I made sure to call and advise staff that we were arriving late at night . They helped to guide me through the steps involved to check in. As a family of four we had a terrific time in the pool and on the jumping pillow. The park was so clean and well kept, showers were clean and washroom and shower hours were clearly posted. Communication was top notch at this camp ground.

The grounds are very tidy. The facilities and pool area are very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots to do for young children.

We were there with our family 13 in all - 8 adults and 5 children ages ranging from 9 to 3. They all had a great time using the pool, bouncy pillow, mini putt and park. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The KOA store was not overpriced had some candy and little toys for the kids. We didn't order from the restaurant as we had brought our own food.

Facilities were clean and accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. General store was well stocked and reasonably priced. Grounds were well cared for, and there were plentiful amenities.

Very clean and well kept! The activities for kids and families were great!.. something to do each day! The pool is wonderful and the staff went above and beyond! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and would stay again. the only thing that needs to be updated is the parc. Been to other KOA and this parc was a complete disaster.

Very quiet, great activities. The dog park is nicely done. The two areas we were lightly disappointed in was the condition of the mini putt and kids playground...they need work and cleanup. The bounce dome was awesome. Overall, very nice.

It was a great stay. Lots of activities for the kids. The only downfall is that everything costs extra. We already pay a lot of money to stay on the property so to pay extra for things was a bit much.

Very clean campground. The pool is beautiful, slide is a bonus for the kids and plenty of nice furniture. Would be nice if there was more umbrellas for shade in the pool area. Full sun and very hot to sit. Thank you

The 'grounds were well maintained & clean. There were an excessive amount of rules & we did not appreciate the late night stop in when having a quiet fire. Would have been fine if we were being loud but this was not the case. My kids feet hurt from the hot jumping pillow since socks are not allowed on it. Didn't like the feeling that anything we did would get us into trouble.

This is our third time staying at the Mallorytown KOA and we will be returning. The owners Susan and Richard always make the stay most enjoyable and work so hard to keep the campground well maintained and beautiful. Last year was our first time staying at a KOA and our stay at Mallorytown has convinced us to always look for KOA campgrounds when travelling with our trailer. A great time, thanks

Poor customer service from the owners, disgusting moldy bathrooms , and broken play structures. Really needs an upgrade in management and facilities.

Surprised that this KOA charged all charges upfront on reservation in Feb. Clean and spacious . Rules are enforced to the letter. Mini Golf should be free as it was in Renfrew.

This was our first stay at a KOA. The park experience was above our expectations. Our dogs loved the K9 park and all of the trails. Loved the well maintained park and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. We will come here again.

This is a beautiful KOA, it is well-maintained with clean restrooms, a beautiful pool area and fun activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The drawback is that they have a lot of rules which take away from the easy, laid-back feeling we are accustomed to. Use of the showers is limited to 7am-10pm which is frustrating to people who like to shower when they choose - for me that is 11pm.

Reserving on the phone with Susan, then the actual checking in with her was easy,friendly and helpful. The campground is very well maintained and clean. It would be a 5 star rating if there were more trees. We would stay here again.

Stayed in spot 216. Large space with open field behind us. The campgrounds are why you stay at a KOA, clean with friendly staff. Heated pool. We will be booking there next year for a getaway.

We had an incredible experience for our first trip of the season in our trailer. We went Mother's Day weekend although it was quiet and cool we had an amazing adventure. We also had the opportunity in supporting Camp for Kids. Great amenities, activities and fun for everyone. Susan is a fantastic individual who is warm, welcoming, pleasant caring, enthusiastic and passionate in everything she does. Wild bingo and winning the Mother's Day giveaway was a bonus! You must play bingo! 😁 Of the 3 KOAs we've stayed at. Mallorytown is our favorite and we will be returning to again! Making friends and memories.

The location is perfect to explore the 1000 Islands. Hosts are awesome! Take in BUSL or Airbru while here!

What a nice welcome bij Susan as the camping season is just starting. Everything in place to have a good family time with golf, basketbal and jumping pillow for much fun. Sun rise spot was perfect for the morning. Only 10 min drive to the coast and nice bear loop hike. Thank you for lovely stay.
