Had a nice, enjoyable stay. Quiet, even though close to freeway, good natural barrier from noise and sight of road. Good shade, plenty of trees with added breeze to help with summer heat.

The ladies working there were both friendly. They made us feel right at home. The location of the campground was so beautiful, peaceful, and inviting. The facilities were very clean and supplies were all there. I would recommend this campground to everyone.

Pool only open short time. Too cold to swim. Get a heater. Nice shade, security good. We were in main area pull through with full hook ups. Not much room between spaces and lots of brown grass an dust. Staff very pleasant.

My wife was involved in an altercation that included a very aggressive dog which bit her and sent another woman to the ER. The staff at the KOA didn't feel that the correct action was to expel the dog and/or the woman who owned him out of the park. KOA rules are very clear about this kind of situation and the staff didn't follow those rules. How can I stay where I don't feel safe!

We stayed for five nights, including Memorial Day weekend 2024 - while the campground was full for the weekend, it was quite quiet on the off-weekend nights. Restrooms and showers were clean. Staff is very friendly and held a cook-out for campers on Saturday, and a breakfast-pastry food truck provided morning treats.

What a great KOA. We stayed at 7 different KOA's on our trip this time. Gold Hill KOA was one of our favorites. Easy to set up, rest rooms were super clean and our dog Taco enjoyed the dog park. You are our goto KOA in OR. take care Robert and Kathi Franklin with Taco

Very clean, safe and well maintained KOA. Near almost everything in the Rogue River Valley - rafting, river jet boats, Eagle Point Veterans Cemetery, restaurants and shopping. It is near the freeway, but you can't really see it or hear it very much and it didn't impact my sleep at all. There are some mosquitoes, so be prepared for that.

All staff we encountered were very NICE and helpful (5 stars). The park is very well maintained (5 stars) However.....THIS KOA DESPERATELY NEEDS SPEED BUMPS OR HUMPS. THE SPEEDING BY VEHICLES, MOTORHOMES, TRUCKS TOWING TRAILERS, ELECTRIC SCOOOTERS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND DANGEROUS FOR PEDESTRIANS, PEDESTRIANS WALKING DOGS, RVS PREPARING TO PULL IN OR OUT OF SITE. 1 STAR.

Loved the location and the staff friendliness. Found the WiFi 'wanting' as we could not connect our WiFi TV's to the network. Couldn't understand why. We'll be back!

Everyone there was very helpful accommodating and made us feel welcome. Great park lots of areas for your dog and children spots are pretty big park was clean didn’t not use bathrooms/Showers.Would stay again if we went back to that area

It was a quick overnight but very nice and enjoyable. We got in after hours and left before office opened but was nice quiet sleep. Talked to staff on phone and very nice and helpful. We’ll come back and stay longer

We were able to make reservations via the app and get checked right in by staff upon our arrival. They also knew the area and provided us ideas on food options.

This is a very nice place. My only complaint is your availability of laundry access. 9 to 3 daily. I don't think that is reasonable. We were visiting my dad in the area and were not in the park from 9 to 3. I haven't seen another KOA with such short availability of laundry access. We have stayed at a lot of them in the last 3 years.

We arrived after closing hours for the office and our camp site info was posted on the outside board as promised. Our site was clean, quiet, and fairly close to the restrooms. Restroom and showers were spotless!

Very helpful and friendly. Allowed a late checkout and leaving our drying on when the laundry closed up. Which both helped a ton. Kids loved the playground, pool table and the brook. Lovely surprise was the free dvd rental. Great overnight stay.

I stayed here several years back and it was ok. This is now an improved KOA. Everything is orderly and well kept. I think site 21 takes away an easy exit for sites 17 and 18 facing it but once I was hooked up to truck I had to back up and swing a hard right to go out the main road. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will return.

Friendly staff really helped us out in a tight spot. Pool is nice. The staff even got the neighbor kids to quit racing their dirt bikes through our site without us having to ask.
