Very kind and helpful staff. We just weren't thrilled with our spot. We were in a grass less spot near a ravine with folks very close to us while most spots in the park were nice and green. Also our electricity was wavering in amperage so we didn't use the park's electricity. Can't say enough about the people working in the store, they were very nice.

We would like to thank your employee who checked us in upon our arrival on 7/12/2026. She was very kind and helpful even as she was so busy with other customers coming in and out constantly. Also, when we called to set up the reservation we were disconnected and she called back and apologized and made sure that the reservation was completed even though my cell kept cutting out!

Unexpectedly good, clean, friendly and easy to visit. Wow. After 20 years of visiting my cousin who lives only a half mile away on upper River Road, I discovered the KOA and it was perfect for my visit this year. The office staff was superb, and everyone was exceedingly helpful. I intend to visit again sometime soon.

Very enjoyable. Only stayed there for one night while passing through. Park is clean quiet, easy to access for our 5th wheel which is 36 feet long.. Front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this park. I only give it a four star because I really didn’t check out the entire park.

staff was rude. hookup was too far away for trailer to be in correct position and still inside of the space. so io was right on the edge of he grass.

Nice campground. But I had a large dog charge at my dog and me and the manager said there was nothing she could do and I should call animal control if it happens again. I told them I just wanted them to be aware. It could have charged at a child and the owner could not control it. I was crying at the office terrified. I was amazed at their reaction and comment. Won’t ever go back. Nice campgroun

Fantastic campground, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, nice bathrooms, play spaces for kids, three dog run areas. The only thing I could wish is benches in the showers. Fabulous all around.

For some crazy reason, I chose a back insight, which in general wouldn’t have been a problem, but the back in seitz at this facility were very close together.

The KOA is clean, well maintained. We were only there 1 night and needed to do laundry. Laundry closes at 6:30pm. Not enough time to get in there when you pull in at 2pm for checkin and set up. Would have been nice to know that up front. That was really disappointing. Otherwise the facility is nice for a journey level.

I enjoy camping at KOA Medford/Grants Pass. I have made several trips to the campground. The park is always clean. From the restrooms, showers and laundry to the grounds itself, the crew at KOA are constantly in motion keeping the place clean. The employees are very helpful and friendly. One area very important to me is safety. I travel alone and I have always feel safe when I stay here.

Compared to other RV parks we've stayed at, KOA Medford/Grants Pass ranks right up there! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the campground. Our site, although a bit close to our neighbor, provided good shade and was long enough for both our 5th wheel and our truck. The grounds itself was well-maintained. Although we didn't use the pool, we could tell it was very popular, especially in the heat!

This is a poorly maintained rv park. The grass areas (what little there is) is full of stickers-not dog friendly I have a lot of money invested in my rv and when I have to scrape trees to get around the park and into my site, I find that inconsiderate of the park. I find that a good indication that the park owners and not very concerned about customer satisfaction and only concerned about profit.

We had a wonderful time, with the exception of when a small dog escaped the enclosure pen he was in and came running to attack our dogs. My husband did a great job of fending of the dog while keeping our girls safe. I really do not like unsupervised dog pens for just that reason. That poor dog was terrorizing anyone who walked by. As for the KOA, it was outstanding and we would stay again!

Just stayed the night clean spots and bathroom had hot showers . Pool was good for a swim . We also enjoyed the taco truck .

Aesthetically it is very unappealing. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible and there are no bars to help someone in a wheelchair. Our stay was essentially analogous to living in dirt.

Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable about this campground. The bathhouse was so clean, and the shower stalls had plenty of hooks for my towels & toiletries. The pool was a perfect place to cool off. My dog loved running around, off-leash, in the dog area. This was my third stay at this KOA, and hopefully, in my travels, I can return.

Closer to Gold Hill than you are Grants Pass. This is a smaller KOA. Clean. The laundry has set hours and isn't open all night. The roads don't loop like most campgrounds and most of them dead-end. Which is fine but can be confusing. Playground & pool. Disc golf. The area surrounding is pretty. The sites are close together. Hookups worked properly

Great location, centrally located. Unheated pool was surprisingly warm on a hot day and very refreshing. The camp hosts were very friendly. Clean maintained campground. Very nice play structure and multiple dog runs. I highly recommend.
