Greeted by friendly staff! Clean and well maintained park. Refreshing pool. This KOA also had a jump pad and numerous other activities and a walking path. It was a great one night stay for us!

The cabin we rented was superb! It was clean and comfortable with a vegan leather futon, mini-fridge, and microwave. Plenty of hooks to hang coats and wet towels. Wonderful queen bed set alone in separate room (no door) and a sleeping loft. TV was great and the small dining table was perfect. The only thing that was not as much fun was the bathroom facility up a decent hill some distance away.

The campground is beautiful with lots of trees. Entry and exit is easy. Our site was easy to level and hook up. Staff was gracious and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. Just a great KOA!

Great site, very flat. Love the gravel on the site...kept the debris tracked into the camper to a minimum. Friendly staff in the store and riding around for garbage pickup. Bath house rooms were kept clean. We enjoyed it!

Wow! What a great campsite! We enjoyed the location - so beautiful. Our specific campsite was a level pull through with a concrete patio, table chairs, fire pit, swing, and grill! It was beautifully level and well appointed. The amenities were very nice - nice pool, great camp store, bathroom facilities were very clean. The entire camping area was extremely clean and tidy. Staff is the best

We had another great stay!! It was extremely hot this weekend and it was nice to enjoy the pool!! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Can't wait to come again!

Very welcoming took us to our site. Site was very well spaced lots of shade and amenities for kids. Go eat at market on Main in Lynchburg. It was delicious. Parkway is very close for trails. Super quiet too.

The campground was great--the staff were GREAT, very accommodating and super friendly! The internet was iffy, at best. Some of the roads getting to the campground were a little hairy, especially driving a 34' motorhome, towing a trailer! It was also somewhat disappointing that the Blue Ridge Parkway was under maintenance (loose gravel) for miles--that made for hazardous motorcycle riding.

Grounds and cabin were clean, well maintained and thoughtfully layed out (porch and patio areas of adjacent cabin offset). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for South Pedlar ATV trail and Blue Ridge Parkway.

Our stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and flexible. They graciously let my brother check in as I had a later arrival and they were understanding that he had a pickup truck instead of a motorcycle as planned. They then gave us a spot to allow his truck and my bike to park.

The park was much further off I-81 than we realized and as others have said the road in is very curvy. That said the park was lovely. The staff was so, so friendly. The nearest store (Dollar General) was about 7 miles away so plan to bring all you need with you. The sites were nice, a bit narrow, with lots of treees. We had a standard pull through site but next time we would choose a back-in

From minute we checked in the park staff was excellent to deal with we were treated like we were regulars there. The ladies in the office were very helpful with whatever we needed. Guys in the park were always there making sure we had everything we needed and had no issues. They even picked up and delivered propane bottles I needed filled. Tony was on duty most of our stay he was an awesome help.

This is a very nice KOA Campground! All of the sites offer plenty of room with ample space. The owners are fantastic! The playground is awesome for the kids and the dog park is a nice plus for your furry friends! The location couldn't be any better. Only a 5 minute drive to the parkway and a 30 minute drive to the university. We will definitely be back.

Very well-kept campground. Bathrooms/showers were clean and well furnished. The campground itself was very well manicured and has been maintained perfectly. The WIFI was pretty good too. Definitely will be staying here again. Update 05/07/2026 Another great stay at this KOA the past seven days. It was exactly as it was the last time I stayed here. The campground is always in great condition, the campsites roomy and the staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. My wife and I were able to hike quite a few miles on the Appalachian Trail as there are several trailheads close by. Glad I stayed here again and look forward to staying there in the future.
