Our family loves KOA Medina but is concerned about the owner's conduct. He loudly reprimanded my 7-year-old daughter and 8 year old nephew for a minor rule violation, upsetting my daughter, who has trauma-induced anxiety. He also harshly scolded a 10-year-old for bike placement and demeaned an adult for parking incorrectly. These incidents conflict with KOA’s family-oriented values. Please addre

We love how much there is to do there and how beautiful the grounds are. We always go for a cabin by the creek! O Kids enjoyed the little barrel train ride, the pools, the lake, and the jumping pad. We do miss the game room being open. 11am check out is tough with a whole cabin to pack up. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful, but Layla at reception could really use some cust. service skills

Staff was nice. Like the option of beach or pool. Kid kids loved the bounce pillow. I liked that the playgrounds were spread out. We liked that you offered the train ride. I liked that you added basketball and volleyball. The disk golf was a nice add too. But you had no disk to buy to play. Arcade room needs attention. Lots of machines didn't work. Out of tickets, missing balls, ect.

We have been coming here for the last 10 years and things have really changed and not for the better. My daughter is 12 years old was down at the beach we were in first cabin watching her from where fire pit is and we're told she can't go on beach without us being on the beach. Ridiculous she's 12 could stand in water. Then my daughter was harassed by a group of teens and no one did anything.

The whole family had an amazing time. There is so much to do! The pools, creek, golf carts, jumping pad and so much more! Our cabins were perfect! It may help to expand the check in/ food stand area. It was frequently quite crowded in there!

Amazing stay. Has everything on property to keep the kids busy. We stayed on the creek and a golf cart is needed! We love this campground and will be back.

Well this is like my 4th stay in your cabins, second time in cl09. My personal opinion, they need to do a little better job cleaning. The bath room smelled like urine and we swept up the floor....We didn't yell and scream but just brought it up to the staff which a maintenance guy showed up not long after to spray some disinfectant around but by morning we still could smell urine.

We had a nice time, not a lot of activities available. The pools are beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. Cabins are getting old, a/c is very loud, and the door kept catching on the steps. Wish they would consider pets in the cabins!!

Cabin was nice & had a lot of things you need. Very dog friendly place but no cabins that allow dogs. Staff seemed very confused about many things. Only had 2 sets of 3 bags for Cornhole. A kid that was a seasonal renter was swearing constantly & got in my son's face (9 yrs old) so that wasn't very pleasant. Saw staff tell someone they couldn't drive through to check out the grounds. Not my fav.

The only issue I have is the cleanliness of the cabins we stayed in. I stayed in 2 different cabins 2 weekends in a row and both cabins WERE NOT CLEAN AT ALL. The floors were disgusting and I don’t think had been actually cleaned in a while other than maybe a quick sweep, the shower had a USED shower cap hanging in it, amongst other cleanliness issues.

We had some bugs in our bed that we weren't sure if they were already there or not, because we've never had them at home. The Water Heater had been accidentally disconnected prior to our arrival, but was repaired. The guests in the cabin KL01 were up until 1:00 am Saturday night partying and watching a Fight on a screen they hung from the side of the cabin.

It is a total joy to be a part of a KOA camping famiy. We enjoyed the cabin, bingo, golf cart parade and most of all being a participant int he basket raffel for camp Good days People are kind and friendly, kids are able to be kids Staff were supportive and helpful

Cabins were very clean and comfortable, although very hot! The camp grounds were also very clean and well kept. The only issue was only one of the two pools were open during our stay so the one open pool was very crowded. I would definitely return next year.

Had a deluxe lakeside cabin. Cabin was clean. Grounds were clean. Disappointed that only one pool was open. I counted the people in the pool on two separate occasions and there were 22 people in the pool each time. Kind of tight with kids throwing a football and floats.

The process was extremely easy and everyone was very nice and helpful when needed. We had a great time while visiting. My grandkids loved the paddle boats and kayaks. I think my grandson went down the slide 40 times. lol Good fun!

Took our camper on it's maiden voyage this past weekend. The site we were on was spacious. They had a lot of activities throughout the weekend. We are looking at coming back in the fall.

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!
