New Owners and Campground changes

The Miles City KOA has new owners as of Sept 1/2022.

Penny and TJ Potts have come from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada.  After 26 years in residential construction, it was time for a change.  With the rising costs of building materials and new homes becoming unreasonable in costs, they looked for a life change.  Always wanting to be in the US and with the love of camping, they made a leap of faith and sold everything in Canada and purchased the Miles City KOA.

Over the winter, they have been making some significant changes to the park.  Bathroom renos are a huge one that guests will appreciate.  Some updates to the building as well, which may be less exciting to campers, but more significant to the integrity of the buildings.  Insulation was added to keep the building warmer in winter, and cooler in summer.  New soffits and soffit lighting to bring the building into current times.  A new coat of paint will add a new look to the building as well - as soon as the Montana weather cooperates!

The store is also getting a refresh with new items and as many Made in Montana items as we can get our hands on.  We are carrying local beauty products, honey, dog treats and more!

Laundry no longer has to be a boring, mundane task.  We have added a flat-screen TV in the laundry room, as well as a give-a-book/take-a-book exchange.  So, if you want to read while doing laundry or watch TV, the option is yours.

This year Zingle will be added to the KOA here in Miles City.  What is Zingle you say?  It is a messaging system built into our KOA booking system that allows customers to text us with issues, needs for firewood, or anything!  We are just a text away for any needs or concerns that arise before, during or after your stay with us.  We can be sure to give you a pre-warning text to take exit 135 off the interstate to avoid the 11'5" low bridge in town.

Stay tuned for more exciting news to come!
