very nice area. plenty to do. love the gift shop. fishing was catch and release and my son claims he caught some bass. he was very excited. pools are well kept. love this gem thats only 15 min from home. plenty of different types of camping. love driving around and seeing the beautiful rvs. the creek is a treat if u like to catch crayfish. this is our camping place now.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was even better in person, nice and clean. We would definitely stay again. A lot for the kids to do to keep busy all weekend.

The internet was non existent. Some of the workers at the store were very arrogant. The cleanliness of the campground was amazing. The cabin smelled brand new!!

Great time in spite of a torrential rain event. Kids particularly love wading in the stream! One of our favorite places to stay.

Staff was friendly/professional. The wine room was an added bonus. Patio Site was mowed and clean when we arrived. Creek was nice to hike down, kids liked fishing in the lake.

We stayed in one of the rental units. The accommodations were great. For the middle of the week there was plenty to do. Kids had a ball with so many different things to do, golf cart rides ,swimming, play ground. The pillow jump. Fishing. A great time was had

Our site flooded and they wouldn't refund us ! The water was coming into the klamping rent ! They said they don't refund for weather ! Well then make four tents and cabins better for your customer stays ! Then the pool was closed the beach was closed ! There was nothing the kids to do on a rainy day ! Very disappointed for sure will never go back will never refer anyone to this camp grounds again.

Patio site with glider and table/chairs is very nice. Patio rectangle flooded after heavy rainstorm, site S2. Needs better drainage to the back. No enforcement of 5 mph speed including golf carts. Lawn and ground crew do a great job.

Was our first time ever at a KOA site. We loved it! So many things for the kids to do, and we were excited to be in the last cabin, by the woods and creek. Beautiful. (A few things that could be improved: the bathroom door was so hard to slide we just never shut it, the description of the cabin listed bunk beds but only had regular beds, and the two plastic chairs on the patio were both broken.)

First, this was our 29th koa and the first where the lady in the office gave me looks and was very rude and gave hardly any information about the campground. Tons of rules, no trash to dispose of dog waste, grounds looked awful. We won’t be back.

Very clean especially the pools!!!. More signage would be nice for where to park your golf cart if the kids want to go to the jump pad. Will be coming back!!!

As always Medina KOA did not disappoint! We loved all of our snack options in the store while we lounged at the pool and beach. Bathrooms were clean and the Christmas decorations put a smile on our faces :)

Check in was a disaster. Wrong site was given on all the check-in paperwork. Wasted time going to the wrong site. I had to call and was told because I didn't pay the lock in fee I wasn't guaranteed a site and even though I had paid for a premium site it didn't mean I would get one. I would still pay the price I paid but get what ever site was available. Lots of time wasted and frustration.

We had a great time! We stayed in one of the Glamping Tents and it was very nice! It does get a little hot in the day time but using a fan does help and is the perfect temperature at night inside. Highly recommend!

No where to park your RV at checkin. Teen girls running the place with no desire to be helpful. Muddy site and about 20 feet to the electrical/ cable box. Non-stop parade of golf-carts. No observed quiet time. Adults and kids loud until after midnight. Dogs barking all the time and at the crack of dawn. If you want to party with your kids, this place is for you.

Came to the campground with our grandson's and spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Cabin right on the lake. Cabin was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Had a difficult time trying to connect to WIFI and when we did would lose connection frequently. My young grandson had a hard time with the ladder to the top bunk which goes straight up so difficult to climb up/down.

We have been coming here for many years. We always enjoy this campground, but this time our firepit was way too deep the first night it was filled with water we bailed it out then it filled right back up again. Contacted management so they could fill it in so this wouldn't happen again and no you came the next day. It rained the following day, and we had inches of water in the firepit.

we had no tv our entire stay and i had to call daily to ask if tv was available. i asked if we could get compensated sghe was very hesitant been home 4 days and no one has called letting me know if a refund was an option of sorts

Loved our site but would have liked it in a little less busy of an area. No instructions as to what to do with the rented cart when checking out early. Facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. When we arrived though our fire pit was riddled with 100’s of cigarette butts and wipes and the grill was a greasy mess. Would have liked to walk in to a clean site rather than cleaning up firs

It was great! Loved the pools, the jumping pilllow, the blow up slide and the play grounds. Very impressed on how clean everything was. The store is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Every one was very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

Great place.. we stayed in a cabin and it was very nice.. only complaint is there was no burner stove top or oven.. the fire pit outside was very nice and so was the furniture.. there was lots of actives for kids to do.. the 2 pools did get a little crowded but we utilized those and the beach and fished as well.. propery was clean and well maintained.. We would definitely come again

Excellent service and amenities along with a great snack bar on top of the camper luxuries. We will DEFINITELY be back for a longer stay beyond a long weekend to enjoy their grounds and a beautiful lake.

The deluxe cabin was great overall. The location right on the water was wonderful. A couple of notes: The outside porch light was not working and the cushion on the futon is awful, can't even just sit on it, let alone anyone sleep on it. My son went home for our second night because he couldn't sleep on it. The cushion is completely worn down. You are sitting/sleeping on springs basically.

No management presence. Noise level was ridiculous, 25 folks across from our site singing Karaoke until late at night. Golf carts driving by constantly until close to 1 pm at night. The tent sites are really lacking; unlevel, debris from clearing everywhere. This was not the ‘back to nature’ experience we were hoping for. We left early due to lack of sleep!

I am 100% Disabled Veteran. The Medina/Wildwood koa couldn't care less about disabled patrons, let alone Disabled Veterans. P The campground never gave a thought to Disabled anyone. You can't park a vehicle near the game room. Or other amenities. No accommodation, not even common sense was provided after bringing issues to their attention. My lot swamped out as well. Never Again!

Sites are tight in the L section, trees need to be trimmed, we had to back out of a pull through site when leaving to avoid tree limbs scrapping our roof, site had litter on it when we showed up, staff not the friendliest,

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
