The new loop section we were in was too muddy. Obviously given this time of year is a given being that the ground isn't settled. It will be nice once spring and summer hits and the bathhouse is put in. Easy on easy off for an overnight stay.

Playground was rotted through and consisted of broken wood and sharp exposed screws. Not safe for kids to play on. Site was nice but would not stay here again with children.

Like the fact all site were concrete, however the days we stayed we had heavy rains and were put in the lowest possible spot,when we left we were hooking up in 4 inches water, there were other open spots you could have put us knowing you were getting heavy rains that day .Site15 shouldn't even be use until you raise it, so for this reason I have to give a low rating.

Got shuttled to the out lot. Same cost as original park, smaller sites, no angled ingress or egress, no cable TV.

The KOA Lufkin fit our needs. But it fell short in several areas - small dog park, no trash pick up (the brochure noted it but was marked out), 1 of 2 bathrooms closed, dog park garbage for dog poop was overflowing and on ground for 5 days, RV washed by outside service at site next to ours, never saw a KOA employee, 1 guy near by seemed to be a KOA employee but not sure. Cut back of staff??

We were placed in a section with no bathroom so we had to hike over to the main bathrooms. There was only one toilet stall for the entire campground and it was not clean. Wife was very unhappy.

Right off the highway. Pad was cement and flat. Only suggestion is for stepping pads around hook up area. Arrived in the rain and the dirt/grass area was 3” under water. Other than that, place is great

Check in was easy happy for the pull through parking. The WIFI worked! To bad it rained the whole time, next time shall be great.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the additions they have made in adding new sites. I was disappointed that they can no longer do garbage pickup due to Covid. The RV Park is very convenient being right off the 59 loop around Lufkin, and also convenient to getting downtown.

Second overnight stay here for us and it was just fine. We don’t use the amenities but can tell that they are working on improving areas of the park. We will stay here again when we are passing thru next time!

Beautiful grounds & nice location. The only reason I rated this spot as three stars was the absence of a bathroom anywhere near my campsite. On the map there said there was a bathhouse right by my campsite but it was non-existent. Perhaps a planned addition that hasn’t been built? I don’t mind walking a bit, but the only two (very nice) bathrooms were at the opposite end of the campgrounds.

We didn’t utilize everything that was available at the campground, but for us when a spot is an easy in and easy out with our 35 foot Tiffin with a tow, then that’s a 5 star deal for us.

Everything was nice as usual. However, I noticed it wasn't as clean as it was when the unit was new. I notice cobb webs on the ceiling fans, spiders and lots of black bugs on all the window seals. I was cold the first night and had to ask for more blankets. Fortunately, a woman in the office said would bring me a bedspread. I hope there will be one the next time I go.

Great location. Nice and clean campground. Dave was very friendly and welcoming. Plus he went the "extra mile" to help us out on the day of departure! Thank you again. We will definitely be back as we have friends and business in the Lufkin area. Montana 3761FL Owners

Nice Place! I happened to get one of the newer sites with a canopy , patio set and fire pit area. Great amenities and friendly management. Very helpful and accommodating.

Stopped for a quick over night stay. Site was well maintained and the campground was quiet. Trash receptacle at dog park was overflowing is about the only thing that was not well maintained.

KOA staff was very friendly and helpful. We just stayed overnight while traveling through. We needed a 70 ft. Pull through spot. It was great.

Quiet and clean. A bit of highway traffic noise but not terrible. Bathrooms showers are nice. I would stay again.

Slippery stairs by the restroom caused a fall. Lightbulb for the shower was out.

Hostess was very nice and accommodating. No trees but we stayed for one night and the site was level and had full hook-ups. Very quiet. Could hear the HWY but not too loud. Only problem we had (if you can call it a problem) was the cable cord. It had a male end. Usually campgrounds have a female end. We couldn’t watch cable but no big deal.

Very nice campground and facilities. We would stay there again. If you are worried about Covid-19, they will even leave your check-in items on the door so you never have to go into the building. Very thoughtful for some who may be high-risk.

Very clean and spacious spots. Nice little pond where we enjoyed watching a Snowy Egret catch it's food. Some highway noise, but far better than most KOA'S we've stayed at. We would definitely stay again.

The place is very nice, sage and clean. The grandkids loved the pool. It is noisy. It is right next to the freeway.

We did all online registration was left in door never meet any staff although did say we could call. Clean not to big Great back field to let dogs run and play which seemed to be okay as others did as well For being close to highway it was quiet
