Easy on/off freeway. Nice paved road into the kamp. We always use the KOA app to reserve our spot, so checkin is super easy. We were in space 13. It was a narrow long gravel pull-through but adequate for a one night stay. Site was long enough that we did not have to unhitch our toad. Restrooms were clean, except for a few gnats. Would stay again if passing through area.

Made res in Jan to get a site next to our pals. We go in backwards to have a big area for dogs and to cook, eat and hang out.it was mentioned that we were pulling in backward but I was told no. It "messes with our exits". Never been a problem before. 2 other RV's parked opposite but were not told to move. Some guy told us no rugs. They water the weeds at night. No prob last time. Never going back.

Outstanding location and well run business with friendly staff and clean facilities. Everything about this place was great. Nice dog runs with clean up stations. Very clean restrooms and showers. Easy to get to Medford and local wineries and close enough to Crater Lake for a day trip. I would definitely stay here again!

THE STAFF WERE AWESOME TO WORK WITH AND VERY ACCOMODATING. THE PARK WAS VERY WELL KEPT AND MAINTAINED. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO THOSES WHO CAN AFFORD THERE PRICES. WE DID FEEL LIKE THIS PARK HAD SOME ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RATE FEES THAT ARE CHARGED FOR THE STAY. WITH THAT SAID, WE GIVE THEM A 9 OUT OF 10 RATING. We had a great time. The sprinklers going off twice early in the morning in our camp site is a bit much. Everything gets very wet. Also our fire pit was so close to the neighbors camper and right next to their toilet dump. So we didn’t have a campfire

A group of guests played non-stop music so loudly from the time I checked in at 12pm until about 11pm. The music was so loud I could hear it in my RV with the air conditioning on. From 11pm to 2am, the same guests were loudly shouting and singing. Even though the ad for this campground says it’s quiet, the staff never once tried to get the loud guests to be quieter. I’ll never go back here aga

We stayed two nights while attending the Rogue Country Fest. The check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The restrooms, showers, and grounds were emaculate. Easy drive to the Jackson County Expo. The internet was slow and sometimes unable to load photos, etc. I would stay again.

Hosts were amazing:friendly,enthusiastic &willing to do whatever they could to ensure a great camping stay with our friends.They even had an activity that night:smores around the campfire.The campfire area was all set up with chairs&what I was especially impressed with-in addition to the enthusiasm of the hosts- was how well organized it was!They had individual "smores kits" w/3 flavors! Awesome!

The park was clean. Nice to have several dog areas. Sprinkler made the site wet in the morning while trying to get ready to leave. Maybe run at night instead. Office staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that they watered every morning I was there. Standing water had to be walked around and left shoes damp to pickup dirt that was tracked everywhere.

The ladies in the office were very nice and super helpful. Cathy was able to rearrange things and add 4 additional nights. Large shady sites with lots of fun amenities. Laundry facilities were clean and CHEAP. Overall the campground was quiet and very clean, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great place to stay. If it wasn't for the wonderful staff here at the KOA Gold Hill we would have been out on the streets. While waiting for our house to close, they worked some magic to find us a place to stay. I cant think them enough for helping us and making the KOA park feel like home. Thank you Cindy Poot

Very fast internet best i have had at any park. Friendly people. Way to many dogs our neighbors had five dogs barked at everything. Pull through are a little to close together would suggest back-in.

KOA Medford kept the same high quality as other KOAs. They are pricey but you know what you get. The only thing that was bothersome during our stay was the constant noise from the I 5 traffic.

Very clean and nicely kept KOA. Pool was nice and they offered free s’mores while we were there. The only downside is that the RV sites are very very close together. But other than that, there were trees, shade, fire pits, and picnic tables to make them comfortable.

We had a problem with our truck and trailer would not disconnect. They gave us rv repair then I had health problems very understanding had to stay few extra days. All staff very friendly, grounds and laundry very clean. Also noted upcoming activities Thanks to all

This campground is wonderful! Big, clean, and the friendliest staff you could ask for. We had 5 grandchildren along and they graciously provided scavenger hunt list and bag for the kids with a trip to the treasure chest as a reward. Nice new climbing structure for the kids, dog run, pool and soooo much more. Highly recommend this campground. Nearby Oregon Vortex attraction was worth the visit also.

Very friendly campsite! All staff were friendly and made it special for the kids with a scavenger hunt. It was pet friendly and outdoor games like frisbee golf. We spent the mornings and evenings taking a short walk to the river for fishing and food. We where very impressed with a phone call from the staff letting us know that they where closing and where we can find our check in info with an upgrade option. Thanks KOA for making our stay nice and enjoyable!
