The facilities are great. Clean, comfortable. But the reason for my low rate are the long term guest and the golf carts they use. They don't follow the campground rules. They let kids drive the golf carts, they drive at fast speeds, they drive playing loud music and disrupting those who like to relax while camping. I unfortunately have experienced this at all KOAs, not just this one.

The worst KOA ever. From the unfriendly staff, the wrong campsite number, it was L 41 not 241 that was written on my information form, also given a wet site when there where several dry sites all around us. And being told many times that we couldn't ride our ATV, that was on our trailer and we had no intention of riding it. This place was horrible!!!!

The front desk was extremely unorganized and we were given a cabin that was too small for our family. We specifically reserved a 6 PERSON cabin for our 5 FAMILY MEMBERS, with documentation of the name of the employee who made our reservation, the date of reservation, and the total cost. This KOA has a history of terrible service and owners who are never held responsible for their actions.

I probably would of given them 5 stars if the cheaper pull through sites had a little more room on each side of the trailer, had better drainage and sewer pipes need to be ground level not 10" above ground level. Activities for the kids were awesome and the the pancake breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very courteous and always had a smile on their faces.

I had site 201 and friends were in 280. We both ran water in our campers when first arriving. Water came out black as can be. Both my dogs that drank the water have severe diarrhea and vomiting, going on 36 hrs. I used the water for ice and experienced abdominal issues. My dogs are both shitzus and didn’t do anything different than usual, waiting on results from our Vet. Will not be returning!

Had electrical problems with main electrical 30 amp breaker. Good thing I had an adapter for 50 to 30 amp to connect to camper. 30 amp breaker seemed loose in panel, I'm sure it wasn't taken care of after I had left. Only one pool open on some days, claim it wasn't busy enough to open other one.

This was second time staying there .they have done some upgrades to stuff. Was alot of things going on for the kids also.staff in the store where always polite and friendly. We liked it do much me and my friend joined waiting list for a full time site.

Our stay was good, the site was nice p19 a little grass and not all stone would have been nice. The water pressure wasn't great. The men's bathroom by the cabins is extremely to small there's 2 stalls that should be made into one stall with one toilet. Other then those couple thing my niece and nephew had a good time

Friendly staff, very clean. Love all the activities for kids! So close to Rochester yet -you feel far away. There is something for everyone. Thank you for another year of memories.

There was a family there who kept driving VERY FAST up to our site with one of your rented golf carts, I have a suspicion that they modified the governor, doing “donuts” right in our driveway and one of them had a RC remote car and kept steering it towards our pets that were leashed outside and scaring them. We followed them back to their campsite, L44. Not a way to enjoy our stay.

A very nice place with a beautiful grove and a river to enjoy. The place is kept very clean and neat. The people is very kind. A perfect place for the family.

Very nice campground. Some of the cleanest bathrooms/showers that we've camped at. Lots of fun activities for the kids, they loved the firetruck ride and the pool. The pool is advertised as heated, and for once it was actually true! We will definitely be back next year

We always have a great time here. The staff is awesome. They had a golf cart parade and at the end they were giving out dog treats to everyone who had fur babies in their golf carts. Always have a lot of things for the kids! Highly recommended this camp grounds!

Site needs dirt fill. Site was low and full of water. Was not a great experience. Other than that the place is nice.

Great place! One little suggestion: the bathrooms near L30 should have a “STEP DOWN” sign on the inside exit door right at eye level. It is easy to forget there was a step and distractions from looking down almost cost me a broken ankle. Just an extra precaution that would have saved mr a stumble.

Stayed during wk. Quiet, friendly staff in store although our neighbors had a couple run ins with the owner we were told. The maintenance staff was helpful in clearing sites full of rain due to a tough wk of weather. Amenities were great. Sites can be a bit small and uneven. But big enough for the 2 of us. Bathrooms clean, winery on site was an added bonus. We would return again!

We had bad weather so its hard to judge too much. Cons : pedal carts were a waste of money ( given wrong key twice. Hard to pedal. Kids were done with then in 5 minutes.) Cable wasn't working and wifi stunk. Felt like I had to ask/beg for amenities to reopen after rain stopped. Pros : creek and golf cart rides... !

We have reserved a site with a cement patio, glider loveseat rocker, table and 4 chairs. Most of the grass at our site was standing septic/sewer water at least 3 inches deep or more the entire stay. Everything is SUPER EXPENSIVE except the little kids crafts, tattoos, etc. nothing at all for tweens and teens that is free except swimming and fishing. Tons of septic water all over campground.

Site that I was given 1st did not have full hookup like I requested 2nd site was too small for my fifth wheel. Quiet hours are not observed or enforced. I tried to extend my stay and move to full hookup site and was told they only had one. 267 dollars for two night min. Koa reservation’s listed 13 sites with full hookup. Orleans county has much better accommodations than this place. Nice dog was

Disappointed they don't follow up on day passes. Neighbors had 3 dogs, 5 vehicles on one site P28. 2 little dogs barked for an hour while owners went swimming. Was accused of not turning in golf cart on time, told wehad for another day. He stated, "I 'll check" and follow him to desk. Pops head through door, you're right computer just updated. Had pleasant stays in past, definitely not this time

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
