Campground was fine, clean and neat. Nearby the Lake of the Ozarks state park which had the only public beaches we could find.

This is a great campground! Our site was amazing. The pool was clean and refreshing! All of the camp workers were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Access roads very hilly with loose gravel. Very friendly and helpful workers. Staff has minimal equipment to do heavier landscape work. Cable tv was not working. Could use some upgrading. Some road noise depending on site location and time of day. Hookups worked great. Minimal store supplies.

placed seemed very nice, maybe we needed to go to office but no balls for certain games in game room, had old electric hook ups on some of the hook up, first day way popping breaker AC on high , had to keep on low not to pop out side breaker

Very clean, staff were pleasant to work with. Only thing I would like to see changed is the swimming pool hours. Maybe keep it open later on the weekends, but I understand it has to shut down at sometime. This would not keep me from staying there again.

The owner is a bigot according to an employee and the reason I was not treated with dignity and respect is because I am black.

I requested 2 spots next to each other so I can help my elderly parents. There was a mobile home In between us. Got them parked and the electric didn’t work correctly. I asked if the empty spot next to mine was available. I was told no. My parents had to move to the other side of the road and up a couple of spots. NO ONE stayed in the spot next to me all weekend. Also no garbage receptacles!

It was a quiet park the sites arent perfectly level but not bad, staff was friendly. We did not have any issues during our stay.

Booked site 47 on line, was given site 41 on arrival. 47 ended up being a permanent site with a mobile home on it. This KOA should be Journey not a Holiday. Didn’t even have enough room to put my awning out. Fire pit in was on the opposite side of the trailer, 6 feet away from our neighbors fire pit. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. People working for KOA were very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water in the bath house or laundry. The cable didn't work, the dog park could use more grass. The road was washed out do to the storm the day before, but they did get out and fix it the following day. It did have a lot of shade. The maintenance man was very helpful.

I stayed at campsite #9 and it is a pull thru. I found the site very nice and enjoyed all the trees. The campground is well maintained and the staff very friendly. The women's bathroom was clean but main door would not shut and lock for me, which there is a code to unlock it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool and shower houses where clean at all times. The actual camp spot was great with patio furniture, and fire pit. The only thing I would change is locking entrance gate and having no way to open before 8am. It was a bit tricky getting to gate at 7:30am for departure. Other than that it was a great trip.

The site we were given, it was narrow and unlevel. of all the empty spots around us this was the one we were assigned to. Our dog needs a ramp to get in and out of the camper, we barely had enough room for that. The terraced fire pit area was difficult to get to down to. Having only one employee on the weekends seems absurd to me. (more to say but not enough room here in comments)

The campground was nice. The site we were on was level. We were right across from the bathrooms which were clean and nice. The pool was clean and a nice size. The staff was really accommodating and pleasant.

The campground landscaping leaves lots to be desired. The trash can by the dog park smelled horrendous. The play ground was nice. The ticks wear so bad we left a day early

Wonderful tree lined campground in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. Close to shopping, wineries and lake activities. Great staff, pool, and game room. Only complaint was buying firewood that was far to wet and green to burn.

I agree with the previous reviewers who questioned whether this campground should be a Holiday. No one at store - had to call. Guess this is usual. Site was barely there - grass, stones and dirt. Hard time finding 50 amp. Utility posts in very sorry shape. Picnic table terrible. Looks like the owners are down on their luck.

It is a wonderful campground with very nice people. The showers are nice and clean. They have a dog park which is always a plus even though we didn’t have ours this time.

No one at check in even though we arrived an hour before posted closing. Site very uneven. Sewer connection broken and had to use rocks to hold hose in place. Cable TV non existent. Only cold water in laundry. Dog park in the poorest condition for a KOA. Definitely overpriced for the conditions.

Recent rains had left the ground around the fire pit rutted and there was no place we felt safe sitting or moving around it. We made use of a nerving fire pit the second evening. No management on site either day - store closed.

The roads in the site were very rough, the camp sites were very uneven. Also getting in and out of the camp site on to the main road was difficult and dangerous. The staff was very friendly but the site needs some work. Thanks Dale

Office was closed when we got there at 4pm. We called the number posted on the door but no one answered or returned our voicemail. We just took an open spot since we had already paid. The roads were rough. The water and cable hookups were unusable. We couldn't use the bathroom facilities because we didn't have the code (no one to check us in or paperwork provided to us). Would not recommend

Unfortunately the park was not well kept and that was due to all the rain / wind Missouri has been getting. Hopefully, when we come back in September, the park will be in better shape.

The staff was not friendly. The quiet was ruined by 2 hours of someone gradeing the roads stirring up dust. The pool power washing was very loud and and ran ALL day right next to our site. The store was not stocked well and the firewood was over priced.

The host, young man, was very nice and welcoming. The campground, restroom were very nice. Loved all the trees. Only bad thing is that it is too close to the Highway- can hear the cars. For convenience, if traveling, good option.

The campground is OK, and we enjoyed the trees and birds. But the roads are rough gravel, uneven, with washes. Our site was one of the premium ones, and the site itself was flat, but the drive getting in and out was uneven enough that our 5er nearly hit the truck bed (and we have good clearance for boondocking). Booked 2 day stay, finished business in one day, asked to settle accounts with an expected late notification fee. Tina call her supervisor and got approval for a refund less a $20 charge which was acceptable by me. She didn't know how to process a refund and the supervisor was not available so she called someone else who stated there would be no refund. This outcome is very disappointing.

Pool is crystal clear, bathrooms are clean, site was fairly level. Located well for all things to do in Lake of the Ozarks region.

Great campground with plenty of room on level sites. Host and staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/shower facilities were updated and always clean. Wifi was strong and dependable. Our second time staying here but definitely not our last.
