Narrow campsites. Fairly clean. Game room and laundry were adequate. No one in the office; had to call a number to check in or if you needed anything. Tina friendly.

It was old and and the gravel roads need some work. There were many run down buildings on the property so it didn’t feel like a holiday KOA.

Nice place. Trying to get ahold of someone is like an adventure. No one was ever in the office. Tried to get propane filled and campfire wood, but no one would respond. Maybe it’s better in the summer. Lady that checked us in was super nice.

Cable TV was shut off for the season which was not told ahead of time. Trash was overloaded in the dumpsters and area was not kept up. Left two days earlier than planned. Will not be back to this KOA.

The staff was very friendly, but thats about it. All the drives were washed out and horribly rough. Their idea of leaf removal was to blow them into the road ways and let you drive over them. Cable tv was non functional. Pool was not open as advertised on their web page. Campsite was horribly unlevel to the point of making it difficult to unhitch. Dumpster was full and overflowing.

There were cats everywhere. They got into the garbage while we were sitting right there. We have two dogs and the cats tormented them to no end. I was temped to leash them to get the cats to stay away, but I followed the rules and kept them leashed. The campground has very loose gravel everywhere, hard to kep your footing as well as get any traction as it's on a very steep grade.

Never saw a member of staff all weekend long. Trash can was so full you couldn't add anything to it.

Campground roads need some updating, pot holes everywhere, uneven sites... Just some stone and smoothing out would have made it more pleasant

The loose gravel that was a combination of large and small rocks made for unsure footing while walking about the property. The bathroom/shower house was very clean and in nice condition but lighting was poor at sink area. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm. There was no paper towel dispenser either. The camp store hours were not very accommodating. The manager and help very nice.

We ordered a back in spot and was given a pull thru. Yes there was back in’s available. We wanted the back in because it was farther away from the traffic noise. The pull thru was up front and the traffic was very noisy. The picnic table was in need of great repair. When I called the office there was NO answer. Most of the time there was no one in the office.

The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the highway noise was really loud. Not a game changer, I'd come back but it was hard to enjoy the patio

Good stay, convenient to the amphitheater. Too much road noise. Fire pit placement for lot 24 is too far forward to conveniently use and is in the way when leaving. Sites too close together. Noisy neighbors (talk too loud before 8:00 a.m.).

Bathroom and showers were great. Our patio site did not have workable cable TV. We were next to the utility garage that had some junk vehicles kind of messy. We could see that the staff is working to upgrade the campground and the staff was good.

Nice place but i ride a motorcycle and the loose gravel drive and hilly terrain made it a little difficult getting in and out but great place otherwise. Thanks Alan Kinney

We stayed in site 12 which had a little patio area which I enjoyed. They do have some loose gravel which is a little difficult if you have a motorcycle. Cable for tv did not work

Great Location great showers very nice area. The only downfall was the rock driveways needed to be smashed down was kind of hard to ride on with a motorcycle you had to be very careful.

The restrooms are modern and clean. Every camper needs a Wal-Mart right down the street. The gravel roads have been graded extremely nice. The Lake of the Ozarks is a nice area with plenty to do. And last but not least the cable worked great. Be back soon...

We just completed a three night stay in a Back-In 30 amp site. Very large and private site complete with stone fire pit, heavy steel BBQ and conveniently located hook ups. Thank you.

Very nice. Lots to do. Very clean. The only issue I had was it’s hard to find someone at the store/office. The rec room says it’s open until 9PM but the staff locked it up at around 5PM. Just by chance the owners stopped by and heard us questioning amongst ourselves as to why it was closed. They immediately unlocked it for us.

The people operating the campground were very nice and helpful but the property itself was difficult with a fifth wheel. Also, the noise from the interstate is very loud.

We stayed at KOA Lake of the Ozarks this past weekend for the holiday. We had an amazing experience! The site was very spacious with room to set up some yard games for our kids. We were located very close to the pool, game room, playground, and bath house. The restrooms and showers were the cleanest I have seen at any campground! We will certainly be coming back for another stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 of our grandchildren with us and they loved the pool and the game room! Especially when they beat their grandfather at ping pong! It was a nice quiet place just what we needed!!

We enjoyed this KOA. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. My oldest son loved going to camp store each morning to get fresh popcorn and visit. They had an ice cream social and piñata smashing for the kids too. Bathrooms were clean and so was the pool. The gravel roads within campground had a few rough areas but they were working on getting things filled and smoothed out.

Pool is crystal clear, bathrooms are clean, site was fairly level. Located well for all things to do in Lake of the Ozarks region.

Great campground with plenty of room on level sites. Host and staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/shower facilities were updated and always clean. Wifi was strong and dependable. Our second time staying here but definitely not our last.
