The campground was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views as you park your RV up the side of a small hill. We were there on a Sunday so we were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet. The girl in the office was pleasant and helpful. The store was small but well stocked.

Glad that you enjoyed the patio. That is a new addition to that site. We try to keep the park lit but with a balance so that you can see the beautiful Norther New Mexico sky.

It’s a great stop, close to I-25in Las Vegas , NM. THEY OFFER A REASONABLY priced hot breakfast also! I’ve had a pull thru site every time I’ve been there, so we didn’t meet to hitch up again in the morning! The showers were hot and the bathroom was spotless ! THANK YOU!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA!! The owner personally introduced himself and showed us the new walking trail created at the campground...we loved it! Campground is great, very well kept, quiet, level site, plenty of room, and great amenities!!! We'll be back in the future...thank you!!

Nice location. In general, seemed old and somewhat rundown compared to other KOA's. Appeared to be quite a few long term campers in the full hookup sites. Our water pressure was very low, fluctuating between 10-20 psi, and it was quite expensive for a water and electric site. Has the potential to be a really nice park, just needs some work.

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of finding a solution to the weak water pressure that you experienced here. As for the park we are working on updating it. Hope your travels bring you back this way, and we will have improvements in place.

Was very nice,clean and very friendly. The only draw backs was the water pressure there,very low. Other then that great place would stay there again no problem.

We loved the location! It was away from a highway surrounded by a forest, so peaceful. The place is old and a little worn down. Our suite was huge with a picnic table and swing! The bathrooms/showers were very clean. Susan at the front desk was so welcoming. She even made breakfast for all the quests one morning, delicious! We probably would not stay a week, but one or two days is just fine.

I love this unique KOA. it’s not cookie cutter. It winds around the natural trees on the hillside. The restroom/showers are vintage and spotless. The water pressure was variable, but it was wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast room needs a wipe down (crumbs from the day before on the tables?), a sweep, and a mop. the cat hair on the folded t-shirts turned off this allergic person.

Hosts were friendly. Water pressure was poor. You are told on their brochure that it is best to fill your tank to use your pump. Breakfast served for 8 dollars was good. Pool was clean. Road getting back to entrance was paved but very bumpy. Gravel interior roads, sites. Site was level. We had shade up on one of the hill sites but there are some open sites. Big rigs fit. They had gravel to spread

Sorry about your water pressure; a couple of sites up higher in the trees do have lower pressure. You just use our water and your pump to increase pressure. Sites are treed, longer and wider....The majority of sites which are lower do have adequate pressure.

Nice park, very friendly staff. Would stay there again. Only negative comment is the road coming in & out of the park is extremely rough.

Beautiful location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a hardy full breakfast at a very reasonable price. They even accommodated my wife and her dairy allergy. Only drawback was the water pressure. We only had a trickle coming out of our RV faucets.

We are very glad that we were able to accommodate you for breakfast. The water pressure can be low in some of parts of the park. We recommend not using a pressure regulator on your hose. If it is particularly low, we suggest putting some water in your tank and using your internal pump.

Site aren't the best pretty uneven. Staff was good and the store is well stocked. Couple of camp cats that were fun.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The site was level and clean. We got lucky enough to have the same site both stays (both one night). Right near the dog park, so that was very convenient. The facilities were very clean. If I have to say anything bad about this park, it is that the showers were TINY. My hot water heater closet at home is bigger than the showers, and it's kind of small.

We have been there before and with a 42 foot motorhome with tow, we can only fit in the front row, which is where we have been parked before, and we love the view from there. We could only stay one night this time but they were able to park us in the front row. We have several friends with 45 foot motorhomes and they would not like and would have a hard time making the tight turns.

I perter a campground with gravel. Dirt is so messy and your camper is dirty also. The staff are nice and helpful with a site facing south for my satellite.

This park is really due for upgrades. The electrical is very outdated and the sites are not well kept. The water pressure was poor at the site but okay in the bathroom. The bathrooms were very outdated as well. We are used to much better at KOA parks.

Sorry for your issues here....70% of our guests gave us five out of FIVE STARS so far this year. Popular features of the Park are the cool foothills weather, the 24 acres of manicured grounds with plenty of room to spread out, half-mile hiking trail under construction.

We enjoyed our stay at the LV, NM koa. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well as being a great value at $8. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great site, wonderful welcome at the front desk, pool was wonderful, had the breakfast special and it was very good as well. Only issue was exiting the camp ground we made a wrong turn and tree branches caught our slider awning and it will need to be replaced. Some trimming is probably in order. Otherwise a delightful stay.

A very pleasant campground. The owners are as nice as could be! I enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the property. It's about .6 miles long. I'd gladly stay here again.

Our stay was great. The site is very cleans and well kept. Our RV slide broke when we tried to leave so we had to extend our stay and the staff worked through the reservation and work out for us to stay in out current spot. During a very stressful situation, they were so kind and accommodating.

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.
