Lethbridge KOA Journey is located on north side of highway #3 West.
Coming from the US Coutts/Sweetgrass Border: As you come into the city, turn R at the lights on on 43ST. Follow to highway #3W and turn L at this intersection. Follow highway #3 W and take first exit after crossing the river.
Coming in from the west on highway #3: follow highway into the river valley and take first exit at the bottom of the valley (Bridge Drive) to the right. Follow the barricade on your left and make a left turn at the end of the barricade into the golf course entry and follow the U-turn loop. Exiting the loop make a R turn. Then moving to your left lane, take highway #3 W exit and this will bring you right to our entrance.

These sites are very popular for motorhomes and coaches. They are a drive in site with utilities being on the driver side. These sites are very popular as they are larger and have a view of the river. There is a lot of beautiful bird life to watch in these sites from chickadees to pheasants.

Our most popular summer sites! These sites are quiet private sites that will fit most small to medium sized RV's. The majority of the sites have a combination of shade and sun and all sites have a fire pit and picnic table. A couple of the sites are double sites so you can be with your family and friends. There is easy access to the river so that you can go floating and GORGEOUS walking paths that take you into the many paths and parklands of Lethbridge. Watch for the wildlife that quietly meander through the park.

50 amp sites for RVs 34' and under. Most sites have a mature Cottonwood tree next to the site.

There are a wide variety of options for you when you stay with Lethbridge KOA Journey. Our park is divided into 3 areas. And each has its own pros and cons depending on your preferences.
Arizona section is at the north end of our park. These sites are for the larger RV's of 35+ feet in length or if you are towing and do not want to disconnect. These sites are all gravel pad and have fewer trees than the front part of our park. For those that may be very particular about their RV you will enjoy these wider and longer sites. For those that are particular about smoke getting into their RV or may be dealing with asthma or COPD where fires can aggravate your symptoms these sites may suite you as well. Most of these sites have 50 amp services and the majority of the sites will easily fit a 40 foot coach that is towing. This area is much more satellite friendly for those that require it. With the large gravel pads you can feel free to put out your mats and carpets etc.
Cottonwood is the area of the park in the southern end of the park. This area is for RV's 34 Feet and under. If you are towing you will have to disconnect prior to going to your site. That is to prevent driving over our grassy areas. Turns into these sites especially if you are longer may be difficult. These areas have the large cottonwood trees that are beautiful in the summer months as they do provide some shade. But they also provide some negatives. The sites are grassy between pads. However...we try hard to keep the grass looking as green as possible so we do have an irrigation system in the ground. This will come on after 11PM at night so we do ask you to tuck away the things you do not want getting wet. Grass is so hard to grow here in the river valley due to the sandy type soil that does not hold water very well. So we will tell you to keep your mats to the gravel pad only as anything covering it for any amount of time will kill it. These sites are closer together and due to their proximity these sites do not have fire pits as per the City of Lethbridge Fire Safety.
For those that are tenters or have an RV that is 28 feet and under and you only want power and water, our wilderness area may be the spot that is perfect for you. These sites are much more like our provincial parks type setting. The sites are more private and they do have fire pits. These sites have closer access to the river and the nature trails that lead to the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands.
With a total of 211 sites there really is something for everyone.
