I was really not impressed with the long waiver that was sent to us 3 days after registration and having to pay completely upfront for the weekend. The waiver was a real turn off, more so when it clearly was not enforced to other campers.

We usually love it here and it was okay this time, but when asking to pay for an extended check out since nobody had booked it for the following day, we were told no with no reason. There was also a terrible large ant infestation in the cabin, I killed over 30 ants the one night we stayed. I understand this is camping and there will be bugs but it was excessive and we couldn’t sit in the living

My granddaughter was bitten head to toe from Bed bugs from one of your cabins. From what she is telling me your campgrounds handled it pretty poorly. We have been coming there for years, always renting our cabins a year in advance, never any problems or issues. It's sad because a simple refund would have been the way to handle loyal customers that camp every year.

The cabin was well cared for, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has more of a community vibe than other sites we have stayed at. The bed was even comfortable. We booked 2 stays for next season.

Sadly, due to a serious issue during our most recent stay (09/19/25–09/21/25), we can no longer recommend this location. We stayed in a cabin and it was located next to the septic lift tank. The permanent fire pit was probably 12 feet away and it smelled like sewage all night. I talked to the office the next day and they said they would let the owners know. I emailed them twice after my visit and they have yet to respond. I don't expect much but that is poor business! I've stayed in many KOAs this wasn't right.

This was the first time I stayed at a campground. I look forward to the next caming trip. The employees were very helpful from check in to check out. I really enjoyed the activities provided.

The cabin wasn’t clean cobwebs all through out the interior. Don’t understand why you can’t check in until 3:00 and out by 11:00,because it’s doesn’t look like that they take the time to clean the inside of the cabin. Also some need some TLC done to them

OMG it was amazing! My son loved all the activities. The only thing that I didn’t like is the cabin door was hard to open all the way due to the floor and the food was over cooked and the pizza was under cook. Would go back again though.

We got bed bugs from cabin KT3. They were all over the box spring and I was covered in over 60 bites. They refunded my stay and the golf cart however the fall out from this has cost our family over $3000. When confronted with this, they offered me 50% off a week in a cabin (not by the creek though) and a free golf cart. Very insulting.

As first time campers, we had a great time, were able to relax with family, loved the pool and our cabin. Everyone from staff when we first checked in, to other campers were so very nice!!! I've already booked a stay for next year! Our only concern with 3 of our family being HVAC techs, were that the AC units filters were filthy, brought this up to staff & hopefully they'll be cleaned by next year

Always love coming there each year with my grandkids. I was a little disappointed as the details stated cookware and utensils and there was no cookware. I had to run to a store and buy two pans to cook breakfast. But overall the kids had a blast and that’s what’s important.

Been coming here for MANY years. Not as pleasant this year. I had to fill out a lengthy 'check-in information' thing on a tablet - redundant! That is why I reserve online. Already had ALL of that info except my license plate number. Cabins seeming more run down. Things aren't fixed or replaced when needed-lightbulbs out, broken TP holder, broken off handtowel holder, broken reading lamp, etc.

Medina KOA offers everything for child, teen, adults and elderly! We love all the activities. The creek, pools, pond are all great! The camp store is awesome! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. My Grandson loves the game room and that he can use his tickets for prizes! Love the ice cream. The band Saturday nights is wonderful! Every thing is well kept. This is our happy place!

The only issues we had, which seems to occur every year is the arcade. We lose a ton of money and don't get the tickets we are supposed to get. It's pretty cumbersome to have this problem year after year. We decided we are no longer going to waste our money in there when we are already spend over a $1000 to have an enjoyable weekend between the cabin, the golf cart, the camp store and the winery

We come to this campground once per summer and we always have a great time ! The activities keep us all entertained from child to adult. We love the wide variety of offerings at their store. My favorite is the wine slushies!!

My stay was good, as it usually is, aside from a few problems I noticed as my stay continued. The bed that pulled out from the couch was broken, on the left side it wouldn't go in. The alarm clock did not even have a cord plugged into it, it was simply wrapped around it. One of the front windows was broken. I didn't bother telling them because I know they were full and didn't have any empty.

Lots of things to do for the kids, they loved playing in the creek and at the beach. Everything seemed to be well maintained. Our only complaint is that all the golf carts were rented, we didn’t realize you could book them online a head of time. We were staying very far away from activities and need to drive to get to the main area.

This was our second time staying at KOA Medina and had a great time! The only improvement would be some sort of ac unit in the cabins on Jeddo Creek. They got unbearably hot to sleep in at night! Other than that, was wonderful! A special thank you to the lady who was cleaning the cabin next to us when we were leaving.. she was very friendly!

We had a great time camping tho there were some disappointments I will say unfortunately. We stayed for 3 days and the blow up water slide wasnt up at all which was a let down when staff told us it is only up twice a week.

Our stay at the Medina koa was great, I actually booked it sort of last minute for a overnight getaway with my grandkids. We had a cabin very close to the pools. One pool had shallow ends on each end of the pool & it was deep in the middle, perfect for my grandkids who are 4 & 6. They offer a variety of things to do for kids all throughout the campground.

Our family loves KOA Medina but is concerned about the owner's conduct. He loudly reprimanded my 7-year-old daughter and 8 year old nephew for a minor rule violation, upsetting my daughter, who has trauma-induced anxiety. He also harshly scolded a 10-year-old for bike placement and demeaned an adult for parking incorrectly. These incidents conflict with KOA’s family-oriented values. Please addre

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
