water at site smelled like rotten eggs so we couldn’t use our sink and every time we used our bathroom our whole camper smelled awful

you need more explanation on how to get to the park from Interstate 44 East. something like dont use exit 118.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I doubled checked our web page, our email confirmation page and the KOA directory and all say to take exit 129 and caution on exit 118. There are even highway signs telling of KOA at exit 129. Don't know what else to do.

fast friendly check-in. although gravel, the spaces were large and clean. a bit too far off I-44, but easy to find. would stay there again.

I came to stay 1 night. While in the pool 1 of our dogs barked that my wife was watching (30 minutes from having got there) & the host came over & was verbally rude about if our dog was aggressive we were gone. He literally barked & that was it. NO aggression towards anyone or other animal. Our dog was quiet & then he came back again to tell my wife the same thing. STAY AWAY! THE HOST IS AGRESSIVE

Now my side. I was riding on my golf cart and I noticed two dogs loose. I drove over and the larger dog came up to me barking and scared me so that I pulled my legs in. I asked her to hook them up. I went back and told her if I saw them loose again they were out of here. Yes I was shaken & upset.

Staff was friendly and curious. Grounds were very well maintained. Pads were in excellent condition, will mist definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Campground. Lots of trees and grassy open spaces. The owner is so nice! We would definitely go back!

We are in a TT. Well maintained. Pool was great and clean. Lots of open space. Any of the upgrade sights are a good choice. They are nicely setup with BBQ, tables, and patios are roomy. Actually, all the sights seemed roomy. Tent area looked nice. All the open areas were mowed. If we are ever back in the area we will try to stay here for sure. 10 minutes to Lebanon. Hosts are super nice peop

Other than the extreme heatwave that occurred we had a an awesome stay. The camp owners/hosts and staff are super friendly and helpful. The camp has seen an enormous amount of improvements to campsites, the playgrounds, as well as the pool area, shower and bathhouse. Even the camp store has been updated. It all looks fresh and welcoming. This is why we love coming back. Thanks for a fun time!

BEWARE: I travel in a 2-person small Casita trailer with my daughter & 3 grandchilren, who sleep in a tent. We have stayed at KOAs all over the US and a tent has always been allowed on our site. Upon arrival here, the woman at the desk said "we do not allow tents." NOWHERE on their website does it say a tent is not allowed. She FINALLY decided to make an exception. Obviously, we will not be back.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again when gas prices are not so high. We missed the bouncing platform for the kids but they did love the bike track and we all enjoyed the pool.

It's a Holiday KOA, but no trash pick-up, annoying when the only dumpster in located @ front entrance� Office Personnel are exceptional. Store well stocked! Pool great. Just very small & spaces, Meh.

We had a nice stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained and has a number of activities for kids.

This KOA is quiet and well maintained. The owner/manager was constantly working on upkeep and you can tell this is a regular practice. Pool was super clean. The kids loved the zip line, game room and swings. Slight bummer the jumping pillow wasn't open. Camping spots are very nice and spacious. Being able to pull through was a nice plus. This will be my go-to spot when staying at Bennett Springs.

The campground was well maintained and the restroom/shower house was extremely clean. Just like last year when we stayed the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The campground was clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. There were a lot of activities for the kids. The sites are a little more spacious than normal. The staff were friendly and Michael Martinez was extremely helpful on getting us parked and setup. If you're going to be there on the weekend I would recommend booking a site in advance as they fill up fast

This was an amazing campground. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We had some issues and they were happy to help us. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I recommend putting some sort of footing down on the stairs ro the pool. The stairs were very slick and I ended up falling and hurting myself. Some sort of surface to make the stairs safer would be good. Other than that wonderful place.

Amazing camp ground!!! My kids love the mining station! The pool is clean and a lot of fun to swim in. The camp ground is well kept, and well maintained!! We love this camp ground and 100 percent will stay here again!

What a wonderful host. My family and I had a blast, the host asked our oldest to help paint the pool and he came home with his head held high. Will be staying in the future for sure

The office was not open during their posted hours. We arrived early afternoon, and nobody on site when we arrived. Several attempts to check in were unsuccessful as the office was not staffed at all on Sunday. Additionally, the office opened at least one hour late both mornings of our stay. Finally, staff chose to mow and treat weeds after 7p one night. We would not return to this KOA.

It was a rainy weekend but the amenities were wonderful and we still had a good time. Host were very kind and helpful. Zip line for kids has some safety issues.

My family visits Bennett Springs often. We have never camped here before but we are from now on!!! The showers are so clean; it makes you feel like you don't even need shower shoes!!! I didn't run into a staff that wasn't polite and helpful. The cashier at the store front over charge me 75 cents on accident and even came to the camper site to return the money! Quite, polite, and super clean! I'll spend my money here any day!!!
