They said the internet worked great but it was out several days. They said they had cable. It didn’t work either. Transformer blew power out. Asked for credit to leave early and was told no credits given. To be 20-30 miles from the beach was the biggest shock but being only near a Waffle House and gas station was a big disappointment. Big learning experience for me.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and so helpful. The grounds were in good shape. Due to the heat we did not enjoy camping as much as usual, but that wasn't KOA fault. We had family whom came to visit and spend time with us while staying. Thank you so much for a good place to camp and be with our family whom live in the area. The Riley family

A great over-night stop when returning to Texas. The facilities are clean, concrete pads and secured restroom/showers.

Had a wonderful time. The staff here are top notch, the park is clean and rates are good. We only wish that we could've stayed longer. The activities for the kids were perfect and the breakfast on Sunday was amazing!

Although we only stayed 1 night, this is a nice park for longer stays, convenient to Pensacola and gulf area beaches.

Very nice KOA with friendly helpful staff. Convenient location and clean facilities. Well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger dog park with grass.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Derrick had Karaoke and Movie nights. The pool was so awesome and never over crowded. The property was well maintained and the shower houses we very clean. The office staff were very knowledgeable. Lincoln, John and Debra are very professional and friendly. I would definitely return for another stay. They have a game room, and 18 hole mini golf.

We stayed at Milton KOA for 2 weeks. We came back 3 weeks later to utilize the storage for our fifth wheel for 2 weeks +.. We pulled the RV out, put it on a site and stayed 3 more days. We were sad to leave because of all of the staff who we got to know. The staff was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful. Next time we are in Florida we will definitely stay at Milton Gulf Pines KOA!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Park looked very nice once you got to the D row. A&B row are equal to a Journey. We were in B and it was worse than a Rest Area. Keep that in mind if you make a reservation.

Grounds and facilities were nice and well kept. All the staff I encountered were nice and friendly. Mini golf was a nice touch. We had something come up and needed to extend our stay, staff was accommodating and were able to make it work with no hassle. We'll definitely be back!

We had the Best time ! It was close enough but also just far enough away from the beach and traffic ! All employees that we came in contact with were so polite and friendly! Son and Husband had a ball competing in mini golf, horse shoes and Cornhole !

We had not planned to stay but had an RV repair issue that required us to be in the area for several days. I am so glad that we were able to stay at Milton/Gulf Pines KOA. The grounds were lovely with lots of fun activities for everyone in the family. And the staff was amazing.

The park needs some updating maintenance as many pads are cracked/crushed/broken down. They have plenty of grounds workers yet they don’t pick up trash from the site which was unusual for a KOA. Also the cost is a little on the higher side but all in all it was a safe place for a one night layover. Do plan to run your ac all night to drowned out the highway noise but it is manageable.

Not a bad place if you are staying the night on your way to your destination. This is not a destination campground, it is mostly overnighters and long-term campers. If you are looking for a family focused camping experience, you will need to look elsewhere - there are other options close by with more to offer at the same price point. I will say, the staff was very nice.

This was not up to ours or KOA standards. Sites were not what I expected. It had gravel only where the trailer was parked and grass in front and back. The people next to us had a very messy site and I assume they were long term. The concrete patio had a big chunk broken off. They did no have you leave your trash out for pickup like all the other KOA’s we have stayed at

Only stayed in the evenings, as we were helping our daughter move into her new home. The evenings were very quite and go a restful sleep.

2nd time at Milton KOA. Will definitely be back. Always bring grandson with us. Hard to say if he loves putt putt or the pool more. Can't say enough good things.

This was the best KOA we have been to. Very clean, well maintained grounds, common area , gas grill at site was clean with propane, laundry room and restrooms and showers. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Mini golf was fun, and I got a hole in one! The pool is being replaced, AND it was clearly posted in several places on the KOA website, their Facebook page, and the website. So, no one should be complaining about that. The Vetetans memorial is beautiful and appreciated by my husband, who served 38 years in the Air Force. It is great that several types of campsites are available at different prices. So, again, you can't complain about gravel if you chose it.

First time at a KOA, this place is beautiful. We rented a cabin, granted it had no bathroom or kitchen, however it was a step up from tenting. The cabin had air conditioning and TV, with cable. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate and very clean. The showers and bathrooms are very very clean and easily accessible. The staff is awesome. The cabin we rented was a step up from tenting, so you could not cook in the cabin; however I requested a small grill and they provided one. They have pools,mini golf, and other activities. I really recommend this location and will be back to visit. The plus is that the beach is close too. Thank you to all the staff we talked to and we will be happy to visit very soon.
