post that up front. Won't go back.

We know they are rebuilding that campground BUT they had no shade trees, NO wood for campfires (they tried to sell sticks from ground to us for 5.00), cable was only for long term camping, internet was crappy, and people were very clueless.

Nice KOA for a stop over before we continued on our trip. Easy to locate fast access to freeway. Lots of updates coming to this location. Will be nice to see such a big space expand to something beautiful!

This KOA is great! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It is quiet for being close to the busy road & close to everything! They are working hard on getting it remodeled. I would stay here again. The price is right. Can't wait to see it in a couple years.
