CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Depnding on what ammenities you are looking for we may not be what you are looking for in a campground. Our prices are competative based on what is in the area, and most of those do not have the same amenities like the pool and laundromat and they charge extra to use their shower house.

Nice campground but extremely noisy due to the highway right beside it.

The staff were very friendly and the facility clean. We were disappointed the pool did not open until noon, hard to explain to a 4 year old who was so excited to go swimming, the Friday evening we went over at 7 and it was already closed. Unfortunately there was an incident and the pool closed Saturday afternoon for the rest of the day, (no fault of resort). The traffic noise was horrendous.

We are not able to control the traffic on the highway. The pool was closed on Friday due to the thunder and lightning in the area and the subsequent storm.

Well kept. Great service. Lots of conveniences. Great job on wilderness area. Beautiful right on the river. A bit expensive but very convenient right in town.

The campground is very nice BUT we had several interactions with a worker in a golf cart when we arrived that were awful! Plus the pool Was closed. Our main reason for booking. The man was extremely rude and condescending to the point of us wanting to leave. We are very polite people who appreciate rules but his approach was abusive. Extremely disappointing.

Staff approached 2 times. Captured on their body cam. You were politely asked to remove your mat from the grass and second was asking your guest to please slow down in the park and to not park full on the grass in your site. Pool closure due to a biological incident and must be closed as per AHS.

The campground was very clean and quaint. The amenities available were wonderful. It was also very quiet at night however being so close to the main highway made for a very sleepless night for a light sleeper like me. When we made the booking, we didn’t realize how close it was. We unfortunately didn’t stay the second night due to a sleepless night and a long day. I would definitely recommend

It was ok except for the lack of emptying the garbage by our site, lots of wasps and my wife got stung which made the stay very uncomfortable. I realize that this year was bad for wasps and that it could have been a simple mistake but it was a major attractant around our site. I mentioned it to the office and someone did come down and check it and spray. It was collected the next morning.

The garbages are emptied daily however with people throwing recyclable material into the main garbages they fill up very quickly. We can empathize with the sting as all of our staff have been stung at least once this season. The garbage was removed after your complaint and was not left overnight.

Very well-maintained KOA. We appreciated how the staff maintain the tree branches to a high height, so the RVs have less of an opportunity to hit them. Kudos to all the staff and team members for keeping all neat and tidy.

The campground is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the scenery and the service. The only drawback is the constant traffic noise from Highway 3.

Thanks for the comments. We sure wish we could change the traffic noise so we ask that you make a complaint to the county of Lethbridge and the City of Lethbridge. The more voices they hear the more likely they are to do something about it.

My second stop in Canada and this campground was perfect! Super huge laundry room, everything clean. The hosts are excellent with sharing things to do both in Lethbridge and within a 1&1/2 hour drive. And I just have to say it’s much cooler in Canada this time of year than Texas! Thanks for a perfect visit.

Very well kept with people and cleanliness. Every morning they cleaned the pool area. I would stay again but things that I didn't like but nothing can't be done with is the highway traffic and the drinking water is terrible. The taste is not normal

The taste of our water is due to it being well water and it does have a high iron content. So it is "normal" and is tested frequently as per AHS so it is safe to drink. Not everyone appreciates well water nor does everyone appreciate highly chlorinated city water. Highways are not under our control.

Most of the staff were very nice, with two sour lemons in the group. The only bathrooms are at the lodge and they put us way down in the bush with an incredibly long walk to use the facilities.Campsites were small; at least the one where they put us was. Fire pit too close to camper to use without fireban on. Rules for some, but not all.

Thanks for the review. Booking a site on the 26th of July for the August long weekend got you one of the last available sites. Not sure what you mean by "sour lemons" our staff asked you to remove something from your site that has city bylaw restrictions for our river valley and must be followed.

Loved our campsite and the kids loved the pool. My only complaint or question I guess is why only 1 vehicle per site? Our site was huge and my daughter would come visit as we had the grandkids but she was asked to move her car to visitor parking.

We limit the cars per site b/c otherwise we get cards parking on our grass and breaking sprinkler heads and blocking road ways. This becomes work intensive and drives our prices up. Trying to keep prices as low as possible for our customers is important and unfortunatley others abuse that.

