Loved the friendly hospitality and amenities available at this campground. The bath houses were kept clean and many shady campsites available.

Wonderful Easter weekend at one of our favorite campgrounds. Phil and Stephanie take great pride in their work and in the appearance of the grounds. We always enjoy our stays here and will keep coming back.

Very nice, quiet and well maintained campground. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dog friendly with a fenced dog park and level trails around a pond.

Everyone greeted us; was very nice and clean. The grounds were well maintained. It was also very quiet, they would tell us if you need anything to let them know. They went above and beyond! Would go out of my way to stay here again! Thank you

Every element of my stay met 'full marks' standards -- setting, service, courtesy, cleanliness, facilities -- KOA Lynchburg-Parkway has become one of my all-time favorite campgrounds in Virginia. We will no doubt return, and soon.

Unfortunately, we were just passing through and only were able to spend a night at this campground however what a beautiful well kept campground. We booked after hours and arrived at 9 PM or so and they were waiting for us and gave us an escort right to our campsite which was very nice to have in the dark!

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They maintain this campground very well. The sites are located in a beautiful wooded area and they remove ALL the leaves . They have a shelter where foosball and other games are located. The fishing pond is something our grandkids really enjoyed. We recommend this KOA to everyone we see.

Nice place - we have stayed here about 6 times the past 2 years and it has always been a great experience. Staff is super helpful and are always around keeping things in order. I have never seen a piece of trash on the ground and nothing is run down looking like some KOAs across the country. Love this place

This was a quick stay for us but Tony and Sarah were wonderful and kind. The campground was spacious and the kids loved the jump pad. Our only struggle was it was a little challenging to maneuver around rocks and trees with our large rig.

They don’t follow there quite time. We were put next to long term campers and they were loud until 11:30 -12:00 pm. Short term campers should not be put near long term campers!

Beautiful campground! Lots of trees, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff! In such a beautiful location just off the Blue Ridge Parkway! We will definitely be back!

We love camping here. It’s not that big of a campground but the location right off the blue ridge parkway is nice. Definitely away from any town or shopping. The new exit from the back campsites toward the office around the premium sites is a little too tight of a turn for large 5th wheel

Love smaller, quite, less crowded campgrounds. This fit the bill with one exception. From the moment we checked in, for 2 hours one of the staff walked around with a leaf blower, creating that irritating leaf blower noise while all I wanted to do was sit down among the trees and nature and relax after my drive. Then, it started up again at 9am the next morning for another 2 hours.

We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to camping there in the future. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Our site was perfect and the staff was friendly.

We had a great stay! Park was clean as usual, in great shape. The park attendants were super nice and friendly. Dog park was nice for our puppy. Bathhouses were clean and stocked. Our site was almost 100% level. We really like this park.

Very nice, clean and quiet campground. The site we had was very level and they had gone the extra mile to clear the leaves off the site. Lots of activities for the kids. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Always good to stay at the Lynchburg/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA! We are always in & out as we stay to visit our Liberty University student. We are looking forward to visiting at a time when we can hang out longer!

Lynchburg/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA is one of our favorite campgrounds. As soon as you drive onto the property staff is waiting to direct you with an escort to your site. They are always friendly and inviting. We never have to worry about our kids here as the campground is safe and has lots of things for them to do. We love how clean the bath houses are and located throughout the campground.

Very pristine and beautiful KOA nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains. Staff was wonderful. Chuck led us to our assigned pull through site and was very helpful. We are from NC and would go out of our way to stay again.

The campground is nice, clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful. But amenities like grocery stores etc are almost 1/2 hour away.

The sites were huge and level! Wooded campgrounds and beautiful. The workers were friendly. I would stay again when in the area.

This is a very nice KOA Campground! All of the sites offer plenty of room with ample space. The owners are fantastic! The playground is awesome for the kids and the dog park is a nice plus for your furry friends! The location couldn't be any better. Only a 5 minute drive to the parkway and a 30 minute drive to the university. We will definitely be back.

Very well-kept campground. Bathrooms/showers were clean and well furnished. The campground itself was very well manicured and has been maintained perfectly. The WIFI was pretty good too. Definitely will be staying here again. Update 05/07/2026 Another great stay at this KOA the past seven days. It was exactly as it was the last time I stayed here. The campground is always in great condition, the campsites roomy and the staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. My wife and I were able to hike quite a few miles on the Appalachian Trail as there are several trailheads close by. Glad I stayed here again and look forward to staying there in the future.
