Beautiful but a little pricy

Friendly staff but the facilities were very dated and poorly kept. The hot tubs were locked up. The rec room was used for storage. Mini golf was covered in yard debris and tree branches. The location was very seedy. Run down trailer park surrounding the KOA and sharing the entry. We brought our e-bikes to get downtown, the area near the campground was riddled with drug users and felt very unsafe.

It was convenient and eased my trip budget. Bathrooms were clean and maintained. The fire ring up by the offices was really nice. I was alone but enjoyed just siting there in the comfy chairs. The only thing I didn't appreciate was there not being a change maker or soap vending in the laundry room. I was not able to do laundry when I finally had the time.

We didn’t stay. Received a text message on our way that the office would no longer be opened on Sunday or Monday-This is a Holiday KOA- we arrived they left an envelope with a map (didn’t even draw or circle site) and site number. The park was fairly empty.we emptied our tank and left. I made this reservation in January- plenty of time to let me know of changes. Unreliable. Very disappointed.

Very clean park. Quiet, but off season, so very few people.

I stayed at this KOA for 2 nights on 9/20 to 9/22 (weekend cost at $65.51 per night) and 1 night on 10/1 (Tuesday week day cost more at $90.75.) On the 2nd stay it looked like most of the campground had been winterized. The only available restroom was in the main office area which had no hot water. I feel the cost per night increase of $25 plus doesn't reflect the less service.

We went with friends to go to a Griz game. The koa was clean quiet and the spaces were very big.

The camp ground was very well kept. Its a beautiful property. The check in process was excellent and the attendant was very polite. However the other staff we not very engaging as some of the KOAs we have been to. Not a problem really just noticeable

The Missoula KOA is an excellent place to stay, particularly, if you intend in-town activities. The location is adjacent to the shopping area and many restaurants. It is an older park, and well-kept with one exception. There is a row of permanent old mobile homes at one side that are poorly maintained as well as their yards. There is plenty of shade with large mature trees.

Very nice campground. Clean and well kept up. The only issue I had was I paid extra to have a pet pad but other dogs had dug holes around the edge which made it very easy for my little dog to escape.

We felt very comfortable on the KOA campground in Missoula. Everything looked very clean and cared for. Everything we needed was there, so we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff was great. Didn’t enjoy being across from mobile homes and the dumpster for $100 a night. Pretty ghetto. Won’t be back. Staying at Jim & Mary’s now. Much pretties atmosphere.

I had a GIFT CARD for $500 and was told I couldn't use it unless I stayed multiple nights. So, I had to pay $107.00 out of pocket instead of using GIFT CARD (not rewards card.) I called customer service the next day and was basically told I should check with next campground first if they know how to process a gift card. Excuse me??? Tanata LaRue

Friendly staff.Clean cabin. This trip we had the cabin with a single bunk above double bed. As ther was only 2 of us it wasn’t needed and it was actually a pain for the person under the bunk. Next time we will make sure no bunk above double bed. Lots of rabbits. Very sweet but drove our dog crazy. Bathrooms clean. We will be back. Highlander brew house nearby with great pizza!

Good stay. Nice staff and well run. Was a bit noisy at times because of heavy traffic nearby (can't stop growth).

They KOA itself is nice, at least half of it. We stayed two different times and on two sides. The South sites are very tight! And the North are nice amd wide and grassy, ""here most popular sites". Unfortunately the area surrounding the entire campgrounds is NOT great!! Does not really make you feel like you want to leave anything out or not locked up. As well as a airport and train yard very c

We arrived around 8 pm and had two oversized vehicles so we had to park in overflow. The night guy was supposed to show us where our cabin was but he drove in front of us in a pickup and said did you see where I flashed the lights? We said no and he pointed to show us the general direction.he said I have to go IWe wandered around for 15 minutes with all our stuff in tow trying to find the cabin.

We got there and our site was a mess. There were grass trimmings all over the patio and the table and chairs were all a mess. So disappointing.

Passing through heading home to Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada ((two night stay). Love Missoula City (tax free and lots of stores). KOA close to town and WiFi and TV cable. Love Cracker Barrell Restaurant (dinner and breakfast!) and Bretz RV and Target and Schells Store. Friendly Staff!

Ke ep up the great work!

Very loud, the slip we were in was unkept - lots of pet noises - people working on equipment with alarms going off during the process. Not a relaxing visit.

We love this KOA! It’s very conveniently located, the staff are friendly. The bathrooms are always clean and the WiFi signal is great!!

It was perfect!!! Everything was super clean and absolutely adorable. We felt really safe - there were even bunnies outside of our cabin to welcome us there. Everyone working the front desk was exceptionally kind. Will definitely stay again!!!

While working in Missoula we had the opportunity to visit KOA Holiday. It is a peaceful setting located away from the hustle and bustle of city life in Missoula. Quiet, well kept, clean park like atmosphere and friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommend for your next camping - clamping adventure.

Nice and clean campground. I arrived in December, they had electricity and sewer connections available at the site and a frost free water spigot to fill up on water upon my arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful upon arriving.

Very nice KOA. A lot of room between RV sites, quite level sites, neat, and tidy. I saw someone complaining about it being ‘under the flight path'. I'm a pilot. If half a mile away is ‘under' then I suspect the author was under the influence. It's the approach to MSO so the planes are virtually gliding at this point - the kids in the pool make more noise. Easy access and the nearby mall (not near enough to be a bother) has several restaurants including a decent reasonably priced Thai place.
