We arrived at 4;30. Office sign said closed at 5 00 PM. Our paper work was on the door. A car was parked running. After we got our paper the car left we never saw a staff me.ber. ,Not pleased 8

Management/staff were friendly and professional. Premium spot was delightful. Nice paved pads. Pull throughs easy to access. Didn't use the pool but everything looked very well maintained. We had a problem needing an rv part for the incoming water and they were very accommodating in allowing us to stay a little beyond checkout for my husband to put it on - We will stay here again.

Not much stood out in a really good or really bad way. The parking pads were concrete and nice. The restroom facilities definitely could have been cleaner.

The campground is very nice and well taken care of, but the cabin that we stayed in was not. We are not ones to complain at all, but we were a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I truly hope that you guys will handle that because that cabin is in a perfect location on the pond and could truly be enjoyed by many!

Quiet, easy electronic check-in, clean grounds and well maintained, great location! The only reason for a 4 star is one of the 3 bathrooms was very dirty with bugs everywhere. The other one I went in was spotless! I would stay here again.

Excellent RV Camp! Everything in top notch shape.The only thing that might be an issue (might) are sticker burrs - seems like there's going to a lot of them when they dry up. We have a dog who loves to be outside and if this happens, it will definitely be an issue. However, we are planning on returning in September for a stay. We really had a great time... Kamp K9 was great and well taken care of.

The cabin was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accomodating thorughout our entire stay. We were so grateful to have such a nice play to stay during our 2 months in Lufkin! Our 1.5 year old loved the playground area, and I'm sure we would've used the pool a bunch if we had stayed longer since it just opened a bit before we left. We absolutely recommend this KOA!

Had to stay an additional day as we had vehicle problems. The staff was very accommodating, allowing an additional night. Very clean, very friendly. Thank you!

Well maintained RV park. Nice cement spots that are pretty level. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. One downside is the road noise from the highway. We would stay again if in the area.

The campground is in a good spot for Highway access. We stayed for 3 nights and the bathrooms and showers were not cleaned once during our stay. Several other campers also commented on how dirty they were. We did the express check-in on line and were told that our papers would be attached to the main door. Upon arrival they were not and we had to wait while we were checked in. Inconvenient.

Great level site. The only reason for 4 stars is because the fire pit was filthy with cigarette butts and awning cover was holding water.

Restrooms and showers were not clean. Paper towel dispensers were empty. Live insects in the sinks. It wasn't pretty

I stayed on the way to and from Texas. People are super friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean. The first stay the water was yellow. Talked to mgmt and they advised they had a water main break earlier in the day. They didn’t tell us at check in and recommend we run the water before we connect. Upon our return trip there was a sewer issue. The water was yellow on our last day.

Have stayed there many times. They're very friendly and helpful. Prices are still fairly reasonable. Fairly easy to get to off the loop in Lufkin, and it is a quiet place even though it is close to the loop. Don't get a lot of road noise.

The cabin we stayed in was fantastic! It had a well stocked kitchen area, very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

The premium site was excellent. The only negative was the dog park. It didn't affect us because we didn't bring a dog. But, during our entire stay, the bin for pet poop was full and people were having to place poop bags on the ground and even the picnic table.

It seemed like many were staying in their RV's permanently. In the mornings there was a max exodus of cars and trucks with people going to work. Office hours seemed to be non-existent. Showed up at 4:15pm Sunday to find the office closed for the day. This was way different from our numerous KOA experiences.

Very very clean park. The only exception to this and why I didn’t rate it a 5 is because they did not do a very good job of cleaning up and emptying trash in the shower house. We had to clean the trash a couple times ourselves. Great level pads. Nice staff.

Site littered with blown grass from mowing. No trees or privacy. Very exposed. Bathroom small and very dirty. Didn't stay due to storms.

We had an overnight stay on our journey. This has been our second stay since last year. We always enjoy our stay at Lufkin KOA. Park is Very clean, pet friendly and great staff.

We stayed at the Lufkin KOA on our trip back from Texas. The lots are big, level and really nice. Clean and new wash rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

This was an overnight stay for us. Nice pull through. Apparently, they have limited hours for their store, so I wasn't able to get my ice cream fix.

Over all a nice stay however more attention to details need to be made. Fix doors that don’t latch closed. Because of the height of ceiling a remote control fan would be nice. Couldn’t reverse fan direction to push heat off ceiling. Clean fan blades! Toilet seat was so loose I had to fix it.

It was really nice. The cabin did have some problems. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the bedroom door is broken. It was pretty clean. I loved being there. It's quiet, peaceful, and calm.

My only complaint is the traffic noise which is beyond your control.

The owners are very kind. My husband and I had a lovely time at the KOA of Lufkin. Everything is so green & beautiful. The lawn is very well maintained, pool is always clean & paved pathways.

This KOA was very nice, one of the best we have been to. Although it was a challenge finding it. We used the KOA book and maps on our phone. Worth the stay.

This was my first time at a KOA. We stayed there for almost 2 months. I have no complaints. It was a quiet area, had a nice pool, friendly oriented and Laurie was always helpful and friendly. We will be back if we're ever in the area. Thank you for making us comfortable while we were on the road.
