Beautiful site! We met some really nice people camping nearby. The only problem was with the laundromat...4 good washers but only one dryer working. Even so, I would stay again.

Executive site 4 was not level and concrete was busted. I would stay here again, but disappointed that this site was very unlevel.

Grass and weeds growing up in the gravel pads. Some of the concrete pads were broken. The showers were probably nice in the’80’s. Not worth the $80 + price. Would not stay there again. Not the campground’s fault, but the wi-fi was down too.

2nd stay at this location, service and staff was very organized and accommodating. Addition of activities on site certainly a plus! Reservations still a little chaos, but improved from last year.

Unfortunately we were only there for a couple of nights but we really like this campground! The office hosts are friendly and easygoing and we love the activities list. Hopefully next stay we will be able to participate!

The folks here are pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, we were invited to a hot dog roast dinner with all the trimmings (Cost $5 per plate). We hope to stay here again.

We only stayed one night but everyone was very friendly. Place was very clean. Easy to pull in & out of site. My husband also said all the hook ups were very easily accessible. Would stay there again.

Beautiful park! Nice pull thrus, 2 laundromats, a pool, and lots of activities. Very clean, and surprisingly quiet. Shout out to Lincoln and the wonderful staff there!

This is a very nice KOA. Super nice staff. Complementary breakfast. Out inly issue was a tree fell on and damaged our van. Staff was quick to react and gave us all the information we needed. We would highly recommend This campground. Dave and Heike.

Amazing campground off of I10 and very close to Pensacola. I decided to stay 2 night in my way from Miami to Houston to visit the Naval Aviation Museum and visit Pensacola Beach. No issues during check in or check out and beautiful campground.

Everyone is always very friendly, spots are wide and easy to get in & out of - wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Milton!

The campground is very good and well maintained, but customer service is nonexistent. Attempted to call ahead for reservations and no answer. Upon arrival at 9PM I was on my own to figure out how to register and pay up. The $80 fee for the short stay was excessive. I have stayed at this site on many occasions but will pass it up and find another venue in the future. BT

Turned out that this KOA is posing as an overnight campground but in reality, it is a long term trailer park and even though there were many open sites, they assigned us a site in between two of the long term sites. Trash everywhere the long termers were parked, gravel pads, no trees. We decided to use the pool and couldn’t…filled with green muck. NO HOLIDAY HERE!

All good! Restrooms are Indvidual and in good condition. Grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) right down the street. Near the highway, but not much road noise.

Summer heat aside, our three month stay at the Milton/Gulf Pines KOA was very enjoyable. Our site was shaded by several large trees with amble parking for two or more vehicles. The office and support staff were very friendly. They do a great job of putting on coordinated events such as Saturday afternoon cookouts, Sunday morning breakfasts, Karaoke and movie nights. Value added!

We have stayed in our motor home with slide outs on our trips back and forth to FL. Easy off/on to I-10. The park is very neat and clean. The sites are very spacious. Pull thru sites are plenty long. We have never used the amenities but all look wonderful. Will stay again and again and again.

They said the internet worked great but it was out several days. They said they had cable. It didn’t work either. Transformer blew power out. Asked for credit to leave early and was told no credits given. To be 20-30 miles from the beach was the biggest shock but being only near a Waffle House and gas station was a big disappointment. Big learning experience for me.
