Nice quiet campground! Very clean and well maintained. The community fire pit was really nice, it was all set up and ready to use! We had small kids with us and usually at a KOA they have some kind of ice cream social or kid event which was a bummer this one didn’t have that. This campground is fine for people with small kids but seems to be best for those without.

A nice cozy KOA!! We were next to the large field and a large dog park!! The spots were decent and the fire pits far enough away to not have to worry about ashes or smoke on the RV.

This is my 4th stay and I am always impressed with the safety and quality of Gold Hill KOA. Friendly people - clean, comfortable, quality facilities. On this trip, I spent a little time at the community fireplace at sunset. It was comfortable and a really enjoyable moment.

We love this KOA and stay here every summer. It is in a great location, the tents sites have a lot of shade, lovely pool and clean restrooms. Normally it would be a 5 star review, but this year our site had so many hornets that it make cooking nearly impossible and even if we got take out, we had to eat in our car with the windows up!

The park itself is beautiful and staff is very friendly. They do have an issue with wasps and 2 of our 3 sites had nests and one bit my husband in the face. They need to watch for nests and take them down as a safety precaution for guests. Other than that the park was great.

Had a pool which was nice. We loved having a fridge in our cabin. The cabin could use a wooden table under back window like other locations to set phone, etc. There wasn’t a bench in shower/changing area, like other locations, which would be nice to set things on to keep them dry.

The staff that operate Medford/Gold Hill KOA were outstanding and pleasant to a person. The bathrooms/showers were kept very clean, and the grounds were regularly inspected during business hours. For my taste, the sites are too close together and the noise from the various highways and roads that surround the campgrounds was a bit overwhelming. My experience over 4 days was quite positive.

I’d like to give this place a far higher rating. It was clean, the staff was pleasant, & our campsite was really nice. However my wife was threatened by several large dogs who were allowed to run complete free. This is clearly agains campground rules. I’m uncomfortable giving a higher rating to a place I do not feel secure. Hopefully it was an anomaly.

The nicest office and maintenance staff ever. The best and cleanest dog parks in any KOA I’ve ever stayed at, and I have traveled across this country 3 times and only stayed in KOA’s. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I stay at KOA's often getting close to my goal of saving up 200 000 points before I use them and a HIGH 5 to everyone on staff the park is very well maintained and everyone treats you like long time friends, stop by and see for yourself you wont regret it.

I had a wonderful experience at this KOA! It was so nice and clean, the hosts were very helpful and stopped by to make sure I was doing okay. The sites aren't all jammed in. I felt safe there. I can't wait to go back! Jenelle

Campground host was gracious enough to change our site in order to accommodate my hammock, which needs trees to use. The grounds were clean, cared for and shady. A late night camper rudely set up camp at 1:30am, with air pumps & bright lights ablaze, which ticked me off. But the camp was terrific. They even refunded me for the unburned wood bundle I did not use.

We loved our stay. The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful even catching a leak issue on our RV as they were passing by. The pool was the perfect cure for the warm weather. We will be back.

The cabin was clean and the kampground was well kept. I used both K9 areas with my dog and both were clean with nice green grass. The staff were friendly and helpful even though I arrived minutes before the end of the office hours. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

We have a family camp every year, 5 families. We chose this location because we had a lot going on and schedules were challenging, but they were able to make it work. This campground is super clean. The staff went above and beyond. There was not a piece of trash on the ground, anywhere. 3 camp K9parks, all with green grass. This campground was perfect, we will come back!

I had booked two reservations for our stay, I talked to one of the employees at length about our stay and how we wanted to be next to each other. When we arrived we were not next to each other and the gal at the front desk said I needed to lock in our reservations. Well had I known that was the case I would have definitely done exactly that, to say the least I was extremely dissatisfied.

I stayed here several years back and it was ok. This is now an improved KOA. Everything is orderly and well kept. I think site 21 takes away an easy exit for sites 17 and 18 facing it but once I was hooked up to truck I had to back up and swing a hard right to go out the main road. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will return.

Friendly staff really helped us out in a tight spot. Pool is nice. The staff even got the neighbor kids to quit racing their dirt bikes through our site without us having to ask.
