Lemolo Lake / Crater Lake North KOA Holiday General Information

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at KOA.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from us once you complete your reservation.  
For HOLIDAY/Special WEEK/WEEKENDS IT WILL BE A 50% DEPOSIT FOR THE STAY.
Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 800-562-5471 or 541-643-0750 before the deadlines listed below.  During our operating season, text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

• RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4 p.m. 7 days before your scheduled arrival to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.  
  
• Camping Cabins: 7 day cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4 p.m. 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  
• Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: 14 Days cancellation notice is required.  Notify us by 4 p.m. 14 days before your scheduled arrival to receive your deposit refund, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee.  
  
• Reservations and cancellations made after these deadlines: Reservations made after cancellation deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after above deadlines will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Holidays and special events:  For holidays and special events the cancellation notice for RV & Tent sites is extended to 30 days to receive your deposit back, minus a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel inside of 30 days it is 50% of your stay. For holidays and special events for Deluxe Cabins & Accommodations the cancellation notice is extended to 90 days before your scheduled arrival to receive your deposit back, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee. If inside of 90 days 100% of stay. 
  
• For holidays and special events for Camping Cabins, the cancellation is extended to 30 days to receive your deposit back, minus $20.00 cancellation fee. If cancellations happens after these deadlines, a forfeiture of the deposit will result, which is 50% of your stay.

There are 2 restaurants within about 15 miles of our KOA.

~South Shore Pizza Parlor is open Thursday - Monday 12 noon to 9pm. between Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend. No Phone In Orders.
~Mt. Bailey Grill & Sports Lounge is open year round.
Both restaurants are open until 9:00 pm during their operating seasons.

Lemolo Lake KOA operates under a special use permit from the Umpqua National Forest.

To participate in this you need to: 1. belong to KOA rewards program by purchasing a card and 2. book this through Hot Deals tab to get the discount.  ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE EXEMPT from this weekend.

While our store carries the camping, fishing, hiking and snacking essentials you'll need, please understand that we have space to carry only a limited supply of perishable foods, such as milk, eggs, bread, cheese, lunch meats, hot dogs, etc.
We recommend you shop for fresh meats and vegetables before you arrive as the nearest grocery store is approximately 80 miles from our KOA.  Yes you read that correctly, it's 80 miles to the nearest full service grocery store.  There are a few limited supply stores closer, but only a few and their selection won't be much larger than what we have in our store or what you would expect to see in a typical convenience store.

Firewood:
We sell firewood for $9.00 per bundle
We allow campers to bring firewood, BUT wood from areas outside the Umpqua National Forest is NOT permitted due to Forest Service Regulations regarding invasive species (i.e bugs that hang out in wood). 
Policy:
1.  ALL Wood must fit COMPLETELY inside the fire ring (No Oversized Logs, branches or tree stumps).
2.  Campfires MUST be put out COLD when leaving your site or turning in for the evening (the Forest Service can assess fines for non-compliance).
3.  No use of chain saws on site for cutting of any standing or fell tree on the campground.
4.  Any cut tree or log on property is owned by Lemolo Lake KOA and is NOT to be utilized as firewood for any reason.  Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

Please see our posting of current fire restrictions in the News section of the website or on-site postings at the campground.  Fire restrictions can change rapidly.  As a result, postings at the campground will always be the most current.

Visitor Policy:
ALL visitors of guests staying at the campground MUST check in at the office and pay a $10.00 day use fee per vehicle each day they visit.
Visitors of guests staying at the campground MUST exit the park by 10:00 pm each day.

We allow non-guests to day use at our facility for $10.00 per vehicle.
Day Use ends at 7:00 PM for day use visitors (not visiting guests at the campground).

No discounts or passes are allowed for day use.

Dogs are allowed. The fee is $25.00/dog/night. 2 max with weight limit of 60lbs per dog. We also appreciate it if you bring their crate to sleep in. Thanks!

Boat Launch:
For guests at our KOA, boat launching is free during your stay.
The boat launch fee for non-guests is $10.00 per boat per day.

Boat Moorage:
We provide a limited number of boat slips for moorage.
For guests at our KOA, the fee is $10.00 per day.
The moorage fee for non-guests is $15.00 per day.

Quiet Hours: 
10:00 pm to 8:00 am Daily
We ask all individuals and groups to be mindful of the quiet hours out of respect for the other guests in the campground.

Dump Station:
Our Dump Station is free for the use of our RV guests during their stay.

For non-guests, the fee to use the dump station is $20.
Just stop in the store for access.

The nearest gas station is approximately 12 miles from our KOA.
The station has both unleaded gasoline and diesel.

Will work for dog treats.

While Jim & Anita "own" the campground, Bentley the dachshund (he goes by Boo for short) runs the place and generally makes sure everyone knows it.
His primary responsibilities involve making sure we are all safe from any chipmunk or squirrel invasion, and he takes that job very seriously.
But you'll also see him "leading" Jim as he travels around the campground.  He either runs in front or rides along on a golf cart, an ATV or even the tractor.
We're convinced he'd drive them himself if his legs were long enough to reach to the pedals.
If you stop in or around the store, Bentley will show you his amazing tricks (he works for dog treats) and he's almost always ready to drop his ball in his ball thrower and fetch it.
For 2024, Bentley is adding a sidekick - the tiny but mighty Lemola (Lemi for short), an overly fuzzy black Pomeranian puppy.   She came into this world right here on the campground in the fall of 2023.
She's new to the program, but her duties are rounding into shape quickly.  Her over the top cuteness makes her a great "retail therapy dog".  She meets many guests at the door ready to be picked up.  This occurs often and she is regularly carried through the store while guests shop.  She loves the added attention and guests love her positive outlook on life.
