Friendly staff is an important part when I rate a park. Medford KOA has great staff. Level sites, easy access from I-5, good K9 park.

We had a great time! The staff went out of their way to make our stay everything it could be. We got help getting into our site, hooking up the TV cable, getting the best site for our needs and operating our entertainment unit. We will be back!

Great place to stay! Bathrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve seen, all the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to insure you have a wonderful stay!

We had asked for a space that we could stay connected. Unfortunately, the utility pole was so far forward that we had to disconnect our trailer anyway. In addition, new lawn Planted on the adjacent Made it impossible to back up and connect to the trailer. Unfortunately, one of our wheels went into the mud. During this trip, we stayed at four different KOA campgrounds. We were a bit disappointed.

Nice grounds for walking dog. Real grass on the site (always appreciated) & not too close to neighbor. Would stay again.

We came in late, left early. Didn't get to meet staff or check out store. Stayed in a cabin. Everything was very nice. Cabin and restrooms were clean. Camp area is very pretty and relaxing. We will stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, park was clean and well maintained. Sites are very close to each other, and the driveway into the park was barely wide enough for two RVs to safely pass each other, if it was just a foot or two wider it would be perfect....but our stay was great, several dog areas that were clean and well-stocked. Stayed for one night while in transit. Would do so again.

What a quiet, peaceful and pleasant campground. We only stayed 1 night but may be back to stay for more. Beautiful environment and well maintained. Easy to get to and the staff was very friendly.

Clean and quiet, if away from the freeway. Issues: too light at night. Every spot as a light next to it. Had to out a paper bag over as was just a few feet away from the bed. Picnic benches were unusable due to being very dirty.

From what I learned, a new owner took over a year or two back. Since, they have been making many improvements which included a new playground all of the KOA kids loved. Management and staff were second to none. It was evident everyone took pride in the campground. There is also a ton to do within close reach of the park and this was hands down, one of the best KOA’s I’ve ever been to.

We only stayed for a brief overnight layover, but everything seemed very nice and easy in and out for us. The grounds were clean, and there was nice landscaping. We did not use other amenities such as showers, baths, laundry, etc. We'd stay again if in the area.

We stayed only one night on the way home from a trip. They left our map on the clip on the wall outside the office. The office closed at 5:00 and we arrived at 6:00.

Loved that they offer extra long sites. We have 70ft of motorhome+trailer and we were able to fit in a pull thru site with room for our car as well. Quiet countryside. The sites are spacious with gravel drives (but level) with a grass side yard with picnic table and a few trees. Even with the trees we were able to maneuver 70ft without damaging anything. New landscaping is pretty.

Stayed for one night as I was travelling through. Was able to get a pull through site so I did not have to unhitch the travel trailer. Sites were close to level and gravelled. Seemed to be a well maintained campground. I would definitely consider this location again.

Check in was a breeze and the site was long, wide and level. Everything was clean and convenient. We stay here each time we go past on I-5.

We stay here about once a year, maybe more, so we can visit our great granddaughter. She especially loves to swim in the pool. The campground is a perfect size for kids, not too big and not too small. We enjoyed the Easter egg hunt on our last visit. We'll be back!

I stayed here several years back and it was ok. This is now an improved KOA. Everything is orderly and well kept. I think site 21 takes away an easy exit for sites 17 and 18 facing it but once I was hooked up to truck I had to back up and swing a hard right to go out the main road. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will return.

Friendly staff really helped us out in a tight spot. Pool is nice. The staff even got the neighbor kids to quit racing their dirt bikes through our site without us having to ask.
