The cabin was clean, nice to stay in and very comfortable. The stuff was very friendly to talk too. The whole experience was pleasant. I would suggest to anyone that likes too have the camping experience to stay here!!

We were only there one night, but cabin was great had everything we needed. Virginia w/ karaoke was great with the kids, they loved it.

We stayed on 2 occasions August 4th-5th and August 18th-19th and both stays were AMAZING! Every single person I spoke to about reservations was very kind, able to answer all questions and made sure we got the best cabin for our trip. Loved that there were things to do for adults, kids, and furkids :-D we all had a blast and look forward to staying with you all again soon.

By far the CLEANEST KOA we’ve stayed at. First cabin with linens included and towels. We loved it enough we changed our plans and stayed an extra night.

We were very happy that we chose Gulf Pines KOA for our Florida vacation. Cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the KOA staff was friendly and kept the property kept up very nice. We enjoyed the pool and miniature golf! Thank you!

We loved it. We had three kids age 4-15yrs old and grandma with us when we stayed here. They had a clubhouse with a place to watch movies, a game room, mini golf outside pools and a playground. The cabins were very clean. We will absolutely stay again when we’re in the area.

Friendly staff - but positive stops there. 1. Had no wifi the entire week. 2. Storms came through early in the week of our stay, our site was covered in debris the entire week. Poor maintenance procedures. 3. Pool was dirty, and area around the pool is poorly maintained, i.e. broken concrete, old chairs, etc... 4. Costs more than the RV resort across the street. 5. Too much to list

The campground was very peaceful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the cabin we rented was wonderful. We will hopefully be back in the future.

As always, the staff team were very friendly and welcoming. Our stay was very peaceful yet had fun things for the kids to do. We enjoyed the executive tv site being able to sit outside in the morning with our coffee. We will definitely stay again as we have over the last 20-25 years. Thanks for great experience once again!

We stayed one night at a cabin here. First I have to say WOW! This was such a wonderful experience. The staff in the office were helpful and just as pleasant as could be. Our cabin was awesome! Super clean and so comfortable. It had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things. My husband and I travel a LOT and this was one of those places that we will remember for a long time. Thank you!!

Unlike our experience at the Shreveport KOA, this cabin was prepped and ready for us and made the stay quite pleasant. Managers couldn't have been more accommodating. This is the way it should be! Thanks much.

I stayed in many KOA's on my trip and by far my favorite was Milton/Gulf pines KOA. The grounds are really beautiful and the whole staff even more so. I couldn't have felt more at home and comfortable, they treated me like family. Special thanks to Crystal and Debra, Real Life Angels!

Traveling by myself, my safety is my upmost concern. I felt very safe here, and I teach remotely, so my students thought it was SO COOL when I taught classes from the community screened in porch one day. It was comfortable and quiet! A suggestion is to add inexpensive travel hair dryers in the deluxe cabins. I didn't love being charged a $10 "change fee" moving trip date one day due to bad weather

Just stayed here for a weekend. The cabin was comfy nice and maintained. The campground was quiet and peaceful. Made a perfect spot for what we were needing. Also only 25 minutes from the sandy beaches! We came in late no one was working but check in was still super easy and easy to locate! Great stay would recommend.

Very friendly staff. Well maintained grounds and campsite as well as facilities. Conveniently next to interstate, but was not bothered by traffic noise as was quiet enough towards the back of the facility. Appreciated the option to wash my coach for a nominal water surcharge.
