Always pleasurable. It's clean friendly and offers so much. We are recent new campers, and still learning all the ins & outs. Your employee Jim is exceptional, kind and patient with us and checks in on us often. We honestly don't what we would do without him. We always have fun during the Halloween weekend. I just think charging people when they bring their own golf cart is a bit much.

Way over priced for the amenities. Pools were closed, everything had a price. My son and his family would have to pay just to visit, and everything had a rental price. Store and personnel were cordial, lots were large and level. Fire truck ride was boring, he didn’t even turn the emergency lights on or hit the siren or air horns. Nice park but we will not stay there again.

We stayed for the first Halloween weekend which is so wonderful for the kids and everyone else with so many things going on. It is our favorite camping weekend.

Stayed Monday-Friday. Camp was pretty empty until Thu night. As weekend approached, it got more ppl and as to be expected loud ppl yelling at a tv game. �. Store was geared to alot of kids stuff with other camping needs (clothes, personal items, kitchen needs, etc). Close to my kids house, was the only reason I stayed here.

I had fun at the Halloween weekend, but the cost really turns me off. $10.00 per day for a golf cart? That is unfair and just gouging your guests. You will get no referrals from me simply because of the cost. If it wasn't for my grandkids, I would not stay there.

Overall a decent experience as I've never been. Many activities to do at halloween weekend. Wifi doesn't really work all that well and the smell of sewer was overpowering at times. It seems like there's some septic issues going on because the "water" would gurgle up when emptying the the tanks at premium sites nearby. Overall will likely go again, but some things could be improved.

We enjoyed the site. Enjoy activities. It was our first time camping with our Rv. We will be back in the future. Question. Could we get 2 sites next to each other. One has a pop up camper. The other has a Rv trailer..in the same section p?

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Medina / Wildwood Lake KOA Holiday! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The campground itself was beautiful—well kept and peaceful—and our campsite was absolutely fabulous. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The campground was very clean and quiet at night. Everyone that worked there was very professonal and friendly. Then one thing I did think was right that we had visitors come for a couple of hours to visit and they had to pay a fee of $20.00 to come in to see us and they also wanted to check out the park to see what accomendations were available. Nice place. Met only 1 friendly worker out of the 6 we spoke with during the 5 days we camped, which was disappointing. We were excited to be there as we just retired & were returning to Wildwood after 50 years to celebrate and reminisce our childhood camping days there. But we had fun anyway.

Such a fun campground. We were creekside with two RV sites and a cabin all next to each other with a huge grassy area along the creek and a nice fire pit at the cabin. My wife keeps saying she wants a seasonal site and if (when?) I give in and agree it will probably be here at KOA Medina/Wildwood Lake!

we took advantage of the KOA bogo free night stay. we enjoy the lake sites for easy fishing. the lake was a little mucky and lower water level but we made the best of it. we had site 17 which had a dock last time we stayed on it but is now gone (I assume weather damage). its a nice campground to walk around. the onsite winery is always a perk. location to the niagara wine trail is also nice

I wish it didn’t rain. It was our first time camping in a rented RV. Too bad your cabins don’t allow dogs. We will try and rent a larger RV next year and come again.

Second year in a row of coming for the holiday they do a great job keeping the place in great shape the little bar in property is awesome and a lot of fun . My only complaint is the people who had the cabin next to our site were rude and loud but only had to deal with it for 1 day . Camp store well stocked . Looking forward to next September

The property was nice and clean staff was friendly at all times plenty of activities throughout the Labor Day weekend would definitely recommend and return in the future. WiFi would cut out at times but we should really be enjoying the great outdoors lol

Really enjoyed our stay. The evening counter staff is lacking a bit in kindness - day help is wonderful. I was delayed by an hour because someone was parked in my spot and if an "off duty employee" did not "happen by" is would have been even a longer wait with 3 small children in the truck in hot weather. The staff never checked to see if I was ok or compensated me for the major inconvenience.

We stayed in the number section which honestly was disappointing. The weeds were taller than the cement pad and the tent site our family member stayed at was horrific. Nothing but weeds and a huge pile of dirt/weeds right behind his tent. His site also had no fire pit.

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
