We loved our stay and had a great time. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. Next time we would just book the tent site furthest from the road but it was still great

The property was well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The WiFi signal at the tent sites was great. The staff were friendly and the location was easy to find. The only downside was that the tent sites were located down a gravel hill so may be challenging for some motorcycle campers.

Although I only spent 1 night here, I will definitely book again and stay longer. I love the tent camping sites. They are secluded and far from the RVs. Especially liked the raised, gravel tent pads. The bathroom/showers are all individual rooms! I love that there is a chair to place a shower bag and a lot of hooks to hang towels. I also enjoyed the hiking trail by the pond.

We were in town for a birthday party so didn’t spend a ton of time at the campground but noticed all of the amazing amenities like the pool, jumpy pad, air hockey, etc… Bathrooms were clean and private which was nice. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in town. We were tent campers and the sites by the lake were beautiful.

The staff was AMAZING and so accommodating! My daughter was a little apprehensive at first but she got comfortable real fast because it was like we were staying with family on the compound! The campsites were neat, tidy and the facilities were super clean! My older daughter and her boyfriend were so pleased with the bathhouse and felt spoiled! Thank you for a great stay!

Three wonderful days of peace and quiet!! I tent camped during the week!! It rained for all three days but the camp grounds scenery is beautiful so I did a lot of walking in the rain!! The facility grounds and buildings are so well maintained and sparkling clean and every staff member I met was so accommodating and kind. I had a wonderful experience there.Reserve a spot and ENJOY your stay..

This was a great stay. Super clean and very friendly staff. I loved my site being right by the pond as it was very peaceful and relaxing. The gravel pad was perfect for my tent. Having two picnic tables was great. Highly recommend this KOA.

Camping with a tent by the pond was absolutely perfect, the crisp fall weather in concert with the colors and smells of autumn � . I just needed a bugling elk at dusk and I would have bought the place

This is the CLEANEST KOA I’ve ever stayed at ever! The staff were so incredibly friendly and were so kind and helpful. This was the first time I’ve taken my husband tent camping since he lost most of his eyesight, but I wasn’t worried anymore when I met the staff. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful location and lovely tent site in the heart of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Great access to the AT and James River. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool, site, and restrooms were all clean and very well maintained. One of the nicest KOA grounds I have visited and I’ll definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to camp or RV. This camp has nice bath house and beautiful landscape and lots to do for kids from table games and jump house also 1 mile from Blue Ridge parkway.Staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about the whole area thanks to them I had a great bike ride.

This was my wife and I's first camping trip together. When we got there the staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly communicated what was happening that weekend. We would and will come back again, 10/10!

I loved staying at the campgrounds. It was my son’s first experience and he was ecstatic. We caught a few bluegills, set up a tent, and did a little exploring. I had an amazing time. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to consider kiln dried wood. I tried multiple options and still was unable to light the wood I purchased. My son became frustrated and scared because it was so dark.

The folks run in the campground are awesome and so friendly ! The campground was super clean, I was so impressed with the bath houses ! We will definitely be back, beautiful campground !

Great first time at a KOA! Staff was super friendly, and there were plenty of activities to partake in. Beautiful location with good amenities. Shoutout to Tony for being very welcoming from the begin and delivering us many bundles of firewood!

The campground is conveniently located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, making it a great home base after a day of exploring and hiking. We were warmly greeted and escorted to our site. The campground also has a catch-and-release fishing pond, where we spotted three good-sized bass swimming around. A nice little bonus for anyone who enjoys being outdoors! The bathhouses were clean, and best of all, the showers had plenty of hot water — something you really appreciate after a long day on the trails! Friendly hospitality, a well-maintained campground, and a convenient location. We'd happily stay here again.

Spent the weekend with my family unfortunately my car got stuck in a ditch and the owner came to our site and got the car unstuck with no damage yo our vehicle. Excellent service will definitely be back

My family and I stayed for the weekend and unfortunately my car got stuck in a ditch, the owner arrived at our site and was able to get my car unstuck with no damage to my vehicle above and beyond service will definitely be back. Bathhouses were clean staff is friendly and there are activities for children.
