This HOA could use a bit of an Overhaul, or general upgrade. From my phone call to reserve-was made to sound like it w/b FULL-furthest from truth!! Only about 7 -other than full/timers! Laundry rm smoke dect. Chirped all 3 days -even after I reported it needs battery!

I was extremely disappointed in the overall condition and appearance of the grounds. The permanent sites were rundown and the trails were not in good condition. The outside recreation area was poorly maintained. But, the lady that checked us in was very accommodating and the restrooms were clean.

This KOA seems old and tired. Gravel dirty roads with dust swirling behind every RV and car. Site was level and hook ups worked fine. Bathhouse was very nice! Clean and modern!! I was surprised it was rate as a "Holiday KOA". Check in people were very nice too. So - - - I rated it a #3 because it isn't one that I would really recommend but would not advise someone to not use either.

My fiancé and I had our maiden KOA voyage at Linn Creek and I can just say that we were ecstatic! Slot 42 was a very short walk to the bathrooms, very shaded, and level. Staff was very friendly. This KOA is perfect for anyone looking to have fun at Lake of the Ozarks! It was a short 10 min drive to Ozark Amphitheater and 5 min to Walmart.

It rained very during our stay and we were impressed that the roads were graded, that day, where they were washed away. Staff were friendly and washrooms were clean.

Arrived at 4:45 and the office was already closed. Never spoke with anyone at the office for the entire stay. Site had trash on the site as well.

There is a number on the door for campers to call when the camp worker is out in the camp working. Why did you not call? You could have called the number on the door. Trash left at the front of a site is picked up in the afternoon.

Roads are in very bad shape, pool has no filtering system therefore not very clean. Trash can at K9 park was almost over flowing. You would think with only one dumpster at the park entrance staff could pickup trash at campsite at least once a day as many times they run up and down the road in the ATVs doing nothing.

Pool has a new filtering system. It would have been nice if you had come into the office to discuss this.

The campground and facilities were clean. The site we were in (74) took all the blocks we had to get level. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a family reunion. Great facilities with a large clubhouse/game room, a large fire pit for the evening and a lot more. We hope to be back next year

1st time at a KOA. We drove past on a trip & decided to stop for the night. The office was closed but the hostess who answered the phone call was so sweet & got us checked in, then came down to show us to our spot. I can't say enough how nice she was! The showers were very nice & clean, & the security measures were much appreciated! Will definitely be back if ever in the area again!

My Wife and I stayed a full week and had a wonderful and productive time. My Wife was able to visit her Mom, who lives in the area. I was able to work a full 40 hour week remotely because of the very reliable Wireless Internet System that the Campground Owners have installed. My connectivity never dropped once. There were also many fun activities for our Grandchildren, who stayed the weekend.

Campground was clean. My kids loved the game room and pool. Office hours were unpredictable during the week and the store was small and didn’t have much to offer. We had little to no interaction with the staff so I couldn’t say if they were friendly or not. It was a nice base camp to the activities at the lakes so it worked for us.

This KOA is in need of updates. The sights need upkeep. There are no planned fun activities for kids and families.

Late arrival registration slips were not in bin in front of office which has been the case in the last 2 KOA's we've visited. Store hours were unpredictable and not as posted on door. Trash was in the fire pit when we arrived which had been there for awhile as evidenced by the cobwebs around the trash. Otherwise facilities were clean and staff was helpful.

Security was poor, gates and toilets were left open, I addressed manager who shrugged off concerns he had friends and family with him on July 4, but 2 days later gates and toilets were locked. Also police were called to camp as possible gun threat

Gates have always been open for guests to come and go.It was explained to you that we were installing a motor on the gate. The men's bathroom door was open because the ac wasn't working and a tech person couldn't come in because of the holiday. Police came because of an unruly guest.

We were there for 5 days 4 nights we had no cable tv in fact no tv at all even on our antenna. We asked about it 3 or 4 times they would come around but never got fixed , they had 2 gates that shut up that was fine but one gate had a pad lock in it you couldn’t even go out of. We had rebar sticking out of the ground in 2 places that was dangerous if we would have step on them or fell over them.

We went to check the site but see no rebar. Wish you had come to the office to report and show us. We could have fixed the problem or moved you to another site.

The staff was great. The bathrooms ans showers were very clean. The park it's self is dated and needs some work. Our campsite was awkward in the way it was set up. Location of the park is great. We would stay again but not at the site we were given.

Reservation made months in advance. First put on too short of stir. Were very helpful in moving us to a proper length site. Water hook up was down in the ground in a covered hole. The whole park needs updating as far a trees too close at some sites, rough roads, ground maintenance in general.

Everything was great but wanted our camping buddies next to us and that didn't happen. The spot next to us was open the whole time we were there. They were 3 spots down from us.

It was nice. Bathrooms were clean. The only I didn’t like was I asked to be beside our friends. And we were not. We were Down from them. When we camp we like to be beside each other. If someone asks to be beside each other they should be. You should be able to get what you paid for.

Thank you for coming. There is a "Select your Site" option campers can choose when they book to get the site they want. Otherwise, the computer moves campers around to sites best suited for their size.

Clean campsite! Nice facilities. Pool was clean but could have been a few degrees cooler as it was upper 90s outside. Staff was very kind and attentive.

Our stay was the best I have ever had camping! Shower houses were the cleanest I have ever experienced and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay so much, I actually called back after we got home to compliment the staff and campground as a whole. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. It was perfect.

Pool is crystal clear, bathrooms are clean, site was fairly level. Located well for all things to do in Lake of the Ozarks region.

Great campground with plenty of room on level sites. Host and staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/shower facilities were updated and always clean. Wifi was strong and dependable. Our second time staying here but definitely not our last.
