Friendly staff, campground well kept nice surroundings and very clean restrooms and showers. Lots of activities and sights close to campground. Very enjoyable stay and definitely return to camp.

We were put in the wrong spot promised at reservation time. Attendant was not personably or friendly. Kids play area was not clean or safe. Trash was all over different areas of the park. Recreation area was not open (or disclosed it was closed prior to check in) vehicle was damaged during stay. Staff not told me it couldn't have happened there and i was basically crazy.

We do have a lot of leaves blowing around which we are working on. We work hard at picking up our trash.

location was ideal between state parks and attractions, campground was clean, due to being on a busy highway it was somewhat noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay at KOA, Linn Creak, MO. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Planning to return again next year �

The only draw back are the rocks that make it annoying to walk on. And by the lady’s bathroom there is a whole hidden under the grass

As it was our last 2 nights of the year before winterization, we only used the amenities at our site. The premium site was just perfect, they delivered our wood to the site. Ice was not available but this was 10/25 and 10/26….ice was a few minutes away! Hookups we’re all good and cable was perfect!

The store was always locked. A call to shorten or stay was not returned and were subsequently charged for the day we weren’t there there. Roads are awful and need grading. The property is right on a major highway, so road noise was bad

Store/office hours are posted on the door. There is also a telephone number to call if guests need help. Unfortunately, we are short-handed.

The roads on his campground need resurfacing - it is dangerous to drive any vehicle with low clearance there, Location is great but its proximity to the highway will wake you up during the night as the big trucks are using engine braking.

My assigned camp site had an electric outlet post that didn't work. I had to run a cord to the next camp site for an outlet that worked. An attempted use of the shower/rest room facilities, found sign that said they were out of service due to an emergency. These were the only facilities I saw on the grounds and wondered what people who were not in large, equipped RV's doing for toilets/showers.

We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused you. We wish you had informed the office about the outlet and we would have moved you to a different site. We had a big sewer back-up which caused for the restrooms being closed for a couple of hours.

No one in the office when we arrived but our site was posted on the bulletin board. We were met by worker who started to take us to our site but they were doing repairs near by. Gave us a different site. It appears the campground has been run down but they are attempting to make some repairs. It also appeared some long term residents in cabins/trailer house on site.

Yes, we are updating the camp. The trailers in the back belong to staff and veterans.

Large, well shaded sites with full hookups. Shower/laundry bldg was always clean & welcoming. Right off hwy, so a little hectic departing (unless on motorcycle - then fun!). Take time to meet hosts - they’re awesome!

Don't know if it was the weather but the television channels were bad. couldn't stay connected or would just go to a black screen. Staff is very friendly and will try to help any way possible

Great restrooms and showers. Roads were very rutty, they must have had heavy rain and hadn’t grated the drives yet. We registered online but due to staff shortages, the office was not staffed, so we had to call contact number for a site.

The campground appears somewhat rundown.

Roads are washed out and very rough. The store was barely open and barely had anything in it (I'm sure closed due to low staffing). The cable didn't work. The water pipe leaked. The "game room" looked like it hadn't been used in ages. The entire place was very tired and worn out. I don't recommend. The lady that checked me in was very friendly!

We wished you had mentioned the cable during your stay; we would have sent someone to your site to fix it. It is the end of our season; thus, game room getting ready for update. Again, store supplies smaller since it will be closing.

The camp ground was in bad shape. Camp site was unlevel and holes surrounding the water and sewage. It was dirty and unkept. All equipment, WiFi, Sewer, dump, water and laundry all worked. We would avoid the Ozarks/Linn Creek KOA

Everything about the park was great except the road traffic noise. But everything was clean and comfy and management was extremely nice and helpful

Beautiful area, interesting layout, utilities were fine. Only downside for me (rookie here, be gentle) was the site was not level side to side. It was an easy pull through, but took a bit of time to build up one side for side to side level. The area is a definite positive, and will come here again. Rich and Randa

Paved roads and slightly larger parking areas would be nice but service is right on. Loved it.

Fairly easy access to the KOA. The interior roads are rough but not an issue. Park is kept clean. Office personnel were very accommodating. Probably one of the best picture quality cable TV connections we have had at a KOA.

Have stayed three times at Linn Creek Koa. They have been able to make arrangements each time. Had to change sites halfway through our stay, but that was fine. Really nice shower house and reasonably priced laundry. Will stay again.

The positive is it is centrally located and the WiFi was excellent, we have a 40 RV and tow, i would not consider it big rig friendly. The site was long but very narrow, we could only open the drivers side cabinets about a quarter do to rocks separating our site from next door, also when are slide was out was probably 2 feet from neighbors awning. Sites are fairly level. Owners were very nice

We stayed at 7 koas this was by far the worst. We ended up leaving a day early when we could finally get them to unlock the front gate.

We are sorry you feel this way. When you say worst KOA, what do you mean? We wish you had shared what you feel could be improved upon with our staff. The locked front gate is for our guests protection although the other side is open and you were able to leave through that gate.

Newly remodeled bathroom was filthy. Trash inside fire rings and ants were all in the food and trash inside fire ring. Recycle bins full of cans etc. Highway noise is super loud. The saving part was the gal on duty. She was exceptionally helpful and professional.

We do our best to best to make the rounds to empty trash even though we are short-staffed. Wish you had informed us of the bathroom not being clean; we check them several times a day...

It's not managed very well. Office was hardly ever open and we were without toilet paper in restroom which wasn't very clean either. It's an OK quick overnight stop but no need to linger there.

This was the worst KOA I every stayed at. The staff was rude we booked for 4 nights stayed 1 night. The campsite is a dump needs tons of work. When I asked if there was another campground near but the owner referred me to a good sam's down the road. Booked and spent 3 nights there this was an amazing camp site. If in the area do not stay at this KOA also our power went out due to faulty equipment

We think you were thinking of a Resort versus a campground. Screaming like a crazy person to our staff is not acceptable. Glad you found a place down the road. Lake of the Ozarks area welcomes all guests, has camps to fit all campers delight.

The bath house was great, clean. The amenities seemed nice, only down side was trying to find our spot in the dark the markers were hard to find and the map wasn't super helpful in the dark.

I’ve stayed at KOA all over the US and this one is the worst with unclean bathrooms and showers and the staff was very unfriendly

We are surprised you didn't share this with us to catch our "goof" Even at home there may be a time of day when the bathroom isn't its tidiest! We will work harder. You were here before and said you liked everything. Please share how we can improve.

Like everyone the owner suffers from lack of help. The restrooms needed more attention. The site offered great shade but, the roads could be difficult to negotiate on a motorcycle.

Roads and pads could use some grading. Fire pits to far away, picnic tables on ground sink when you sit down, water hook-up was in a pit, hard to get hose attached. Whole camp ground could use some up grading.

Pool was cold and dirty had to tell the office to open it and they gave attitude about it. Dogs were not on leashes. The person diagonally from us told us they had an aggressive dog and that we shouldn’t walk or place our dog in the front of the camper! Motorcycles were so loud in the campgrounds. Front desk lady to check in was very nice is the only good thing from our stay.

It would have been helpful if you had mentioned this in the office. It was during Bike Week so there are many bikes around. Perhaps you could share how to keep the pool from being cold on a cool day?

I have to say to those reviews that are negative what is wrong with you!? This campground is the best place ever! Luis and Lori are sweet people and deserve to have the best reviews! I definitely say I love the area and recommend anyone to come out here for camping.