It was awesome from the amenities to the cleanliness of the establishment. The pool was a bonus, the area was super clean. Made our stay very memorable.

Very accommodating, pool is nice. Price of laundry OUTRAGEOUS though. Most places are $2 for washer and dryer

We were in Lethbridge to Golf so did not spend much time at the site. Front staff were friendly and efficient. Disappointed in the site we had for the money spent as it was complete gravel with no shade but again we spent little time there. I would come back when we are golfing in the area and use the same as it is very convenient.

As you booked on line we do have pictures of the site type you selected. We do have grassy sites with trees available as well. Next time you come think about bookingin our Cottonwood area vs our Arizona area.

We love the Lethbridge KOA and will continue to visit every year. I wish the front desk staff was as friendly as all the other staff. She can be very rude.

Our front office staff will not tolerate abusive language and will be direct and ask you to stop and or leave. Otherwise our office staff will go above and beyond for our customers.

Thankful for the campsite we ended up with- treed and fairly private. Bathrooms were clean and the amenities were nice. However, the vehicle noise from the highway is enough to make us not go back, nor recommend it to others.

If we could control the highway noise we would but it is entirely out of our control. However we do ask that you make complaints to our highways departments as more voices may get their attention.

Staff is truely wonderful. Drove in front of us to show the best route to our site. Checked the power and water in while I watched. We had a issue with our truck which caused us to stay and extra day. They extended on stay offering us a discount for the extra day!

Everything went as planned!! We had a gravel site on the far side of the campground and it was great. All the areas that we used were clean and well kept. Thanks for a great visit and we will return again :)

We had the noisiest site ever�� 68, 69 Very tidy and clean� Wonderful pool, but not open in mornings�� Not the friendliest gentleman at the checkin desk, August 8, 3pm��

We are always happy to change your site for you if you were not happy with it. We reviewed the cameras of your arrival to ensure our staff were conducting themselves appropriately. Not sure what you mean by "unfriendly" as he greeted you appropriately and checked you in as quickly as possible.

As mentioned to the office manager, the road signs still say Bridgeview RV. Crazy! Otherwise a very nice campground.

Overall a beautiful campsite in the city of Lethbridge. I would however not recommend fellow campers to stay there as the campsite has rules about everything and the many employees there seem fixated on enforcing all the random rules. The worst area for this is the pool where a women sits and counts/harasses swimmers the whole time you’re in there. Overall it has the feel of a middle school.

Unfortunatley due to poor behaviour of some campers that feel rules do not apply to them we have had frequent incidents where the pool had to be closed as per Alberta Health Services. To ensure we can keep the pool open rules are in place and will be enforced so that the pool can remain open.

Beau terrain. Parc à chien bien entretenu et de dimension raisonnable. La piscine est à l’ombre à partir de17h00 environ ce qui fait en sorte que la période prévue pour adultes seulement (20h00) n’est pas intéressante. Personnel polie et près à vous rendre service.

We didn’t have a reservation and the fellow at the desk made it clear it’s more difficult when you don’t. He didn’t listen to our answers and proceeded to repeat his questions… but didn’t ask us what area we’d like to park in instead put us at a site that was right at the intersection of the campground! Went back to ask for a ‘better’ site and seemed miffed! Laundry was ridiculo

Based on how full we were and your RV length you were placed in the only area we could fit your RV. As it was there were only a few sites left. You were placed in a site that is considered a prime site versus the site you ended up being in which we often get asked to move people from.

1 night only, however all was quick and easy to access, park and set up. Gravel pad was smooth and clean, showers were great. All in all a nice overnight stop.

Everything good. However we saw a snake, the day we were about to depart. But they mentioned its bot poisonous, however my family would have scared to sleep inside the tent if we saw it earlier.

Service was great. Filled up my propane tank and delivered it to me for a very fair price on the propane. Very private site near the river. It felt almost like a provincial site. Showers were hot, very clean and LONG (8 minutes). Only downside is it's close to the highway and when a semi downshifts at 2:30am, it wakes you up, even in an RV.
