We had such a great time. The kids loved the pool bouncy pillow and the arcade, plus they met new friends and spent lots of time outsoors away from screens! We rented a rustic cabin and LOVED it. The pizza at the food bar was good, and we loved the live music and dance too! Every staff member was super friendly and looked like they genuinely enjoyed kids and their job. Can't wait to go back!!

Susan and Richard (the owners) really care about their guests. We've been here a few times and always feel welcome. Our AC in the deluxe cabin (#51) was not working on arrival and their repairman fixed it within 20 minutes! The entertainment (fireworks, pool with a slide, bouncy pillow, the live band for the dance party) is always a blast. We will return again and again!

We had a great time! Everything was clean and well kept. The planned activities, pool and park kept the kids very busy. The staff were all amazingly friendly and we will definitely be back!

First time staying in delux cabin. The cabin was clean, spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. The covered front porch was great on raining days. Having the barbecue and outdoor furniture was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!!!

We loved all of the amenities for kids! Great pool for kids of all ages, playground, jumping pillow and mini putt. Lots of open space for playing catch, soccer and volleyball. We enjoyed fishing at nearby 1000 Islands National Park and took a boat tour out of nearby Rockport. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The staff and other campers were so friendly and accommodating. The cabin was very comfortable and the pond view was great. Pool, jumping pillow and mini putt were well maintained. Will be back for sure!

The cabin itself was great! The outside furniture in the deluxe cabin could stand a good cleaning or a refresh. The cushions had what looked like ketchup stains on them and we did not feel comfortable sitting on them. Restaurant food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Staff is amazing as always! We'll be back!

Everything went well. Good place for families with young kids. Good size sites but open so not very private - typical of KOA “kamping” anyway. Everything was well maintained and clean. Trains go by regularly including horns at nearby crossing which may bother some.

It is always a pleasure staying at the Mallorytown KOA, even with Covid restrictions in place they are not in your face with them. The staff and owners make you feel welcome and the activities that are planned are great for families. We will definitely be back next year!

Stayed in the premium cottage. Very well located to all amenities offered at the campground. Staff were very friendly and felt welcome the minute we checked in. We enjoyed our stay and it was so relaxing sitting by the fire at night. The campground is very quiet and a great getaway from the city.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful and I was particularly impressed with the service received from Dawn. The only comment I can think of would be about the size of the showers one can hardly stand in and be able to close the door. A movable shower head and hose would be much nicer. Everything is accessible except no accessible shower.

It's our first time KOA staying, the site is clean and well organized. We stayed in cabin#39, all facilities are great. All staffs are very friendly. Only one thing to mention for the cabin, there is a gap in the cabin porch/patio floor like 2-3cm uneven and hard to see, my 5 years old boy tripped twice badly. Maybe someone could fix it or at least put a yellow sticker.

We really enjoyed our stay! The campground was very well maintained and the pond in front of our cabin was very relaxing! I think the most positive thing about our stay was how clean our cabin was! We have stayed in a lot of KOA cabins but never have been in a cleaner cabin inside and out! Dawn was the lady that kept it so clean and inviting! She’s a keeper!

The Kabin with loft was a great place to stay. The lift is very low - good for kids to sleep and play and a great place to store our extra stuff. The pool was great. A couple improvements would be a shower head in the shower. Plastic shower curtain (the fabric ones are too long and leak). Washable bath mats (towel/hotel type) and remove the toilet mat (ew). Other than that it was excellent!

From an experienced KOA guest. Location has some great features. The service and accommodation were unacceptable. The owner behaved in a bullying, aggressive and condescending manner and he made me feel like an untrustworthy and stupid nuisance. The RV not in acceptable shape, fridge latch broken and a fire hazard (staff pointed out during tour). When I told him, he blamed me for not telling soone

Very friendly and informative staff. Very very clean cabins, bathrooms, facilities, pool(our best one so far) and park. Great security for campers. Good recreation options. Good dog park and dog trail. Staff visibly works nonstop to guide campers, maintain park, cleaning and still interact socially with such positivity. Very well maintained park, pride of ownership is very evident.

Superb stay! SUE AND ALL STAFF MEMBERS JUST AMAZING PEOPLE! very clean organized Pool area bathrooms showers amenities very clean. What did bothered me this is no way the fault of the staff the fact people did not obey the rules of wearing a mask when inside buildings. Also a few that made fire were using lighter fluid, spray cans to light up their fires.Fire Hazzard big time! Check sites more oft

There is no lake or beach. And there was a time limit on the pool which you had to sign up for. I was told my daughter is spoiled and my son is well trained by a staff member!! It felt like they were treating us differently cause my children are black! People staying at the camp site were very friendly and made my kids feel welcome, but not the staff. Also everything is very over priced!

Everything was so clean, and the woman who greeted us was so thorough and very helpful, but we were disappointed there was only 2 outdoor chairs for us at the RV rental (we're a family of 4), no hooks for towels, no awning and we weren't allowed to use the oven (nothing was communicated in advance of our arrival). I suggest having the snack bar open and kids activities through the week too.

I have now stayed at the Mallorytown KOA twice. It was a quick getaway with my son. The first visit he was announcing how much he loved it after 30 minutes so I booked more visits. The second he was saying how excited he was that we could go back. The site is beyond clean and welcoming and I can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay.

We stayed in a cabin last visit this visit was a travel trailer. Still it was camping. We always have an excellent time. Super friendly staff Susan is a great host and the park was very clean. Dog areas were tidy and a good place to bring fido. We still had lots of fun.
