Awesome KOA with lots of trees in the mountains sites are very spacious only 4 1/2 miles to Walmart. Stafford great I love this Camp.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Close enough to be close to amenities in the city without feeling like you are in the city. Quiet, pretty, clean.

Generally the advantage of an established campground over dry camping is to have access to water and power. When 50% of those benefits (water) are non-existent I would prefer to dry camp rather than pay full price for a service that does not exist.

Sorry that you did not have what you needed to enjoy the stay. The spicket at your site is shared with the one next door there is a splitter that you have to turn on for water flow.

This is our very favorite place to stay. The employees and the owner are the best. So polite and respectful. I'm so glad that's it's only 2 hours from home.�ϋ�

Stay was great, just beware low water pressure at campground, enough to do everything but barely. Would stay again, just know what to expect.

Sorry about your issue here. Water pressure is not generally a problem where you were. Possible that we were filling the swimming pool for the summer season, or the spigot handle wasn't pulled back all the way.

Nice campground. Very friendly owner/checkin, level site. Nice grounds with short hiking trail right at the campground. Easy access off highway. Nice pool area. Would stay here again.

Needed to be moved to a different spot because utilities were on the opposite side of trailer and little area to exit trailer. Next spot not able to extend awning because of tree.

Sorry for your problems here. You must have entered the site from the wrong direction. We should have escorted you to your site. Utilities are always on the driver's side as they are all that way here.

The KOA had a private property attached with many dogs. Someone was driving around late in the night

Convenient to highway yet removed enough to be quiet. Cabin and restrooms very clean. We came in after hours so we missed breakfast, but the breakfast room was very cute.

Water pressure low, sewer cap very difficult to remove. Pull through site needs leveling in level both side to side and front to back. People were nice and the manager was very helpful. Facilities need upgrades.

Not the greatest KOA. The sites have the services on the wrong side or none at all. The attendant said they might be hard to find. He said you can share services Pool closed but no notification. Bathrooms were at least clean but old. Wouldn’t stay again.

You must have gone in your site from the wrong direction. All our sites have hookups, and on the correct side. The pool was recently repainted and will be open in days....Our customers love our new 0.65 mile hiking trail.

The stay was awesome, the road to the campground needs a lot of work. Otherwise I would rate a 5 star

The grounds were well kept and the hiking was nice with our dog. The staff was amazing! We had a major issue with our motorhome and needed to see longer at the last minute, everyone was kind and accommodating.

Nice spot just off the Highway, didn’t hear much road noise at all except for occasional motorcycle or big rig. Spaced well on gravel sites with a dump station (I had elec/h20) easy to navigate. Store offered breakfast (which looked great, but I had to leave early). Billy at the check-in counter was cheerful and good host!

After a long drive it was a pleasure to pull into the Las Vegas, NM KOA. We had a nice site, bathrooms were clean and the staff friendly. We will return in future trips.

Site levels leave alot to be desired. Dog park has wire mesh exposed and a potential tripping hazard to pets and people. Rules require pets to be on leash but they allow the "neighbors" dog to wander around freely. Was told it's New Mexico, a "free wander state"state" and nothing they can do. Will pass on this KOA in the future.

We LOVE animals here. Yes, the neighbor's dog gets out sometimes. He is super friendly and never aggressive. You LITERALLY suggested that we SHOOT him (for the crime of leaving his yard and exploring his environment) We are animal lovers here and that's not going to happen.

Property is a bit under maintained compared to other KOA campgrounds. The employees were very nice and breakfast was quite good for the money. My rating is honest, but it’s not like there are other choices in the area.

Very delightful KOA. Great experience in a lovely location. I really liked the amount of outdoor seating to choose from. I wish that the grills in the pavilion had been working and available for use, since having an outdoor kitchen would have enhanced the camping experience greatly.

Very friendly staff. Excellent price. Beautiful view from our site overlooking valley. Uneven sites and difficult to level motorhome without 2 tires significantly off the ground so we didn't level completely or open large slide. Dirt road in park and sites, and somewhat difficult to maneuver through the park. The paved road leading up to park has significant wash-board creating motorhome to shak

Sorry for your troubles here. We need to take a look at those sites. You have to have a string and level because you wouldnt know by just looking at them. We were working feverishly on a 0.63 acre nature trail in the 8 acres we are not using in our Park, putting up privacy fences, & playground equip

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.

We are passing through and decided to stay two nights. The park is well maintained, friendly staff, bathrooms are clean with hot water, nice amenities, good dog fences park, there is a great trail to walk with your dog and the breakfast they make for a small price was really good! We are enjoying our stay here and would definitely come back!
