General Campground Information

Important Information for Your Stay

Office & Store Hours
  • Mid April – End of September: 9 AM – 9 PM daily
  • Mid September – End of September: 9 AM – 7 PM daily
  • October – Mid April: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Staff are available for assistance during office hours and for emergencies after hours

Check-In / Check-Out
  • Check-In: 1 PM (early check-in may be available for a fee — contact Reservations)
  • Check-Out: 11 AM (late check-out may be available for a fee — contact Reservations)

Showers
  • Operate on a token system (7 minutes per token)
  • Tokens are available at the office
  • If you're arriving after hours, request tokens in advance to be added to your reservation package

Visitor Policy
  • All visitors must stop at the office for a parking pass ($10/day)
  • Visitors must park in the guest parking and leave by 10 PM
  • If mobility is an issue, staff can assist with transport to your site
  • You are responsible for your visitors and their behaviour
  • Please remind them to drive 10 km/h in the park

Sites & Vehicles
  • One RV and one vehicle per site
  • Maximum of 6 guests per site
  • Additional sleeping tents are not permitted

Pool
Pool Update: Our pool is currently closed for maintenance as we get it ready for the season. It will reopen in early to mid-June. Please contact the office for the latest pool availability.
  • Open seasonally: May Long Weekend – Labour Day Monday
  • Daily hours: 12 PM – 8 PM (weather permitting)
  • For registered guests only — wristbands issued based on booking
  • No food, alcohol, or glass on the pool deck (only plain water in clear plastic bottles)
  • Rinse off in the pool deck shower before and after swimming (no soap or shampoo)
  • No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk
  • Staff may check armbands or limit pool time to 1 hour during busy periods

Quiet Hours
  • 10 PM – 8 AM
  • Please be mindful — many guests are working, attending medical treatments, or need rest
  • Excessive noise may result in being asked to leave (no refunds)

Fire Safety
  • All wood fire pits have been removed due to frequent city fire bans
  • Propane fire bowls are permitted as they are an approved appliance
  • Wood fires are not allowed — charges may apply if rules are broken

Pets
  • A daily fee of $20 applies per pet 
  • Fees are collected at check-in

Wilderness Campsites
  • Open May 1 – Labour Day Sunday
  • Closed by noon on Labour Day Monday

Speed & Safety
  • Please drive 10 km/h in the park — slower than you think
  • Watch for children and pedestrians

When you arrive at our park and check in, we will give you an orientation to our park. Whether you have been here before or if this is your first time, there are things you will need to know and our staff is happy to go through these items with you to ensure your stay is seamless.
