Just disappointed with our cabin... The matress on the futon is terriable. Could have been replaced last year, we stayed in the same cabin in 2023.

We were there to celebrate our parents anniversary. We had booked 3 cabins and 2 campsites. During our check in procedure there were several errors and miscommunications which lead to a lot of unnecessary stress and ruined our stay. We have camped here several times before and have never had a problem. The campground itself was nice and our grandchildren really enjoyed it there.

This has become our go to stopping spot on our way to NY from FL (and back to FL as well). Spots are spacious and we love the combination of feeling like you’re in the woods combined with being surrounded by beautiful farmland. Well-kept, nice pool area and option for ‘lake’ swimming. Lots of things for the kids, although we have no little ones ourselves. Employees all courteous and helpful.

The campground itself was amazing! Too many golf carts and no one enforcing the speed limit. The young staff in the office should have customer service training as some were rude with eye rollling and acting like we were bothering them.

Our family comes every year. Myself, my 2 daughters with their families and now my son and his family. Not my husband though...too much family time for him! Lol! It's great for my kids and all the grandchildren. We all have so much fun and make so many great memories!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. We stayed on the lake which I would definitely do again. There was tons to do, but we enjoyed just relaxing too. The amenities are clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We visited Thursday to Sunday. We found the grounds clean and neat upon arrival. Our site was lovely. Loved the table and especially the glider. My only comment would be that the staff in the store seemed a bit unorganized. I was not greeted and they did not close out our transaction with, "enjoy your stay, have fun , thank you for coming" they abruptly walked away. I asked if I was all with ma

We come to have a family weekend with multiple sites. Had nice sites but the golf cart traffic was insane and nonstop with little disregard for vehicles and pedestrians. My husband tried to use the shower in the back but on 3 separate occasions it was occupied. There are 3 toilets but only 1 shower. With the number of guests there should be additional showers.

Your campground is a great place for family and friends to have a great time. I’ve always had a good site and the other campers are friendly. The creek is a favorite for the kids and the pools and other things to do are really nice. The bands are good also.

Our stay was great and the staff was amazing! There was plenty to do and the wine slushies....... Let's just say there were many consumed lol We put our name on the wait-list for a seasonal spot hoping to get one by next season since the KOA is so close to home.

Amenities were in great condition however the staff were impatient and often annoyed/overwhelmed. The entrance/exit is congested and campers are cutting people off to get into the gate. Also, the game room was fun however the majority of the arcade games were malfunctioning and paid out very little tickets. The campground is very well kept with lots of activities.

We had a nice stay. Kids enjoyed the stream, beach and pools. Bathroom by Site 236: 1 of the toilettes you could see into from the outside as the window covering was missing. The shower is poorly designed as the floor is always wet. The motion light shuts off after a minute so you have to open the shower curtain to turn it on. Needs hooks and shelf on wall for shower items or to hang cloths

The young lady renting the unit to us didn't inform us of much. She got the unit number wrong with confused us. She said and write that it was GPo3. The unit had a small sign saying GT3. Anyway she never gave me the key and when I called her she said I had to come back and get it. I said no thanks. Please bring it to me. And they did. Other than that it was a great time and we enjoyed ourselves

Everything was great except there was a strong negative smell in the bathroom septic. It definitely needed to be looked at. We’ve stayed in this cabin before and never experienced it. Otherwise we had a great time and staff were super kind and attentive.

We camp here all the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We would have given a 5 star rating, but our only issue was there was two kids "flying " around the camp grounds on electric bikes! I'm guessing at least 20 to 25 mph! No helmets! In my opinion this is an accident waiting to happen. Weather it'going to be them or someone else, this was unacceptable.

I really enjoy staying at this campground and how much they have accommodated our needs! While 99% of the staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful, I couldn’t help but notice on my previous visit 7/5–7/8 there is a young girl who works in the store that was friendly enough to me, she was extremely short tempered with her co-workers. She was working at 9 AM Sunday, 7/7 didn’t get

This campground is a MUST see. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! So much to do here. The only 2 disappointments we had were the full hook up tanks were too high up to get a good flow for emptying our tanks, and the jump pad was closed at 7:30 instead of dusk.

Good kids activities. Fire ring was used as an ashtray and trash can. Not cleaned before we were given the site. Showers flooded and had to be pumped. Seemed like a normal occurance. Very little shade. Noisy after quite time.

great amenities 2 pools, kids love floating in the creek, clean bathrooms, store, wine bar, etc... The only downside is the size of their dog park, would love to see that increase or make a second one.

Lots for kids to do. Enjoy fishing in the pond. Great stream for tubing and catching crayfish and minnows. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We love Medina KOA! This was our third time saying here. Only thing we were disappointed about was that some of the activities that were on the schedule never happened. We went down for the coloring and craft event Saturday morning but there was no one in the activity center. Also no golf carts were left for us to rent any day over the weekend. Overall, a great stay for us and our five children!

Really enjoyed our stay, very nice campground and sites, need more golf cart availability, it’s not easily accessible if you don’t have one, they were sold out before we even got there, I wish it was mentioned somewhere at booking to also reserve a cart ahead of time. The bathrooms were clean, but there is not many locations, also bathrooms were small, could use more shower stalls and toilets.

Disappointed that we paid a premium for a site that is right beside a community Pavillion that was being used for a family reunion. 2ndly, our site faced another site directly so 100% no privacy! The lake was at best a murky pond, not one we wanted to take our stand up paddle board into. When we spoke with a 9+ seasonal camper he said the park was "hmm its OK, don't expect too much".

This was our first time at a KOA and it was a great experience. The deluxe cabin had everything in it we needed. The location of this KOA had a lot of great options for kids including a beach and heated pool. also rented a golf car for 3 days and our son loved it. Only complaint is the Keurigs in our cabins were not clean inside so we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Otherwise stay was great!

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
