Very clean especially the pools!!!. More signage would be nice for where to park your golf cart if the kids want to go to the jump pad. Will be coming back!!!

Check in was a disaster. Wrong site was given on all the check-in paperwork. Wasted time going to the wrong site. I had to call and was told because I didn't pay the lock in fee I wasn't guaranteed a site and even though I had paid for a premium site it didn't mean I would get one. I would still pay the price I paid but get what ever site was available. Lots of time wasted and frustration.

No where to park your RV at checkin. Teen girls running the place with no desire to be helpful. Muddy site and about 20 feet to the electrical/ cable box. Non-stop parade of golf-carts. No observed quiet time. Adults and kids loud until after midnight. Dogs barking all the time and at the crack of dawn. If you want to party with your kids, this place is for you.

Loved our site but would have liked it in a little less busy of an area. No instructions as to what to do with the rented cart when checking out early. Facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. When we arrived though our fire pit was riddled with 100’s of cigarette butts and wipes and the grill was a greasy mess. Would have liked to walk in to a clean site rather than cleaning up firs

It was great! Loved the pools, the jumping pilllow, the blow up slide and the play grounds. Very impressed on how clean everything was. The store is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Every one was very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

Excellent service and amenities along with a great snack bar on top of the camper luxuries. We will DEFINITELY be back for a longer stay beyond a long weekend to enjoy their grounds and a beautiful lake.

I am 100% Disabled Veteran. The Medina/Wildwood koa couldn't care less about disabled patrons, let alone Disabled Veterans. P The campground never gave a thought to Disabled anyone. You can't park a vehicle near the game room. Or other amenities. No accommodation, not even common sense was provided after bringing issues to their attention. My lot swamped out as well. Never Again!

Sites are tight in the L section, trees need to be trimmed, we had to back out of a pull through site when leaving to avoid tree limbs scrapping our roof, site had litter on it when we showed up, staff not the friendliest,

Great campground! Wonderful amenities and nice location. Main parking lot a little small. Makes check-in and check-out a little congested. Please extend the time entry gate us up or install electric eye. Bar came down on RV as wife was trying to maneuver entry. Thankfully no damade.

Came from Canada to enjoy a weekend away. Not to far from Hamilton, Ontario. This KOA is incredible. Great people running it, lots of staff and tons of things to do for everyone! But for the most part this is a young kids heaven! Great KOA!!

Love it here! The sites are beautiful and well maintained, staff is helpful and friendly, the new doggy wash is wonderful, we inserted $20 and proceeded to use it but unfortunately there were no soap products (empty)

The property boost two pools but only one pool was open and very crowded daily. We noticed many upgrades around the property which was nice to see the investment. We had two sites on Jeddo creek for the past three years. Site 200 needs boundaries marked since the entire was camper on my site 201. I made the office aware but did not require move since it would create negative neighbor.

Stay was great. Them raising my rate after I paid their stupid lock in price one year prior. “upgraded my site”. Aka poured concrete made my blood boil. 30 dollar additional a night.

The grounds were clean, loved the gate fob entry. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They even let is switch our site it was on a corner and not very private. They have everything you would need to camp, a bar, two pools and activities. Thank you and we shall see you soon.

We stayed on site P27 and it was a horrible site. Completely Unlevel, no driveway at all to even park on. There were several unused sites we could have been put on, closer to our friends. We’ve been here multiple times, and love it here, but this site needs some attention!

The stay was great. We parked in the deluxe patio and appreciated the close proximity to the dog park as we had 2 with us. Kids loved fishing in the lake and in the stream in the wooded area. Overall, very enjoyable!

L29 campsite is the worst location anyone could ask for. The traffic is noisy and heavy. Cant even have a conversation at the campfire or gazebo because of noise. Couldn't wait to leave sunday morning. I will say the park is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Value just wasn't there

Only complaint is the charge to bring your own golf cart. I am required to carry insurance why do we pay to use them at wildwood. I have never had to pay anywhere else

Premium Site P28, FHU w/ 30 AMP. Not enough power for 2 AC’s. One lg. tree but doesn’t provide shade for site. Upgraded patio area w/ table, chairs & loveseat. Not a private site due to a Lg. Pavilion at the corner of the site. Pavilion lighting is very bright at night. There isn’t any privacy as the camper opens to the pavilion. Children are always in your site playing & using your furnit

We come a lot and will continue but it’s summer. Gets dark later. Would be great if bounce pillow was open last 7pm and pool past 8pm. Doesn’t get dark till close to 9:30 so even if both were open till 8:30/9. More fun for the kids

Our stay was great. The service and staff were excellent and the campground is beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint was a couple low spots that flooded on my site when it rained. Fill those in with some stone and it would be perfect. Site 100 on the creek. The worst spot was between my camper and the fire pit.

My son rented a golf cart that had a glued piece on the windshield,upon returning it they charged him $200 for damage.They said they reviewed video no Crack.He asked to see video they said no security breach.They said they called previous renter and they said they didn't do it(really no kidding).My family spent about $5,000 there this year.Will find another campground for our family reunion.Too ba

We enjoy our time here everytime we come. Clean campground with beautiful bathhouse and plenty to do. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. WE LOVE THIS CAMPGROUND. 10/10 RECOMMEND.

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
