We were overtired after getting lost for awhile. Found a KOA near by. We were not disappointed. Clean, quiet, friendly. Disappointed that we did not have time to stay longer. Next time we will.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lynchburg/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA Campground. Great people, great sites, fishing pond and nice walking trails. We plan to go back again sometime.

We live the Blueridge Parkway KOA. It’s well kept, quiet and very relaxing. Plenty to do in the area if you like to explore. The is a nice little cafe down the road called Woodruff’s Pie’s, they have lunch and of course pies.

This was our second trip with our 5th wheel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful gave us advice on parking/leveling.

Very clean and quiet. Nice amenities with easy access. Good sites and lots of options. Will come back. Just be sure have ALL food and supplies you need as there are no services or store closer than 10 miles and even then its very limited. The camp ground does store is small and no food for sale, other than snacks.

Great location. Perfect for touring museums, state parks, wineries and distilleries. A lot of civil war history to see and visit grave sites and museums. Onsite staff do an outstanding job taking care of the grounds and assisting the campers at check-in and during our stay.

Beautiful, well shaded and well appointed campground! Many spaces are close to level, so leveling your RV won't be much of a challenge. Friendly, accommodating staff! When we arrived near closing time and connected, we realized that we were nearly out of propane. They then went above & beyond, staying open while we disconnected and got the rig to the propane station. Much appreciated!!

Probably the best KOA I've visited. The campground consist of wooded curving streets, level sites, and updated, functional water, electric and sewer hookups. The many rest rooms are all clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful at check in, but even more so when I called to make a reservation, ensuring I has the best site for my RV. And the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Very nice small campground. The sites were spread out and not lined up in a row. The sites were well planned with the hookups all together, picnic table spaced well on site and the fire pit away from your living space. Everyone was friendly.

From the friendly greeting to helping us back in our Airstream, we felt so welcome and comfortable! The sites and the overall campground is kept so neat and clean. The bathhouses were clean and comfortable if needed, the little store/office had some really cute mementos and local merchandise. Really appreciated the peace and quiet that this campground offered - truly a gem in the Blue Ridge!

Location ... location ... location. One mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautiful area. Lots to do in Lynchburg and surroundings. Our campsite was OK. Not very level side to side. Bathrooms with individual showers, sinks, toilets, were a highlights. Staff were very friendly.

Phil and family and staff are always amazing �. This KOA definitely is top of my list for campgrounds I've stayed at due to the awesome staff and quiet relaxing vibes. We stay there often for weekend getaways usually in cabins but the park is also very popular for RV owners.

We got a cabin for the weekend. We didnt get to enjoy it much because we came for softball so we were gone most of the day. But my kids were able to swim fish and do some other things later in evening. The cabins are really nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms were clean. So overall it was a good time there.

This KOA was close to hiking and photo opportunities. It was quiet (except for our neighbor, but that’s not the KOA’s fault). The owners were very nice and helpful. It was clean (except for some mildew in the shower). This was our second stay at this KOA and we will return.

Great place to stay. Beautiful. Clean,well managed park. Only 1 thing bothered us. The wifi was very spotty and slow in the evenings.

This was the perfect spot for family fun!! The staff is amazing and the campground is very well maintained. So much for the kids to do!!

Great family vacation! Friendly staff, clean grounds, clean bathrooms, clean refreshing pool! Stayed in the "etra elbow" cabin. It was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Wifi worked well enough. Cable was good. Cell phone service was limited. Campground was very quiet, peaceful, safe and family friendly. I would suggest more outside lighting. It was very dark at night. Highly recommend!

Wow, What a really nice campground. The sites have plenty of room, level and quiet. Our site was B11 It had woods on two sides. You will be close to Natural Bridge, Parkway, Lynchburg and others.

We always have a great time at this KOA! It’s a small campground which we love but it has tons of things to do! This trip we really enjoyed the pool since it was so hot out. We also played air hockey, Gaga ball, horseshoes, the kids enjoyed the playground and bouncing pillow and we all had a great time catching bass in the pond. We love that the deliver firewood and ice to your campsite!!

I would give the Lynchburg KOA a “10” if I could! Lovely, well manicured property. The pool is beautiful. Very nice site amongst the trees. Thanks to the staff for their smiling welcome!

This is a very nice KOA Campground! All of the sites offer plenty of room with ample space. The owners are fantastic! The playground is awesome for the kids and the dog park is a nice plus for your furry friends! The location couldn't be any better. Only a 5 minute drive to the parkway and a 30 minute drive to the university. We will definitely be back.

Very well-kept campground. Bathrooms/showers were clean and well furnished. The campground itself was very well manicured and has been maintained perfectly. The WIFI was pretty good too. Definitely will be staying here again. Update 05/07/2026 Another great stay at this KOA the past seven days. It was exactly as it was the last time I stayed here. The campground is always in great condition, the campsites roomy and the staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. My wife and I were able to hike quite a few miles on the Appalachian Trail as there are several trailheads close by. Glad I stayed here again and look forward to staying there in the future.
