I love this place. Beautiful laundry room and sitting area, well organized store with everything a camper needs, fresh blacktop road throughout the campground, and friendly staff. Dave and Linda are special folks who I enjoyed getting to know.

We love this camp a lot we were sorry we can stay only one night. Nice clean cabins settled in grassy area. We visited Mystery house which is only few miles from the camp, highly recommended to visit.

What a nice park! My Kabin, the restrooms, and sites around the park are super clean. Play areas for children are immaculate. (I didn’t use the pool) Every staff member I talked to from reception to those cleaning up around the site, are extremely friendly. I recommend this site and will be back.

We had rented a cabin at gold hill for 2 nights , unfortunately it was infested with bed bugs and we had to get a hotel in the middle of the night . We definitely are dissapointed at this locations cleanliness

It was 98 degrees when we arrived and I had been telling my kids they could cool off in the pool before bed since we had been driving for 7 hours. The elderly couple running the camp closed everything at 8pm. My 15/16 yr olds were told they needed a parent at the pool with them. I had to stand outside and watch with my dog who is not allowed anywhere. They got 15 min. to swim Not family friendly

I enjoy staying in KOA cabins. As usual they are clean and well appointed. The staff is warm and friendly. Great location as well.

the cabins we had were wonderful the road actually dead ends at the cabins so no traffic coming down the road, the people working there are very friendly and helpful. The KOA is clean and very well maintained. The only downfall is at night you have to put everything away as the sprinklers come on and get everything soaked. other than that everything was fantastic.

This was our second stay. We come from Reno. My father lived there, and our first visit was to visit him. And he passed away so this time we came to honor him. We had a very peaceful time. I ran into my neighbor next door first thing she did was give me a brand new dress. KOA is like a big family! We watch out for each other. And what's going on around us. It's a wonderful experience! Will be back

Nice quiet,clean KOA. We enjoyed the pool, cornhole, basketball, pool table and restroom facilities. The cabin was perfect with a nice fan, air conditioner, small fridge, nice picnic table and nice fire pit. The staff were super helpful and nice. We will be back.

This was our second stay at a KOA campground, and it was wonderful! Our first KOA experience was not great, so we were thrilled with the Gold Hill KOA. Very clean, quiet, felt safe. Loved the lack of dirt/dust, as that was a big issue at our other experience somewhere else. First time in a cabin too, so fun! Only wish pool was heated and there as a hot tub! :) We'll be back!

The place is very well kept but the employees are a bit overbearing. So many cameras everywhere and the showers and bathrooms being passcoded makes it feel less like camping. Had a guest come by for a few hours and not only was it a huge issue as to where they would park, they wanted to charge them for use of the pool. Speaking of the pool… closes WAY TOO EARLY for warm summer days.

Very nice scenic setting (cabin was next to creek). It is a smaller campground than some KOA's. Friendly and helpful staff. Added a star for opening pool (despite planned closure) for nice hot weather. Will be back !

Very friendly campsite! All staff were friendly and made it special for the kids with a scavenger hunt. It was pet friendly and outdoor games like frisbee golf. We spent the mornings and evenings taking a short walk to the river for fishing and food. We where very impressed with a phone call from the staff letting us know that they where closing and where we can find our check in info with an upgrade option. Thanks KOA for making our stay nice and enjoyable!

Very nice clean, friendly camp ground, close to hwy but quited down around 9 and did not keep me awake, very pet friendly with 3 different fenced areas and best of all they did not ask or charge extra per pet(have4)
